So I gave a keynote speech today to the Minnesota association of Health Underwriters. And I wanted to share something I shared with them. At the beginning of the talk, I looked at them and I said, listen, one of the toughest things about speaking in front of a room of 100 people like this is 98 of you are gonna get really fired up today. You're gonna be super inspired. You're gonna come up to me after the end of the talk and tell me how great it was. But then you're gonna leave the event. You're gonna go back to your office, and you're gonna do nothing about it. However, two of you, you're gonna take what you learned today and you're go. And it's gonna change your business forever. I'm just trying to figure out who those two are right now. You see, this is the reality. Most people don't wanna put in the work to change, even though they wanna change. My question for you is, how bad do you want it? At what point does the pain of what you're doing today get so big? You want to make a change for the two people in that room today? I don't know who they are. Their business will never be the same again. And that's why I love public speaking.
