Andy Neary explains why clients are using AI to check your recommendations and negotiate proposals. Rather than fight it, professionals should embrace AI to become more data-informed and deliver better advice. Resistance to AI actually helps firms that can prove they're using it to enhance their work.
AI plays a huge role. And you have to think about this too, not only for us as a firm, but your clients.
