Casey Zieman shows how to automate your sales by recording a high-converting webinar and running it 24/7. Validate the pitch live weekly, iterate until it converts cold traffic consistently, then lock it in and let it qualify leads and handle objections while you take orders on calls.

Yo, what's up? It's January 2026. Now, be honest with me for a second. Are you excited about this year or are you already sort of like, exhausted just thinking about, you know, hitting your revenue goals and aligning your team and all the things you have to do? But I'm going to ask you if hitting your revenue goals requires you to work more hours. That's kind of a broken plan because you can't scale time. You can only scale assets. And most business owners burn out because they're trying to be like the CEO and the entire sales department. But today, I'm going to show you how to build a digital version of your best sales day ever. One that works 24. Seven even while you're not. Okay? Now, in the tech world, there's a concept called digital twin. It's basically a virtual copy of a physical machine that runs 24. 7. And we can talk about that in a little bit here, like cloning yourself and all the cool things. But in our world, in the world of webinars, your digital clone is. Is an automated webinar, okay? So think of your best sales call ever, right? You were on fire. You nailed every objection. You told the right stories. The prospect was nodding along, and they bought right. Now think about your worst day, okay, that you ever, like, were did a sales call or a sales webinar. You were tired. You forgot to mention the bonuses. Maybe you rushed the price drop. That's the problem with you live. You're human, and humans are inconsistent. Okay? But your digital clone isn't like it delivers your best performance every single time, Especially when it's an automated webinar. You can automate your best show and it never gets tired, it never forgets a testimonial. And most importantly, you can talk to thousands of people at the exact same time while you're skydiving over the galactic islands or taking a long 24 hour nap. Now, here's the strategy. First, live validation. Now, this is where most people mess up. They hear automated webinars, they go into a dark room, record a video, throw it on a page, and wonder why nobody buys. That's how you automate failure. Okay, my strategy for 2026, and it's actually been my strategy for 2025, is what I call the live first method. Okay? Before you automate anything, you run the webinar live every single week. You show up, you present, and you listen. Where did people drop off, what questions kept coming in the chat? Did they buy? When you revealed the price, you tweak the script every week based on real data, not guessing, and you keep going until you have a winner. Okay? A version that converts cold traffic into buyers consistently. This is also what I call the webinar sprint method. Okay. Where you run a series of live webinars and then turn that into an automated webinar. Once you have that, then you record it, you. You lock it in, and that's how you build a digital clone. Okay. Otherwise known as an automated webinar. Now, if we haven't met yet. Hey, yo. My name is Casey Zieman. I'm a husband dad, and I've been building and selling things online for about 15 years. I'm also the founder of a webinar platform called Easy Webinar. But more than anything, I'm obsessed with helping creators and entrepreneurs build systems that scale without burning themselves out. If this resonates with you, make sure you subscribe. And subscribe. I also send out a free newsletter where I break this stuff down step by step. And there's a community link below if you want to go deeper. All right, let's get back to it. Boom. See, this isn't just about making money while you sleep. It's about protecting your sanity while you're awake. Think of your automated webinar as a velvet rope around your calendar. Right now, you're probably spending hours talking to tire kickers. People who are just curious, don't have a budget, or aren't ready, right? Well, here's the dealio, yo. Your digital clone handles that for you. It answers the basic questions. It handles the initial objections. It reveals the price. If they aren't a fit, they leave. Okay? They never touch your calendar. And if they are a fit, they book the call. Or even better yet, they buy. So by the time they talk to a real human, by the way, they've already spent 45 minutes with you. They're educated, they're excited, they're warm, they're indoctrinated. You stop being a salesperson, and you start being an order taker when you finally get on the call with them. Right? We had one customer who had six sales reps. He was able to narrow it down to just one. That person became an order taker when they put an he put a webinar in front of them. All right, so here's the real takeaway. Burnout isn't caused by ambition. It's usually caused by trying to do too many manual things for too long. You can't scale time, but you can scale systems. And one of the most important systems you'll ever build is how your message gets delivered when you're not in the room. If you want to start thinking this way consistently, the best place to begin is my free newsletter. That's where I break down how these systems actually get built step by step in the real world. Okay? Not in the, you know, Minecraft world, where nothing is actually real. If you are at a stage where you want feedback, accountability, and real conversations with other builders, I run a community called the Sales Experience. That's where we work together through this stuff. I also host live workshops throughout the year where we map and build these systems in real time. Those are linked below as well. So thanks again for hanging out with me. If this video helped you give it a like, subscribe to the channel and I'll see you in the next one. Thanks.
