That's kind of the idea where I take a step back. I still have a vision, but person coming in is much more ROI driven. You need to be working. You need to be working these. You know, this is what we need to be seeing, Right? So I think that because some things fell short for this year, we felt that it was important to bring somebody else. Take my business partner, bring him into the CEO position, see how he does with organizing and running and growing based on speed, planning and execution.
