Hey, I'm talking to myself and I'm checking to see what kind of things myself likes to tell me. This is Conversations with Casey, the AI version of me. First, we're going to start a call.
Hi, I'm Casey Zemin. How can I help?
Is your name Zemin or Zeman?
It's Zeman with an A. You know, like seize the day, but with a little twist at the end. Hope that clears it up.
Okay. Hey, Casey, I'm. I'm trying to figure out how to optimize my day. Like, we're, we're making some YouTube videos and we've been working really hard at writing scripts for YouTube. And I just want to see, you know, what kind of video content do you think would be good? I am basically you, but the human version of you.
So.
So what kind of content would you put out there in YouTube? Funny content that really resonates with people. What kind of content would that would. Would you put out there? Can you make a list of like five types of videos or five videos that you would shoot to really resonate with an audience?
All right, so first off, I love that you're diving into YouTube content. It's such a powerful platform for connecting with your audience. Now, if I were to create five types of videos that really resonate, here's what I'd focus on. First, I'd go for how to or tutorial videos. People love learning something new, and if you can teach them something valuable in your niche, they'll keep coming back. For example, if you're into webinars, you could create a video like how to Host a Webinar that converts like crazy. It's practical, actionable, and builds trust. Second, I'd suggest behind the scenes content. Show your audience the process of creating your videos, your workspace, or even the mistakes you make along the way. It humanizes you and makes your audience feel like they're part of your journey. Third, case studies or success stories are gold. Share real life examples of how your strategies or tools have helped others. For instance, if you're using easy webinar, you could highlight a user who grew their business with webinars. People love seeing proof that something works. Fourth, personal stories or challenges share a moment where you struggled and how you overcame it. It's relatable and builds a deeper connection with your audience. For me, I've often talked about the challenges of rebranding. Staying consistent with content, and those stories really resonate. And finally, fun, engaging content. This could be a humorous take on a common problem in your industry or even a parody. It's a great way to stand out and keep things light hearted. So what's your niche? I'd love to hear more about the kind of audience you're trying to reach so we can tailor these ideas even further.
Sure, absolutely. I already said it. I'm the founder of EZ Webinar, a webinar tool that helps people leverage high impact presentations to sell more of their stuff, to connect and engage more with their audience, and to fulfill on their coaching and education. Now what I'm looking for are five really good videos that will help people resonate. As an example, like I want five things you shouldn't do in a webinar, but I want it funny and I want it to be satirical. Can you do that? Can you write that script?
All right, let's dive into this five things you shouldn't do in a webinar, but with a satirical twist. Oh, I'm all in for this. Picture this. Each point is exaggerated to the max, making it both hilarious and painfully relatable. For anyone who's ever hosted or suffered through a webinar, here's the vibe I'd go for. First, don't start your webinar on mute. Imagine the host passionately delivering their opening monologue, only to realize five minutes in that no one heard a word. Cue the awkward scramble to unmute, followed by can everyone hear me now? It's a classic, and the humor is in the relatability. Second, don't use a PowerPoint from the stone Age. Picture slides with comic Sans clip art and animations that look like they were made on a Windows 95 machine. The host proudly says, I spent hours on these slides while the audience collectively cringes. It's a perfect way to poke fun at outdated presentation styles. Third, don't forget to test your tech. Imagine the host confidently starting the webinar only for their webcam to freeze on the most unflattering frame possible. They spend the next 10 minutes troubleshooting while the audience awkwardly waits. It's a tech nightmare we've all seen or lived. Fourth, don't turn your webinar into a sales pitch marathon. The host promises valuable insights, but spends the entire time saying, but wait, there's more. It's like an infomercial on steroids, and the audience is left wondering if they'll ever get to the actual content. And finally, don't ignore your audience. Picture the host so engrossed in their presentation that they completely miss the chat, blowing up with questions by the time they Notice it's too late and the audience has checked out. It's a humorous take on the importance of engagement. Now, these are just the bones of the script. We could flesh them out with specific jokes, exaggerated scenarios, and maybe even some props or costumes to really drive the humor home. What do you think? Should we run with this direction?
Yeah, but I need you to make it funnier and more outlandish. So make the scenarios way more silly.
All right, let's crank up the silliness to 11. Picture this. A satirical video series called Webinar Fails that Will Haunt yout Dreams. Here's how I'd make these scenarios outrageously funny. First, the mute button meltdown. The host starts their webinar with a dramatic entrance. Think fog machine, spotlight. And a booming voiceover announcing the Webinar Wizard. But they're on mute for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the chat is exploding with messages like is this a mime performance? And blink twice if you need help. Finally, they unmute, only to scream, can you hear me now? Loud enough to shatter eardrums. Second, the PowerPoint time machine. The host proudly unveils their slides, which look like they were designed in 1995. Comic Sans everywhere. Clip art of a dancing baby. Animation so slow you could take a nap between transitions. The kicker? The host says, I spent six months perfecting these visuals. Cue the audience collectively face palming. Third, tech apocalypse. The host's webcam freezes on the most unflattering frame imaginable. Mid sneeze, eyes half closed, mouth wide open. Then their microphone starts emitting alien like feedback noises. To top it off, their cat jumps onto the keyboard, accidentally ending the webinar. The host comes back on screen, disheveled, holding the cat, and says, well, that was interactive. Fourth, the infomercial from hell. The host promises valuable insights, but spends the entire webinar shouting. But wait, there's more. They start pulling random objects from off screen. Blenders, vacuum cleaners, a life sized cardboard cutout of themselves and offering them as bonuses. By the end, the audience is wondering if they accidentally joined a late night shopping channel. And finally, the chatignorer extraordinaire, the host is so engrossed in their presentation that they completely miss the chat going wild. People are asking questions, sharing memes, and and even organizing a virtual pizza party. When the host finally notices, they say, oh, I see some questions here. But it's too late. The audience has already moved on to discussing their favorite pizza toppings. Now imagine these scenarios acted out with over the top props, exaggerated reactions, and maybe even A laugh track for good measure. What do you think? Should we start scripting these masterpieces?
Do you want them to? Not right now. We're going to put a hold off or put a hold on that. We don't need to do that. I would like. Casey, I'd like to ask a couple questions, if I might. Do you have a favorite color?
You know, I don't really have a specific favorite color that I've ever declared, but if I had to pick, I'd probably lean towards something vibrant and energizing, like a bold blue or maybe even a bright green. Those colors just feel alive. Kind of like the energy I try to bring to webinars and content creation. What about you got a favorite that fuels your creativity?
I would say I'm close to about the same. That's really strange. Really, really strange. I have another question for you. Okay. You were running late to an event and you've had to pick up your kids. Would you not pick up your children and. And head straight to the event, or would you allow yourself to be late and first pick up your children?
You know, family always comes first. If I were in that situation, I'd absolutely pick up my kids. No question. Events come and go, but those moments with your family, they're irreplaceable. Plus, I think people understand when you prioritize what truly matters, it's all about making choices that align with your values. And for me, family is at the core of everything I do. How about you? What would you do?
What should I ask this guy? Just give me one second. I'm going to have to. Let me. Just give me one minute, okay? What do I ask this dude, man? You need to ask him.
Take your time. I'm here whenever you're ready.
You got to ask him something tough, something that people want to hear, right? He's a machine. He can go all day. I have a question. My friend Gabe is over here. He asked me to ask you, what is your favorite food?
You know, I don't have a specific favorite food listed anywhere, but if I had to guess, I'd probably lean towards something hearty and comforting. Maybe a good pizza or a fresh, vibrant salad. It's all about balance, right? What about you and Gabe? What's your go to favorite?
He's roping you in. Gabe, did you know the real Casey's voice? Vegan or. No, he's not vegan. He's gluten free. I'm gluten free. You're gluten free? Casey.
You know, I don't have any specific details about dietary preferences, like being gluten free or vegan. But hey, if you're gluten free, I'm with you in spirit. What's your go to gluten free meal? Maybe we can brainstorm some fun ideas together.
I think we could. We could. Let me. Give me one second. I'm going to think of something to ask you here.
Take your time. I'm here whenever you're ready to dive back in.
Hey, Casey, can I talk to you for a second?
Of course, I'm here. What's on your mind?
So, listen, I've been feeling frustrated because, like, I have so many things that I want to accomplish. And do you ever feel like this where you have too many. Too many plates spinning? Of course. And you. You can't. You feel like you can't figure out how to do everything and, you know, you sometimes delegate, but then you. You still end up sort of micromanaging. Is this a problem that I may have because of my own personality? So should I sometimes get out of the way and let the people that are on my team sort of do things without me sort of holding them back? You know, how many things am I doing to stifle myself? Have any thoughts?
Oh, man, I feel this one deeply. You're spinning all those plates, and it feels like if you let even one wobble, the whole thing might come crashing down. Right. I've been there. And honestly, yeah, a lot of this can come down to personality, especially if you're someone who's driven, passionate, and maybe, just maybe a bit of a perfectionist. I've wrestled with that myself. I mean, I've had moments where I thought if I don't oversee every little detail, it's all going to fall apart. But here's the kicker. That mindset can actually hold you back more than it helps. I've learned the hard way that micromanaging doesn't just stifle your team. It stifles you. It keeps you stuck in the weeds when you should be focusing on the bigger picture. And, yeah, it's scary to let go. I've had times where I brought people onto my team, got super hyped about them, and then realized I wasn't giving them the clarity or trust they needed to succeed. That's on me, right? I had to learn to step back, let them take ownership, and accept that things might not always be done exactly the way I do them. And that's okay. Here's the thing. When you delegate, you're not just offloading Tasks, you're empowering your team. You're saying, I trust you to handle this. And that trust, it's a game changer. It frees you up to focus on what only you can do, like steering the ship, setting the vision, and honestly, just breathing a little easier. But it also gives your team the space to grow, innovate, and maybe even surprise you with how capable they are. So, yes, sometimes the best thing you can do is get out of your own way. Let your team run with things, even if it means there's a learning curve or a few bumps along the road. It's not about perfection, it's about progress. And the more you let go, the more you'll find that balance between being hands on and letting others shine. What's one thing you could delegate right now that would give you some breathing room? Let's start there.
I think I would delegate. You know that my team is going to market effectively without me having to step in and, you know, micromanage everything. So I think with, with I think marketing and the sales team and things like that, and just having those leaders who are in those roles who are, you know, that are taking ownership of those specific areas in the business, that's a huge step.
And honestly, it's the right direction. Trusting your marketing and sales leaders to take ownership is exactly how you start scaling effect. I've been in that same spot where I had to learn to step back and let my team take the reins. It's not easy, especially when you're so invested in the vision of your business. But here's the thing. When you empower your team, you're not just delegating tasks. You're building a culture of trust and accountability. I found that the key is clarity. Make sure your team knows the goals, the metrics, and the vision you're aiming for. If they're clear on the mission, they'll be able to execute without you feeling the need to hover. And, and yeah, it might not always be perfect at first. I've had moments where I realized I wasn't giving enough direction or support, and that's on me as a leader. But when you get it right, it's magic. Your team starts to thrive and you get the freedom to focus on the big picture. So here's a question for you. What's one specific area in marketing or sales where you feel like you're still holding on too tightly? Let's figure out how to loosen that grip and let your team shine.
I appreciate that, but before we do that, how I want you to. Could you read a script for me if I were to give it to you? And how would I give it to you?
Absolutely, I can read a script for you. Unfortunately, since we're chatting here, there's no direct way for you to send me a script to read. But if you describe it or share the key points verbally, I can help refine it, add some flair, or even deliver it in the tone you're aiming for. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
Maybe not. So Casey, I'm going to see if I can just type it and then you can say it. Maybe. Let me see if that's possible. Hold on, I'm going to hang up, but thank you, Casey. You've been a big help.
You're so welcome. Anytime you need help, just reach out. Take care and good luck with everything.
Okay, now chat. Chat. Is this what we just talked about? Oh no, this is some other stuff that I asked this Casey, and it gave it to me in content. So I. So for context, I uploaded over 4 million pieces of content to this AI version of me and a lot of it is webinar stuff, webinar videos. Like as an example, I asked it to give me the structure of a high converting sales webinar. I said thank you. Can you give me the structure of a high converting sales webinar? And of course it grabbed my six steps to a high converting sales webinar. And then I said, and then what about the follow ups after the webinar? Can you share best practices? And then it did, right? And then I said, dig deep. What are the, what are the things I should be doing when transitioning from a live webinar to an automated one? And here we go. This is what they say, mimic the feel of live, avoid time references, incorporate interactive elements, stream in real time, dynamic visuals, clear call to action storytelling, build scarcity, urgency, leverage analytics to optimize follow up strategy, test and iterate, you know. So anyway, it gave a lot of interesting information, but now I'm going to send it a script. Let's just for fun, start a call.
Hi, I'm Casey Zemmon. How can I help?
Yeah, well, you read this script that. I'm going to read a script to you and I'd like you to recite it back to me with a lot of great energy and fill it in where it might need more storytelling and various things like that. I'm going to start reading the script and, and you just read it back to me in your own words if you can. Is that Cool. Or read it back to me in your words as well as in the words that are written, as well as your own words. How's that sound?
Absolutely.
That sounds great.
Go ahead and read the script, and I'll bring it to life with energy, storytelling, and a touch of my own style. Where it fits. Let's do this.
Okay, Here we go. Hi. Hi. Hello. Welcome to today's workshop. Thank you so much for joining in. I'm super excited to have you here. I'm Casey Zieman, and I promise this will be one of the shortest and most productive workshops you're ever going to attend. Now, I know these, how these things go. Some of you might already have your phones in hand, ready to scroll through Instagram or check TikTok notifications. Listen, no judgment. It's just how life is these days, right? We're all constantly distracted. But here's the thing. If you're here right now, that means you're serious about business. And if you're like most entrepreneurs I talk to, this might ring a bell. Maybe you're chasing leads, clients, or views on your content, but it feels like it's going nowhere. Maybe you're spending money on ads and wondering if you're. If they're ever going to work. And for some months, maybe you're just crossing your fingers, hoping to stay afloat. You see, your audience is just like us. They're busy scrolling and ignoring emails and skipping ads and bouncing off landing pages. So how do you actually grab their attention and hold it long enough to turn them into buyers? Well, that's exactly what we're going to figure out today. So stick around. I promise it'll be worth it. Now, if you're wondering who's this guy and why I should be listening to him, I let me share a little bit about myself. Back in 2008, I was a mortgage broker in Los Angeles. Life was good. Until it wasn't.
I was.
I, too, was hit bad. I, too, was hit badly by the recession. Practically overnight, I went from earning 250 a year to barely scraping on by on 15,000 the next year, I almost lost my house twice. I tried everything to make ends meet. Even started a YouTube consulting business. But despite the grind, nothing clicked. Until I discovered webinars. My first webinar, by the way, was not perfect. I was nervous, I overshared. And honestly, I felt like a disaster. But even though it was practically a disaster, I made 2,000 that night. And that's when I realized that webinars could change everything. And they did. Fast forward to today. I built a seven figure business helping thousands of entrepreneurs marketers create a web. And I created a webinar platform called Easy Webinar that helps people just like you host live and automated webinars in the easiest way possible. You wouldn't believe it, but it started as a WordPress plugin and today of course, it's so much more evolved. You can try the platform yourself and share it first and share your firsthand experience with me. I would love to hear from you. But before we talk about Easy Webinar, I want to briefly talk about why webinars are so powerful and why they actually work. Remember how we spoke about distractions at the start? Well, webinars manage to limit the distractions by cutting through all the noise. And they build honest connections and create a direct path to sales. There are four simple, straightforward reasons why webinars work. First, they're engaging. You can connect directly with your audience in real time or through automation. Your audience can see you, which makes it easier for them to engage and relate to you. Second, they build trust. Webinars let you teach, sell and share and genuinely help people and that builds trust and relationships faster than any ad ever could. Also, they're global. Whenever you're in your living room, whether you're in your living room or halfway across the world, you can reach people everywhere. And finally, they work 24,7 with automation, webinars can literally work when you are not working and make sales when you are sleeping. And let me put this out there, you definitely don't need to be a tech genius or marketing wizard to make them work. I want to share a few real world examples of entrepreneurs and marketers who've had huge success with their webinars and more than half of them had never done a webinar before. Ryan Fenn, the CEO of Chirp, made $2 million using Easy Webinar. He created one webinar one time and ran it for three years. He went from needing six sales reps to just one order taker. Susie Moore, an author and coach, she called Easy Webinar the simplest, most user friendly tool she had ever used. Amy Porterfield Amy Porterfield, an online marketing expert and has been crushing it with her webinars. She has three powerful sales funnels that run through Easy Webinar. They generate several million dollars per year. And there are hundreds more with such stories who've achieved success with webinars. Trickle down, but half the time they don't. But with Easy Webinar we've simplified things. Forget the top down approach. This is a four step system that works in a straight line. You create awareness with an ad, you you generate interest with a landing page, you build desire during the webinar and finally turn your your viewers into buyers all in the same session. No unnecessary layers, no wasted time. Easy Webinar, as the name suggests, makes the entire process ridiculously easy. You don't need to be a tech wizard. It's designed to be super intuit, intuitive and user friendly. And it's an all in one solution. Whether you're hosting live webinars, automated ones, or even hybrid formats, you can do it all in one place. You don't need to juggle multiple tools. It's trackable and data backed. You can see what went well and what needs improvement. This smart data can help you improve the sales process since it allows you to meet your customers where they're at based on the actions they perform. Now you might be thinking this all sounds great, but why not just use Zoom or similar platform? Well, let me tell you three major differences and then you can decide for yourself. EasyWebinar is built for sales and marketing with built in tools like Call to Actions, offer buttons, and more to help you convert viewers into buyers. Unlike Zoom, Easy Webinar gives you detailed insights into attendee behaviors, where they click, when they drop off, and what keeps them engaged. This helps you optimize your process and get better results. And Eazy Webinar offers you live and automated webinars. Zoom doesn't offer automated webinars, which is a big limitation. All right, so you made it this far. Which tells me one thing you're serious about. About making webinars work for you. And that's awesome.
But here's the deal.
You've got two options right now. First one, just dive in. Sign up, create your first webinar, check out the system and see how easy it really is. Test the automation, play with the engagement tools, and who knows, by this time tomorrow you could have your first webinar ready to go. And if you're the kind of person who likes to see it, to believe it. This is your chance. So click below, sign up and get your webinars live. Now, if you're thinking, Casey, I love this, but I don't have time to set up everything myself. Well, I'm going to give you two months free when you grab our annual plan right now. Plus da da a free done for you webinar setup worth $1,000. That's right. Our team will personally help you get your webinar up and running the right strategy and optimization so you can start seeing results fast. No text stress, no guessing. Just plug in your content and you're ready to go. Now, this bonus is not going to be around forever because once we hit our limit, it's gone. You know, it's alive. A bonus. It's something that our team has to actually build so we can't truly keep a lot of them around. This is not false scarcity. Honestly, we're going to be doing the work they we have to put a limit on how many we could do. And now you've probably sat through webinars before where you thought, I'll do it later. And then life happens and you never did. Well, don't let that be. Don't let this be one of those moments. So what's it going to be? Option one, sign up, create a webinar, explore the system. Option two go all in for two months and all in with two months free. Plus your webinar set up for you, saving you hours either way. Don't leave empty handed. Click below and let's get your webinars working for you.
All right, here's how I'd bring that to life. Hi. Hello. Welcome to today's workshop. I'm so pumped to have you here. I'm Casey Zieman and I promise you this is going to be one of the shortest, most productive workshops you've ever attended. Now, I get it. I know how these things go. Hey, thank you. Thanks for doing that. Can you remember that? Just so I can probably have you do it again at some point.
Are you still there?
Sorry, I was muted. Yeah. Could you remember what you read? Because that was pretty good. I'd like you to probably do that again at some point. A couple of refinements. But don't do it right now. It was $250,000, not $150,000. That. That from the job that I was doing to where the next year was 15,000, so. But don't worry about re recording that. It's okay. I don't need that. I think that was the only one thing that you didn't quite get. But that's. But other than that, it was great.
Got it. Thanks for catching that detail about the $250,000. I'll make sure to keep that correction in mind for next time. And hey, I'm glad the delivery resonated with you. Whenever you're ready to refine or revisit it, Just let me know. We'll make it even better. Sound good?
Yeah, bud. Sounds good, man.
Awesome, man. Whenever you're ready to dive back in, just let me know. We'll tweak it, refine it, and make it even better. Appreciate you.
All right, give me some dap. Boom.
Virtual dap coming your way, my friend. Let's crush it.
I love you, man.
Love you too, buddy. Let's keep rocking, my friend. Let's keep building, creating, and making magic happen. You're awesome.
All right, man. I'm gonna let you go, man. I'm gonna let you go.
All right, buddy. Take care of yourself. And remember, keep building, keep creating, and keep crushing it. Talk soon, my friend. Bye.
Did we get all that in the recording.
