So when you're in a SaaS business, you're constantly thinking about adding new features, including me. Listen, I've been a more features, more growth person myself. It's easy to think that growth comes from adding more. But if your churn is high, another feature won't save you. On the contrary, what will help you is retaining the customers you already have, focusing on onboarding, stronger engagement loop and upsells inside the product so you can increase lifetime value without those extra acquisition costs. So if you're chasing the next big feature, take a pause. Ask yourself this how many customers are leaving right now? Fix that first and you'll scale faster. Why don't you tell me? If you're building a product, what's your biggest retention problem? Drop it in the comments. If you like this video more, be sure to follow share and give it some love. Talk to you soon.
