A four-step workshop funnel: give away a relevant freebie, deliver real transformation during the workshop, use a qualifier to filter prospects, then close sales calls. The goal is moving people from free value straight to qualified conversations.

Will come into your workshop, maybe you'll have some freebie that you can give them, such as an E, you know, some book or downloadable worksheet or anything that also goes in alignment with the workshop. That so that by the end of the workshop, you have transformation. They're ready to book a call. Before that call happens, you could probably have some sort of qualifier that helps to make sure that you're only booking people into the call. That makes sense. And then close deals. Okay.
