Webinar Ads Don't Fail Because of Budget | They Fail Because of This

Casey Zieman explains why webinar ads fail: the backend offer isn't high-ticket enough. A $10 cost per lead works if you're selling a $5K-$10K coaching program, but not a $47 product. Structure the funnel with a book-a-call step and qualify prospects before the sales conversation.

Okay. Hey, what's up? It's Casey Zieman. I am back in the studio talking to you today about some of the questions that are coming in from my videos. If you don't know who I am, I'm Casey Zieman. I'm the founder of Easy Webinar. We are a webinar platform that does both live and automated webinars. You can use it to sell your products and services, remove some of the sales reps that you have in your organization, and scale your sales and marketing. Now today I'm going to be sharing a comment that came through one of the videos that this comment came through my automate. The video that's called, that's titled Automated Webinars don't work unless you do this. I love this question. It's a question I hear sometimes quite a bit. Ahmed said this. If I'm starting with live webinars, how much should I spend on ads? That is a great question because that is the fundamental thing. People are like, what do I spend on ads? Here's the thing about it. It's not the spend of ads, it's what the back end looks like. You could spend a hundred dollars on a lead if you're selling a $100,000 product on the back end, right? It's just a question of what you're going to spend for the quality of a kick ass lead or quality of a awesome lead. So instead of looking at how much I spend, you want to think of it like this. If you're spending $10 to get a registrant to your webinar, that's great, right? That's baseline, 8 to $12 to get them in. Now it's a question of paying for that ad spend. And you're gonna be. The only way you're gonna spend on ads is if you can actually get roas and cover the costs, right? So the goal is that you have a high enough offer on the back end that will produce those results. Now, if you are selling a low ticket product, $47, $57, $67, chances are you're not going to be able to cover roas. You will, you will be an inexpensive, you'll be in the red, right? However, if you have a product that or an offer that is $500, 9972-000300-05000 or 10,000, you're going to have more margin. You're going to be able to spend more on your ads. What I think the fast, the best way to do this, in my humble opinion, after having coached people for 10 years on this same topic is you should go with a coaching program. This is what I'm. This is what I would recommend. You get the $10 cost per lead, drive them into a book a call and offer them a service or a coaching or a mentorship program for anywhere from 5 to 10,000. By doing that, you're going to have the best margins possible. Okay. If you are an organization that sells any sort of, you know, SaaS combined with service, you know, anything at all, having a webinar that's on the front end that then bookends and backs people into a sales call is going to be your best bet overall. That applies to you if you're a solopreneur, coach, expert, or if You're a Fortune 500 company. This works for both. And in that, in that same way. And you're going to get the most margin out of it by doing it like that. People will come into your workshop. Maybe you'll have some freebie that you can give them, such as an E, you know, some book or downloadable worksheet or anything that also goes in alignment with the workshop so that by the end of the workshop you have transformation. They're ready to book a call. Before that call happens, you could probably have some sort of qualifier that helps to make sure you're only booking people into the call. That makes sense. And then close deals. Okay. Again, I hope this helps. The question that you have about how much should I spend on ads? Is you need to reframe it the different way it's really about. All of those questions depend on what your back end offer looks like. The higher the offer, the more you can spend on the front. It's just math. That's all this is, just math. And when you lock this in, you're going to do really, really well. If you have any questions on any of this, if you want to talk about how to maybe charge more for your products or services or coaching or mentorship, you can join my group. I have a group at school called the Sales Experience. We'll have a link in the description below and inside there we talk about those things. I have a program specifically that touches on this particular kind of funnel and how to build it. So if you're interested, just let me know. You can DM me and or join that program and then DM me from there. So I hope this helped. If you have any questions, let me know. But like and subscribe because I'll make more videos just like this and I'll See you in the next video. Take care.
