Let me tell you the fastest way to stall your business. Basically, it's when you delegate like a control freak. You hand out tasks, you stack managers, you add meetings, but somehow, somehow nothing ships. Does that sound familiar to you? There was a time when I managed everything, right? I would look at every bit of copy, I would scrutinize every page and every font and every color and every point of messaging, and I would. Basically, I'd be micromanaging everything. Now, the problem with micromanaging is that you burn out quick, right? It kills your ability to continue to be the person that has the North Star, that everybody has to follow.
