Charles Noonan and a co-host discuss buying two houses for under $3,000 each through bidding. One closed on both properties the same day, a move the other calls ambitious since they usually teach acquiring one property at a time.
You ended up getting two houses at the same time, like, like, within minutes to get, like. Like, you bought them one and two. Those same two.
I bid on them the same day. They went active in the bidding process, and they closed, like, within.
Give it up. Give it up. That is execution at, like, the highest level. Seriously. So I normally. I normally don't teach that. Right. We talk about it, but I like the process of, like, getting one, going through the steps. And then, as you see now, some people, they just come in and they're buying, like, 3 and 4 at the same time. It's, like, going crazy. It's not. It's not what I expected. But then you got people with so much ambition, so much creativity, that they just. They just go run with it. And they just run like crazy. So you did something that just shocked me.
Yeah, it was fun for me. It was an exciting moment. But I'm like, all right, what do you do now? Like, you got these two properties. What do you think?
