A short, opinionated YouTube segment where a speaker lists the top three reasons contractors dislike architects: (1) architects take too long, (2) they change prices for identical drawings across properties, and (3) they are unresponsive to calls and emails. The speaker frames architects as delaying investor projects and exercising control over work investors cannot do themselves.

Top three reasons why we really don't like architects. Number one, y' all be taking too long with y' all stuff. Number two, y' all be changing the prices for the exact same drawings for another property. Number three, y' all don't answer phones, emails or any other way. We try to get in contact with y' all until y' all feel like it. Y' all know y' all could do stuff that investors can't. So y' all just be taking your sweet time. Stop it.
