CRAZY LANDLORD vs TENANT STORY 😳 #entrepreneur #realestateinvestor #landlord #tenants #realestate

Have you ever pulled a weapon on a tenant? Yes. Have you ever used a weapon on a tenant? No. I'm super selective about who I'm running up on. Depends how much the tenant old. Sometimes it's better to just take the loss and try to buy him out of the apartment. And other times, you know, if you have to be a little physical, you throw somebody out before. Absolutely. I had the marshals with me, okay? But because I had the monsters with me, my chest was out, they had the hammer. I didn't have to do anything but sit there and watch. I want to just warn all landlords, please be careful going after your tenants. These are very trying times. Tenants are armed with and dangerous based on who they are, how much money they owe, and what their current circumstances are. So we got to be aware of, like, mental health issues when going through struggles, because landlords out here getting punched in the face, they getting put in comas, they getting killed, they're getting stabbed. And then at the same time, you got landlords, like somebody in here who's going to come up to you for your rent armed if he feels that he can be.
