So that's how you got your start, right? 18. You applied for your license, you got it, and then you started to do sales. Or was it rentals?

I started doing rentals in Battery park, actually. Right. So at the time in Battery park, because of 9 11, the prices, pricing was depressed. People didn't want to move down there at all. And we were trying to push those units again. So I got my license so that I could be allowed to rent on the weekends by myself in the office and get my little commission checks from the office. And then I was like, well, I could do this on a bigger scale. So I got licensed by another firm. And then I started working in Washington Heights and Harlem, mainly Washington Heights, because I spoke Spanish. Okay. And I was like, I could close these deals. A lot of my leads would be people who, like, didn't primarily speak English and things like that, but had the money. And I'd say, okay, fine, I can figure out how to get this point across.
