Entrepreneurs biggest problem is Staff. Learn to scale through Virtual Assistants. With Kyle Connor

Kyle Connor built a virtual call center for real estate lead generation after his first wholesale deal in 2019. He hires phone-facing VAs from Egypt, runs a two-week QA incubation period, and bundles CRM, dialer, and data into one package. One caller handles 15,000 records monthly and generates 2-3 contracts.

I've been going, going, going, going, going, going crazy.
Nope, you can't blame me. You have a hustle of crazy.
I've been going, going, going, going, going all summer Running at the number.
Welcome to another episode of the real estate newsroom where we interview dope people who run up a bag of money in non traditional ways of real estate. Today, from Florida, Kyle Connor.
What's up, Charles?
How are you, man?
I'm doing great, brother. Help. Happy to be on.
Believe it or not, man. I'm really happy that you're here for various reasons. One of them me being selfish because I need help, man. I heard I need help. Oh, you heard?
I heard. I heard some land. You're looking for some land? I believe not.
Yes, but no. So I know how to find land. What I don't know is how to find people to help me in my daily. In my day to day business.
Okay, nice.
Right? So if you can just introduce yourself to the audience before I. We jump right in because I got a ton of questions.
I'm excited. So yeah. Kyle Connor. I live in Miami, Florida, but grew up in the northeast. Started my entrepreneurship journey back in 2019 after I closed my first virtual wholesale deal. And that kind of opened up my eyes to the power of virtual wholesaling and real estate. It was a 21k deal that we landed and we got that because of a virtual assistant that we hired and we hired that person in the cold calling role. And that ultimately opened my eyes up to the world of virtual assistants. And that's what led to us launching our call center. So for the last four years, we've been helping new and tenured real estate professionals from all over source off market leads and deals.
Nice. So you have a call center.
Yep.
And a wholesale business.
Correct.
I got to say, man, I don't love wholesalers. I feel like. And this is just my personal feeling. Right. I want to talk more about the call center side, if you don't mind.
That's totally fine with me. Because wholesalers, there's too many of them anyways.
It's not even that. I just see them. I'm starting to learn that side of the business.
Yeah.
Because I never got into it just because I understand or my, my theory in real estate is more. So to create wealth, you need to create cash flow.
Yep.
Wholesaling doesn't create cash flow. So I never really took a deep interest in it. It's deal by deal and then you' to the next deal.
Correct.
But one thing I got to say, man, That I don't love about the host about wholesaling is I feel like you guys, or I'll say wholesalers wrestle houses from people at some of their weakest times, add on a ton of money and sell it for, for a whole lot more.
And there's certainly some of that. There's certainly some of that. You agree?
You're the first person who's going to admit that.
So I'll say there's some of that depending on, you know, how they approach their business. Right. I think the thing that wholesalers don't necessarily serious is that they are business owners and they're conducting business activity and they need to operate as if they're business professionals and owners. And I think a lot of them, to your point, you know we're only as good as our next deal, Right. As a wholesaler. So they're going to try to get as much as they possibly can on every single deal. Yeah, but the ones that are bad at building a wholesale business are the ones that care so much about squeezing sellers and buyers because they just are concerned where their next deal is going to come from. Whereas if the way that I like to think my business and I approach it is we always have consistent deals coming in where we make sure we do good business on and the right of the seller.
Do you build relationships with the people you buy houses from?
Always. Always, yes. Actually, we've had many testimonials, many very just people that were, and to your point, difficult financial situations that we run into a lot and we were able to save their home from foreclosure. A lot of them don't want to deal with agents. You know, just as bad as wholesalers have a bad rap, agents also have a bad rap.
Don't, don't try to throw agents there. I know we're not going to do that. I'm not my real estate agen love.
My brokers too, as a wholesaler. I work with brokers all the time. But I will say there's something when you say to sellers, oh, we're going to list, well, you know, you say the word listing, they think about commissions, they think about this and they just get shot away. Right. So there's a value. If you run yourself professionally as a wholesaler and do good business, sellers will love you. And we've had a lot of repeat business and referral business from that.
Okay, good. I like it. I do. I like the concept.
Correct.
It just makes me cringe when I think of a grandmother who died and then the nephew has the house who doesn't know anything, who lives three states away. And then they're getting this guy's house for $50,000 and they're selling it for $100,000.
Correct.
And grandma spent her whole life working to pay that mortgage off.
Yep. Or canceling last minute because they don't really have a buyer. And they unfortunately convince this poor woman that they're going to sell their home, she gets all excited and they back out last minute. That happens a lot too. Yeah. And you know who I'm talking about? You wholesalers.
Yeah. This is our best.
And I'm a wholesaler. And I believe you, man. I'm a wholesaler.
No, I think. I think that level of awareness will make you a really good wholesaler, a really good business person. And I feel like when you can create a win win situation.
Yep.
You'll get way more business than if Absolutely. Just like rake somebody for 50 grand and the wholesalers be flashing these huge checks. And I'm like, man, that that means you undersold or under bought that property that much. And they're like, yeah. And I'm like, geez, man, it's crazy. But I understand it because realistically, for me as a business owner, right. I run three businesses, so a part of me and my business is time. Time is extremely important to me. So if someone offers me a service to sell a property where I have to pay HOA fees really high taxes on, and I'm not up to that property yet because I buy land in bulk sometimes I appreciate that phone call and a nice little profit to take the property from even though they buy undervalued. So there is, you know, I have a love hate relationship always.
It's a good skill to learn too. Like if you're doing deals. As a real estate professional, what I've now gathered is like, I don't want to be a wholesaler forever. No way. It's just way too stressful. But I do want to build a real estate investing company out of my wholesale business. And what I'll now have as a utility is I have that skill where I can always wholesale a deal to qualified buyers and make some money on a lead that I otherwise wouldn't have. Right. I didn't want to invest into it, so.
All right, cool. All right, let's jump in now. So we got the wholesaler stuff.
Yeah, yeah, we got it. We. We clear the air.
I know where you stand. A man of integrity doing good business now. Now we could start our interview.
Absolutely.
All right. So I'M just going to just, just, just let it go. Right?
Please.
I cannot find virtual assistants that are good anywhere. I've had a virtual assistant take a job from me.
Wow.
That spoke really good English, right? He's like, yeah, Charles, I'm gonna. I'm gonna do this, this, this, and this. Spoke excellent English, did everything. And then when I recorded the call, so I wasn't getting any results for two weeks, But I'm like, oh, I'm bragging about this VA that I found. I'm telling you, everybody, I got the monster team. In my world, team is everything.
Yep.
Right? Team runs your business. We're thought processors, right? We create the business, then we hire the teams to run it. So I'm bragging about this guy I got in the Philippines, speaks phenomenal English, can sell his butt off, right? So I hire this guy, easy job, right? We get tons of warm leads, no sales for two weeks. So now I'm thinking, like, what the heck is going on? Right? So. And that. That makes us happy when we get.
Good team, of course.
Right. And when we have systems and processes in place.
Nothing you love more as a business owner?
Nothing. Right? So I listened to the phone calls. What do you think happened?
Oh, God. He's probably definitely not conducting the call the right way, but probably doing some other shady stuff, I'm gonna guess.
It wasn't him.
Oh, my God. He's trying to.
He. He's farming out. He's using his skill set to get jobs, to farm the work out to less and probably talented individuals.
That's crazy.
Got me for two weeks, man.
That's crazy, man. See? And unfortunate. That's part of the game with the virtual. I have 60 VA's right now.
How many?
60 virtual assistants?
Six. Zero.
That run my entire call center business and my wholesale business.
Wow.
Yeah. Probably like a little bit north of 60 right now.
Okay.
Which is crazy. And I didn't start. You know, I started with one, right? And I had to pretty much break my business for me to learn some of the lessons that you're talking about right now. Like, I had to. I gave way too much freedom to my VAs in the beginning stages. I scaled too fast. And this was my second year in business in 2022. And this is when I was like, really thinking, I'm gonna just kill it and crush it and adding new clients. And we're just scaling in all these different states, and all of a sudden my business breaks. Why? Because of some of these things. Like, you gotta really have clear structure. A Quality assurance department is so, so important if you're running a virtual assistant team, Regardless if it's real estate or any business, there should be a quality assurance person or department to help with these things.
Of course.
Course, I have five quality assurance managers right now.
Nice.
And all they do is all day is making sure they're auditing for things like that.
I love it.
Yeah.
All right. How long you been in a business? How long did you have your call center business?
Yeah, so we. We launched that in April 2021. I launched my wholesale business in 2019. So I hit my first 100k in our first year of doing wholesale deals from 2020. 2021. And that's when I was like, man. And obviously, wholesaling was a lot different than you could sell any deal on Facebook. It was nuts. Yeah. But I felt confident enough to say, oh, I've done all these deals virtually with the power of systems and VAs. Who else needs help with this? And that's when I launched the call center. I was like, there's got to be other real estate professionals out there that could use this skill and expertise.
Okay.
And actually, yeah, I got to stop. Please, please.
And this. This. This the real estate newsroom.
Right, Right.
There's a disclaimer that I didn't mention.
Okay.
Are you okay with sharing and no gatekeeping here?
Absolutely. No.
My audience, like, is a die hard entrepreneur, real estate centered audience.
I wear my heart on my sleeve.
It's my role. It's my job to get information from guys like you that know a ton of information and bring it back to them.
Yep. We're here to deliver today, Charles.
I love it.
Let's go.
All right, so where you get the. Where do you get the wholesalers from?
So the wholesale client.
I mean. I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
The VA's.
Yeah.
Forget wholesale. I don't care about it.
Yeah, yeah. No.
You want to make 100 grand, right?
Cool.
Great. We need help cracking this VA code.
Absolutely. So where do you get the market I love the best is Egypt. Why Egypt? So Egypt is a second language there. English is a second language. Excuse me. So their English comprehension and communication skills are phenomenal. I've had VAs from all over the globe. I used to have. It started with the Philippines. Then I dabbled a little bit into the Latin American states. Yeah. What happened? Why did I shift all the way to Egypt? Well, here's for the Philippine. Filipino. VAS is. I found that there was always a typhoon or something coming where their Internet connection Was.
Tell me about it.
Yeah.
So like, that's their excuse for a day off.
I think it is. I think it is. It's definitely was becoming like a typhoon's coming by every week now. It's crazy. So that was one. And then the English, you can speak clear English, but if you don't have the English comprehension part of it, like when you're talking and having difficult conversations with sellers, just having clear English speaking skills is not enough. You need to have, like, understand exactly what they're saying. So that was a challenge in the Philippines. I'm not saying that happens with every Filipino va.
I agree.
But that was a challenge.
No, I have that issue.
Yeah.
They, they, they, they say yes to everything.
Yes.
First off, right. If you've ever had a va, they say yes to everything. They, they speak English, but do they understand how it's used? Here is a whole different. Is a whole different question.
Correct.
So, yeah, we try. And. And the secret's been out for a long time. Right. Everybody says use online jobs. Ph.
Yep, yep, yep.
And that's where I actually got beat for like two weeks salary. And then I actually hired other team members from online jobs. And I had horrible experiences.
Yeah. And I always. I, I will say it's not your fault because I made that mistake myself. And I shouldn't say I made the mistake. I had to figure out and test for the first two years because I didn't want to pay a premium either for these platforms. I didn't want to pay someone else. I started my own hiring funnels. Just going through Facebook.
Yeah.
I was creating. And I can absolutely share those with you. So you can share them to the.
In different countries.
It was a hiring funnel that I used for all applications. But what I was doing is I was intentionally going into these Facebook groups for pockets of the world.
Okay.
And there's a, there's a million of them out there. Right. You can search anything from like Egyptian callers, Egyptian vas if you want. Whatever, whatever country. And then whatever role you need, there's a group for it. Right. So, you know, I started off organically building my entire VA team from just my own hiring funnels that I was posting on social media. And that sort of started me figuring out like, okay, the Filipinos are great in data and back end office, but I shouldn't have them on the phones, so I stopped doing that.
I agree, man. I love it.
Yeah.
I get excited when I have guests that I can relate to. So, yes. No knock to online jobs. Ph. No knock to People from the Philippines, I do love and respect you. I've built my businesses through some of their work. No knock. No knock at all. But that is a genius approach to finding out like best fit because we could all just run there to get team. But are they the best?
Right.
And then when you think about the financial benefits versus like how much we may pay someone here, how much we may pay in other countries, you really, it sounds like you really did a good job of expressing, exploring, not just where you, where can you find the best in a country, but just the whole world.
And roles too. And, and what roles are they best suited in? Because you can get talent. That's. And another one is like Latin America. Now this is a challenge because obviously with everything going on with inflation, the value of the dollar has just tanked and unfortunately the cost of labor and the demand for VAs has gone up.
Here's what I'll say. Individuals in the Philippines are good for a lot of roles that are not client face.
Correct. Exactly. We have Filipino VAs that help us a lot in data and systems.
Yeah. So I had a VA maybe a year ago. I was doing a. I was doing a. I think. Was it like a five day challenge?
Yep.
I had a VA go in my DMs and act as me to sell tickets. Not client facing, no phones, just working in my DMs. And we sold like a ton.
Crazy.
So like 300 in a month, just. Yeah.
And what's crazy is there's still business owners out there. And I'm talking to you solopreneurs, new business owners that want to, for whatever reason, do that role themselves. Which is crazy.
No, there's no way. It's in. You can't have a life.
No.
And be in your DMs selling tickets. It doesn't work.
No.
Right. There's too many things in preparing for an event, marketing for the ads, the podcast, the radio shows, the news show, and to be in your DMs capturing and sell. It's impossible.
No, it is. And that's where I always tell people the first thing you should do is ask yourself, can a piece of an AI tool replace me or do this more efficient. That's step one. And then number two is can a virtual assistant, you know, if not a tool or tech out there, if it's too complex and requires more critical thinking, which actually probably AI can do it now. But anyways. But going to that point is like find a virtual assistant who can replace you for three to four dollars an hour. It's the best thing you'll ever.
I honestly, just based on my experience, I don't think. I think AI is. Is good.
Yep.
I don't think it's there yet.
No.
I think it's like, if I had to rank my hiring choices. Right. I would go with an individual from the States that's a killer. Let's just say salesperson.
Right?
Right. You. You did sales before.
Yep. Yep.
Right. I. I have, like this, and I don't. I never say this, and I never use this. Right. But I have some pretty killer sales ability. Like, I have superhuman sales ability. I don't use it, though.
You're a silent assassin. I can kind of tell that about.
I just know how to sell. I. I know how the mind works.
Psychology of sales.
I know the psychology. I know the emotion. I know the logical portion of it. I've been trained like a sniper on how to close. Like, my sales bag is crazy. It's. It's almost. It's almost trickery. It got scary to that point in corporate America. So I left.
Right.
Because I felt like I wasn't. My purpose wasn't being fulfilled. Just selling because I was closing deals like crazy. So I kind of. I don't sell anymore. But I need salespeople in my business. I don't sell my team members either. Just because I feel like. Like I have this sniper, dangerous sales ability.
Right.
So I don't even do it. It's like if you bought into my program from what someone else told you, great, you're in.
You're in.
Because I know how to understand, like, pain points and connect dots. So I don't do it. But if I had to rank, I would go with a killer salesperson from the States who speaks two languages.
Yep.
Right. There's a. There's a criteria. From there, then I would go. I. I do appreciate AI. Let's just say mini chat. Use many chat.
Yeah. All the time. Yep.
So my business and both businesses, manychat does a lot of labor for me.
Right.
And it's super easy. So I'll say that's just one way. But chat, GPT, there's so many different ways that I use AI now, but I always say AI is not a tool to be used by itself.
Correct.
Needs a human component to be great.
Thank you for saying that. Thank you for saying.
And in my opinion, it needs a human component to be great.
It does. I put out a video the other day, and this guy, he was. He was. He was conflicted about what I said, but I said AI and humans are a better together story. And that's of course, that's. People can't just put a piece of AI, whatever. It's a. It could be any AI bot and plug it in and expect it to just all of a sudden do the work for.
Did you really just say that? Yeah, like days ago, weeks ago.
I literally just said this in about another podcast.
The more we dig into it, you realize, like, can't. It's not there yet.
It isn't, but it's very good.
It's good. It's. It's good.
It's good. It's cool.
Slash good by itself. Great with a person.
Well, here's Jump in. And here's a real world example of how it helped my business as a. As a. As a new entrepreneur. I went from having a team of 50 VAs in 2022 is going into 2023. And we. This is right when AI and tech is just really starting to. Just to hit the forefront. We got rid of. We had 20 data managers and we consolidated down to four because we thought we had to have a data manager per client at the time. And we were able to with the power of AI, power with tech, but. But not completely removing the human element.
Yeah.
It's just we reduce the complexity of our business by not having so many people. We didn't need to have so many professionals. Because the combination of a good AI tool and tech with a trained VA is a better story.
Right, I agree.
And that's kind of what I'm trying to tell people is don't replace. Don't look at one or the other. Always look at how you can build it together.
Together.
Right.
AI needs a brain.
Correct.
I say it all the time. It needs a brain because it does what you tell it. It has a thinking. You. You have to train it, but you can't train it for every single scenario.
Correct.
And humans are so diverse and versatile that there's going to be something that I spits out that just makes no sense. It gets me cursed out, of course. And I'm like, oh, that's. That really wasn't me. That was like, I think it's me. And I'm like, no, no, no, that wasn't. Yeah, yeah. So it works great. So, so, so I'd go AI just because of that. But again, to your point, I. With a virtual train.
Yeah.
I've had some virtual assistants that are like killer.
Oh my God. Yeah.
I'm talking about loyalty. Right. Work ethic. Work ethic. Is that Virtual assistant, the right virtual assistant to me cares as much about your business as you do.
Oh my God.
Team members, and this is a knock on, on, I would say team members that are local, they may tend to care more about their check than the business.
Absolutely.
Me running a service oriented business, both of my business, three of my businesses are in service. I have to care about the, the end user, the client, the customer. So a virtual assistants have really stepped in and I've had virtual assistants say, oh, I couldn't sleep until we solve this issue. I just, you know, I'm not going to stop working until we solve this. And I haven't got that so much with local.
And I think it's because they know that it's a high turnover industry. Right. A virtual assistant, there's a lot of them out there and when you get them ingrained and when you find those good VAs, because I have a whole team of like incredible virtual assistants and I don't know what I would do without them. But once you get to that point where you can ultimately have that trust and that camaraderie and that buy in from them. Yeah, they don't want to leave. They don't because they don't want to have to go figure out their next company. And there's no hope that they could because there's just such a high turnover role. And now they're even more concerned about them being replaced by, by AI now. So it's like they're going to come in and they're going to deliver for you because their, their livelihood depends on it.
I love it.
Right.
It's here's what I like, here's what I like. I picked up on what you said and I think this separates you from a lot of other business owners. I feel like in building your business you took the time to build it and build it out.
Right.
You didn't just say, hey, I have a company start taking on a bunch of clients and like are building the plane.
Correct.
On its way down.
Which I started doing while selling seats at the same time.
Right. I saw that online too and I thought that was pretty cool. So whoever said that, Meg, props to you. Shout out. Yeah, I don't know who it was, but it was a dope way to say like entrepreneurs like fly a plane off a cliff and then they figure out how to put it together and sell tickets on while it's going down.
Yeah, exactly.
But I feel like what I picked up is that you really did your research and finding out like, how do I Get the best like, of, of the whole world. Who has the best virtual assistants, like with timing. Because sometimes time plays a factor. Right. The time zone is a factor.
Correct.
Sometimes you call them they're waking up. Right. Or you hop on a zoom in the Philippines, no knock, but they're. They like they just woke up.
Yeah, yeah, that happens.
Then you have the language, the language barrier, the inflection, understanding. Are they client facing? Are they working? Are you going to wake up in the middle of the night to kind of have these conversations with them?
Yep.
And because I feel like, I feel like the virtual assistant world from a, from a global perspective started out with tech.
Yep.
You do you feel like.
Absolutely. Yeah.
Like they started building websites and it was all development.
Yeah, it was developed. Yeah, yeah, keep going. Because you're.
And then it grew into. All right, what else can you guys help with?
Yes.
Would you, would you think that's true, man?
So I really am passionate about this topic. I'm glad you brought it up. Because people sometimes don't give up. There's a, there's a, a happy medium between giving up too much control to a va, but also not treating them as if they're robots, which I see so many people do. They just think that they're going to plug this VA in with no SOPs, which stands for Standard Operating Procedures. And it's really just a, you know, a breakdown of how they do their, their day to day tasks. Right. But people just throw these VAs and expect them to all of a sudden just understand the role or adapt. That's not the case. But when you have really good structure in place and, and you've done a good job again, setting that foundation, getting them on board in the right way, you know, and then all of a sudden you start seeing that they have all these other skill sets that you had no idea that they even had when they, you hired them for a specific role. And they execute well in that role. Then opening up as a business owner and start talking to them or if they're not performing in that role. Right. If they're not performing, understand why before you kick them out. This is something that I've done to find some of my best vas is I just didn't have them in the right role. They were in the cold calling role, but they had incredible skills. More so for the customer success, customer service, or they're very organized and they're better for operational skills. And that's where I just started. I gave up more control because that's the way I operate as a business owner because I want their creativity to be felt. But that started to open up so much doors, so many doors of these skills that they had. I had no idea. But you obviously got to be careful because you can't let them. You can't give up too much control.
Yeah, right.
You can't.
So do you. So we're going to share what. What are some of the websites that you use? Do you post ads on, like, Craigslist and Egypt to find them?
Yeah, well, at this point, it's just all referral over the year. Like, it really started with me only doing Facebook group posts, and then here's Egypt. No, only here. Just online, but specifically in virtual assistant groups.
Okay.
And here's a hack. All right? People do not do this at all. But I created an application, a funnel, and I'll share it with you so you can share with anyone in your community is this funnel has one small thing that separates me from everyone else. And that's what. That's not just me saying. That's the feedback that I've gotten from my virtual assistants is I embedded a welcome video. Just a welcome video of me as the owner. And at the time, I just shared how exciting times it is to join diy. This is a time I didn't have any. Any clients, by the way. I was making up. Excuse my language. I was just making stuff up. And. And all of a sudden, I just was like, you know, I'm gonna add this, like, little video just to make it more personal so they can know who I am and they can understand if they're even a good fit for the type of culture I'm trying to bring before they. Before they even apply. So I started to have a really thorough funnel that had a lot of the right questions that really validated the correct people, because it took about 30 or 40 minutes to fill out this application purposely. And then the. The. The video I helped, I think, grabbed the right culture fit for me, for people, because if they didn't like me, they didn't like me. They're not going to apply. Right. So that's. Those. Those are the little things, man, that go a really long way, Charles, for people. And I just started doing that on Facebook groups. I never had to go to Upwork. I never had to go to Fiverr. I never had to go to online ph Jobs because I just got so good at creating my own funnel and qualifying good talent. And then the domino effect happened. Once I had a couple happy people. Now they all start want to Come over now.
Do you have people that hire locally in Egypt for you? Like, do you have an. Like a manager where if you get an application, it goes to this person y and then they'll do an interview and then say, hey, Kyle, I'm going to hire two more people.
So I actually don't hire anymore. Sorry. I don't do the hiring at all anymore. I trust my team to do that for me. I have two operations managers. Omnia is phenomenal. She handles all like the HR component and sourcing and finding people. But what she does now is she does workshops locally and she does workshops locally in Egypt. Dude. Crazy. Crazy. She's been with me from the beginning and I have all. And that's. I'm. I can think of so many others in my business that are bought in that I just haven't shouted out. But there it's the same level of buy in where they literally will host events in the local, you know, town. And it'll be a way of. It will sort of be like a job fair, if you will. But it's also them training them on the tools that we use, the scripts that we have, like training them on our process. And then there's obviously, you know, the hope is that they ultimately get hired from us when the demand is there.
Nice.
So now it's really created a lot of buzz with her doing that locally.
It's smart man. Builds a pipeline. Correct the future of your company. Right. It allows you to scale.
Yes.
Because if you have the. The product first now when you. You can add on clients a lot more. Correct easily and say I could, you know, what orders you can fill.
Correct. Because now when you have, you know, people in the mix. Right. To deliver my service, it does require people. So that can be. That causes scaling challenges. Right. It's a little bit. It's. And the reason being is just, you know, you got to factor in your client intake and how many agents you need to deliver that service, so on and so forth.
So here's the takeaway that I. That I got. Most people that are successful, like really, really successful, it boils down to them taking the long way.
Absolutely.
Not taking shortcuts. Right. It sounds like you took your time again. And this is just my takeaway and observation from what you're doing. It just sounds like you really took your time and built the company the right way first. Like you built the product, you built the systems. I read a book on Abraham Lincoln talking about leadership and it sounds like your leadership skills. Right. That hap. That are Universal. Right, Right. Because they work in Egypt is what's helping you drive this super, like, efficient team.
Yep.
So I got to ask you, have you ever gone to Egypt?
So funny enough, this will be the first trip I'll ever take to Egypt. It's going to happen probably in June, July of this year to go see my team for the first time. I'm so, so excited, man.
But you're connected.
But we're connect. Oh, I'm on like, on levels that you have no idea. Like we, you know, birthdays and, and weddings and stuff like that. Like there's literally like. I mean I've, I've, I've cried with my vas. I've la. Like, you know, we're so close. It's, it would be an almost. It'd be a big surprise if we stopped doing business together. Let's just put it that way. We're so ingrained now and we're so in lockstep. It's crazy.
I have two team members like that.
Yeah.
Tara and Rosa. Rosa's been with me for 10 years.
Wow.
Tara. More on the. In respect to Rosa. Newer. Probably two, maybe three.
These are virtual assistants.
No, no, no.
These are just regular team. Right.
I tried with so many different ways. Right. And I'm, I, I love what I do. I only do businesses that I absolutely love and I love the product, I love the outcome. And I've tried so hard to have like an organization where people come into the office and actually do their work and do things like that. And it was such a struggle. Like the interview process took so long. It's so hard to find like the right match.
It's crazy.
And then I started to go virtual. So I had a huge virtual team and I had someone over that. But I didn't take the time like you do to really get to know people. And I know how to do it. It's just so time consumer. It's the long way.
It was a long way. And the, the reason why I was able to do that. And this is again, for anyone that's watching, that's like in a W2 or trying to get out of that W2. And you know, I, I grew my businesses literally for 3 years straight before I quit my W2. Right. I was doing 500k in revenue between both businesses last year.
Yeah.
And I still was working a full time job and I didn't necessarily do that. You know, everyone always asks, like, when's the right or wrong time to leave your job? For me it was just making Sure, I could replace my income and have steady, steady some money set aside to do the entrepreneurship full time for a year. But to bring this full circle is what was so beneficial and what helped lower the pressure is I had, while I was working, a full time job, a team of 35, 40 people behind me, my virtual teammates that were working and driving the business forward every single day while I couldn't be there in attendance. But then when I was, you know, and that's, that's, that's where you go back to like how we took our time. It wasn't necessarily by necessity, but I'm glad I did it that way. I'm glad I did it.
I speak to other friends in the business that have similar businesses to, to what we do. I would say we teach. We have a community or a school. We teach people how to make money.
Right.
By doing the same things that we're actively doing.
Correct.
And I was talking to a friend of mine who, who has like maybe two or three killer vas. You know, when you got that killer.
You know, a real, you know, your.
Michael Jordans, your Scotty Pippins, and then your people that are like that, you can trade.
Yeah. Yeah. Right.
So. And, and he's talking about his. Because we all have different strengths.
Correct.
Good friend of mine, he has this CFO that does everything for, for him. She handles operations, finances, she, she runs his business for him. And we all need that. But we don't have.
Correct.
A person like that. I have like a killer salesperson and customer service. Like we call her a success coach.
Yep.
People don't have those components.
Right.
So we all do well. But it's like we are strong in different areas.
Yeah.
And a friend of mine has, he's just ranting and raving about his vas. And I'm like, man, I just couldn't. I'm like, I can't find like we're, we're missing.
Right.
And I know I'll take full blame for it. I don't have the time to train. I don't, I don't. My. So doing the things thing that we do in addition to teaching the thing that we do.
Correct.
So we have a responsibility to make sure we fulfill on the people that we teach. And then we have a responsibility to do what we do, that, that we teach. I have to build houses, buy land. I got to buy land.
So you can keep confidently sharing that information to your clients.
And I show it to them while I do it. So it kind of helps. The dad could just say hey guys, come, come to XYZ House. You were at this stage so you can actually see it live. Correct. So for me to do that and then I'm managing money, the budgets and everything. Right. I have a development company and then I teach. To, to wake up and teach a VA is so hard for me. I, I don't have the time.
And that's exactly why we started our business.
Yeah.
Why real estate group? Because of that. Of exactly what you just said, Charles. Because there's so many folks like yourself that are tired of turnover in the VA department. They're tired of people not showing up. They're tired of people fudging their numbers. Right. So that's where we come in. Right. We're going to help you with managing. You don't have to worry about hiring, firing, nothing. We manage all of the day to day. We audit them. We have full reports and transparency and that's. That just came off of building the business the right way and having to do it. So I didn't get, you know, screwed over by my VAs. I had to have that quality assurance measures and things in place so that I could successfully manage a completely virtual company. And so that's why I love helping folks like yourself. Because I feel like that's this, that's it's, it's not your fault. It's a skill deficiency. You just don't have the time. You just don't have the time, man.
Yeah.
And we don't want you spending time in that either.
Agreed. So help me understand this with your call center, with your business.
Yeah.
How does it work for me? Like I know in my mind the first thing that I need is like a, like a head of hr.
Yep.
Or director to Now I'll tell you what we need.
Yep.
You just do the rest because I, I, like you said, you don't hire. I, I don't have the time to sit in.
Correct.
On an interview for someone that you're bringing on to be an appointment setter.
Correct.
Right. For someone you're bringing on for whatever the case may be. I just don't have the time to do it.
Well, that's what's great is we include the HR component of it. HR is covered. Now depending on if you're looking for, you know, lead generation and deals, deal flow. That's going to come with a whole, like a whole VA team. Right. For really our big, you know, pitch is, you know, you get eight VAs for the cost of one full time employee. Basically you're getting a full VA team behind our service related to customer success. HR, you know, quality assurance. The caller, the lead manager. Right. There's a. All those people need to play a role in delivering your service and delivering your. And running your business. Right. Every business needs those different business functions to operate, whether it's virtual or hiring people locally. Right? So that's what we're. That's why we love is like, hey, when you hire us, you're getting a business in a box.
I need it. Sign me up, man. Please sign me up.
We'd love to.
Look, look, all you people that call me for help. Hey, Charles, how'd you pack the conference? Hey, Charles, how do you do this? Charles, how do you do that? Charles, everybody loves your program. How do you. Right? I'm telling you guys right now, if I had the 8Vs that he just spoke about, we would all go. We would all like, scale 5x.
Oh, it's crazy.
Next year, easily. Easily.
And yeah, I'm even just getting even more excited about the opportunities that we were talking about opening up this conversation, which is getting these people now tech savvy. Right? They're all. They're very tech savvy to begin with. But now being intentional in our trainings, which we're doing, is like, okay. As we're learning how I can help, these guys and girls need to know it as well, just as if not better, because their jobs are on the line.
Because again, and there's going to be a change and there's going to be a change in how businesses are run.
Absolutely right.
We know it's coming. You could like it, hate it, believe it or not.
Right. It's going to change or die. Yes.
Adapt or die. I don't want to say that to some people.
Sorry, guys. Yeah.
So you. Can you break down the eight? Like, like, so I have a marketing side to my business. Yeah, right. That generates leads that may fill events that we do.
Yeah, right.
You saw, I did an event with 500 people.
That's nuts.
And my ticket price was. Was high. Right? It's. It's because what I'm teaching and the value of it, I don't want everybody in the room. I only want a certain individual that is serious about their real estate business, that's serious about generational wealth, that's serious about building and not overpaying for real estate. So it's a hard group of people.
Very niche.
Yeah, very niche.
Right.
You have to be serious about what you're doing. I don't want people looking for like a. If I get fired type of investment. Don't do that. I want you invested so you can make a ton of money. Because it's so easy in my world of what I do.
Right.
So I need like a marketing expert. I probably need some help with appointment setting.
Yep, yep.
I need help with. Let's see, where else? Where Elsewhere else. Oh, funding. Like a liaison between the lender. Right. So people come into the community. I teach them how to build, but they have to go get money.
Right.
There's no communication between the bank and them. They're working.
Correct.
Right now. Right. Until they could really get their real estate business going, they're working. So I need someone in between, just a liaison to say, hey, you need these documents now. And now we have full visibility into their loans. So I need a person there. I need a person to help with credit too, because some. Some of our individuals struggle with credit. I need a person that could probably read a credit report or be trained on it, understand it, and say, hey, go to Tamara. She's our credit specialist. Because I have a credit specialist on the team. I need. And this is where I really. I'm really excited that you're. That you're here.
I'm taking notes.
This is our onboarding call. I'm paying. Get you my credit card right after you're getting a chance at it. Because I feel like you're getting an understanding of my.
Absolutely. 100.
So I'm serving. I've serviced over 3,000 families since I started. Right.
All in Alabama?
No, across the country.
Across the country?
Yeah, across the world. Because we have people in Canada, we have people in Turkey who are buying land here. I have clients in China. They're buying land here like crazy. I'm mailing deeds off to people for $92 in shipping.
Wow.
Because they got their deed. They want. They. They're buying up land. But the group of people, let's just say the 500, I need to source land for them. And this is what I. Where I think you guys will be able. If I could. So I build. Right. I'm a builder. If I could get them land. Alabama has some quirky rules around quiet title action. So you have to go through this quiet title process for some land before you can build, before it's a marketable title and it can be lent on. If you guys can find me, if you can get me VAs that can source land. There's tons of land there. Right. That I could just in turn give or sell to my. Like if I could give the deal to those people so that they could get their land. That would be phenomenal. That would be like game changing.
Well, then we're going to change the game for you and your community because that's exactly what we do for our clients every single day.
Charles, you have host like a wholesaling component to your team.
Yeah. So we, you know, part of the call center really. What we have a package. It's called the investor package. It comes with your CRM, Customer relationship management system. So where you're housing your leads and deals comes with all of your data for the month. 10,000 skip trace records. We build the list. We, we know all the playbooks for building the niche, you know, motivated or distressed list. Right. Because that's what we want to target. People are going to be highly motivated. So we add the data manager in there as well. Scrapes your lists, manage your list, everything. And then there's of course the fun part, which is the lead gen. Right. So we have a caller and a lead manager that's assigned to your account. So think about it. Now we're operating three different business functions under that one subscription with all people managing your. You don't have to worry about maintenance of the dialer, maintenance of tech, maintenance of your CRM, none of that.
It's included.
It's included? Yeah, the CRM is included. Everything. It's a custom version of podio. It's built for real estate professionals. It has apps and everything for your contracts.
Is podio similar to Go High Level?
We can use.
I don't, I don't wholesale. So I don't know.
So we can use it. We can actually have a partnership with a group called Flex Connect. Shout out Flex Connect. That's the CRM that I use. It is a white label of Go High Level. So it's custom built for real estate called Flex Connect. It's. And it's, it's one that if your community is more comfortable or you are more comfortable with Go High level, we can just use that instead. That's all it really is.
It doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
You just share everything. We're not doing it.
Okay.
We are buying it because we don't have the time.
Perfect. So.
So you now give me an idea. Birmingham, Alabama is where we really focus.
Okay.
There are a lot of vacant houses, abandoned houses. There are a lot of vacant land. We really, really need the vacant land.
Yep. We'll pull all lists of vacant land. We'll give you a data pool, which is what we happen on day one. Okay. So let's, let's. If you were literally coming on board, first off, you'd sit with a data manager in our, in our meeting. And what we would build is your target, your basically your total addressable market.
Yeah.
If you will. So we're going to sit there and, and I'll ask, do you know, like, the right zoning that we should be looking into? Do you know, like, square footage wise, if that's something that you're going to need.
Yeah. 5,000 square feet is all you need to build.
Okay.
20 foot setback.
Okay.
From the cur, from the street. Single family residential is what we're building.
Okay, perfect.
And we're building all of our houses as a community. We're building them with blue doors.
Okay.
So they're all getting like blue. That. That's going to be my calling card. Yeah, yeah, yeah. My signature to. Oh, Charles Noonan may have built that. Because it's a blue.
It's a blue door. That's awesome. Very cool. I've never heard of anyone doing that before.
Trying to find my way.
I love that I'm going to be looking for a blue door. And every. We got a few.
We have five houses built so far.
Amazing. That's awesome, man. Soon to be 100 for sure. We're going to help you get.
Yeah. So I could give you the, the.
The, the specs that you're looking for. We'll build. Yeah, because we'll build. I had a developer client in Boston and we did the same thing. Like he had a very specific niche where he needed to look at single family homes, but they were zoned in certain areas or the. They were in pockets where we knew that there could be ripe for condo conversions.
Okay.
So we targeted that niche and that buy box. Very specific. Now you're doing land which is going to open the door for so many more leads.
Yeah. We could take something. We could take an old, old beat up house. Yeah, that's on it.
Yeah.
Because it's like 8 to maybe 12,000 to demo and knock it.
Okay.
A little bit of licensing, but we could probably take. It's not ideal.
Yeah.
Right. Because it's an extra 10, 12,000. But if we had to, we would. But I'd like just vacant land.
Okay.
So much of it. So many houses have been demoed already.
Absolutely.
There should be enough.
Yeah. So we'll look for all 5,000 square feet and below or above.
5,000 and below and above.
Above. Okay. So we'll do 5,000 square feet and above.
Yeah.
All vacant Land list in Alabama. We can do the whole state if we wanted to and basically look at your total addressable market and we'll see how many, you know, tens of thousands of records you get.
Yeah.
And that basically becomes our campaign initiative. So one caller can Satisfy up to 15,000 records max.
Okay.
Just to not get burnt like overload. Overload, yeah. Like 15,000 records a month, I should say. So if you're doing your math, like one caller can do about 15,000 records. That's going to produce somewhere between 30 or 40 leads, maybe even more because you're doing lance less. It's less competitive than the residential whole, you know, every other wholesaler going after single family homes.
Yeah.
So you're in a. You're in a nice niche and I've seen really good legion numbers from land. So I think you're looking though just roughly 30 to 40 leads and then, you know, that can amount to two to three contracts a month.
30 to 40 leads a month with one caller.
Yeah. For 15,000 records, give or take.
When you say lead, is that the, the landowner saying, yes, I'd like to sell.
So that's the. Yes, that's going to be a quality. So we, we have some things to our, our service where we help with the qualification and we have a very strict. We call it our four pillars of qualification. So when a lead gets over to you, it's already been the motivation, timeline to sell condition. Why do they want to sell? Why now? When's a good setup time? Right. All of this information that you already have. So this is an opportunity. Right. When I say lead, this is someone that's going to be worth going and engaging in the opportunity and do they.
Hand that off to someone else? So close the deal.
So if you needed closers, we have closers.
Yeah.
Right.
Some clients I don't want to get on the phone 30 times.
Correct, correct. And we have closers and I have clients like yourself who are not active. They want investment opportunities. They're not wholesalers, they're not brokers. They just want. Yeah, let me see the contract, let me see the numbers. Now. I wouldn't give a closer all the control. Right. I do let them queue it up, you know, queue it up, get it under contract. Sometimes if you need to re. You know, basically what I say works best is when they know your buy box to a T. And in the beginning stages they can look and see your underwriting process. They can, you can just share feedback. Hey, this is, this is the number I need. This is why. And Then that's where it starts to become fun.
I love it. I love it. All right, so we got caller. The CRM has a dialer.
So the cr. We include our dialer, like so we manage the dialer for you. We recycle your phone numbers every month. It's all in a box, man. We call it a really a real estate business.
And they speak good English.
Speak great English. Yes, I'll send you recordings.
Listen. Nah, stop, stop, stop, stop. Guys. Just put a comment in the chat right now. Just put a comment in the below if you've ever got this super annoying phone call at the worst possible time from a virtual assistant that does not speak clear English. I don't know if I'm the only person that gets annoyed by those calls, but like, those are some really annoying calls, man. And. And I don't understand what they're saying. Takes me three times to understand what they're saying. And I'm like, geez, why are they hiring these people? I. I can't even understand. Yeah.
Representative.
Stop me from doing what I'm doing. Right. I mean, sometimes it takes me a while to get into deep concentration, but I'm in deep concentration. The phone rings and then I'm like, what?
Who?
What? Like, I don't even own that anymore.
Yeah, right, right. And then I'm like, and now you're off your flow. Right?
So if I had somebody say, hey, Charles, I'm looking to buy your land at 123 Front street in Birmingham, Alabama. I'd be like, hey, thanks for the call. Let me connect you with somebody who sells my property. Try the other one down the street. That's for sale. Thanks, bye. That's a value. I'm not, I'm not offended.
No, no, not at all. And that's. We have to, you know, the. These agents are the tip of the spear for your business. They're making the first impression. And when it comes to selling your home, there's a lot of emotion that we know. Or selling your land, whatever it is that sellers are emotional people. And if you're starting that engagement off.
All right, man, I love it. I appreciate you sharing as much as you are. So let's do this for the audience.
Absolutely.
Top three things you look for to find a qualified virtual assistant.
Okay. Number one, obviously communication. Right. Communication and comprehension. I'm not just saying good English speaking. I'm talking about comprehension skills. Right. So we're going to make sure on that interview, like, we're having a good conversation. They're registering what I'M saying there's going to be intention in that conversation so that we can pick up on the comprehension side of this English speaking skills. So that's number one. Number two is we want to make sure obviously their Internet connection is consistent. We have an incubation period for anyone that we hire. This goes. It doesn't matter how great they are, how good they are. There's a two week incubation period that they know that they're on the hook. Like if they don't perform what they said they were going to do in their interview, they're gone. No questions asked. If they are just not showing up, if they're trying to pawn it off to somebody else. Right. Those are major red flags. But we want to make sure that their Internet connection is not only we have them go through a test on it, but we also have that incubation period to make sure that there's no like inter op issues or hiccups there. And then number three, what we look for is just I think a good culture fit. Meaning like is this person. You know, here's something that we didn't really talk about the VA world but it's, it's just the nature of the business which is the dynamic between multi in different cultures and when women are in position of powers, you know how those cultures clash. And I think there's some certain cultures that we know. Like I have a lot of women in my organization, but certain and a lot of my women run my business. But that's not always can be looked at when you're hiring VAs from different parts of the world where men are in a different position of power in certain religions, in certain cultures. I think you kind of know what I'm saying. So I think that is one thing that we have to make sure that three and final is that it's a good culture fit and that people are going to be comfortable working with multi race, multi culture and, and, and, and listen to the leaders that are in that position, if that makes sense.
I love it. I think we should just. I'm just going to put it out there and I'm just going to say it for everybody. Guys, women are better at some of the, some tasks that we need.
So many, so many.
Yeah. I'm not trying to be offensive, but I' ma just say it. Guys, women are better. All right, let's just like it just. That's just what it is. Right?
More organized.
I found they're way more organized. They pay way more attention to detail.
Yep.
They, they, they Are like better. Like, let's just admit it.
It is true, man. I didn't choose to make it a women predominant, owned business or operated business. But it's just happened that way too, right?
I told you, my top two people, I've made seven figures with two women.
It's incredible.
But I've gone through and I have some support that are men, but they, they not that good. All right, shout out to my one guy who is phenomenal. You know who you are. I don't want to say names for the other guy because, like, this is my team.
Of course, of course.
But the women. Women run the Charles Noonan show, like completely. From, from development to lending to my insurance agency, to my entire real estate company, to my school community, to everybody knows my sales team. It's all run and dominated by women.
I like that. Dominated. It's dominated. Yeah, because they dominate, man.
I just do what they say, honestly, like they tell me in our meetings, they tell me, charles, we're doing this or we should. They say we should, which means we are. To me, they just stroke my ego and make me think that I'm making the call. But a lot of it is their plan.
Yeah. A lot of the success that I've had is, is. Is attributed just to my virtual leaders. And again, those, they just happen to be women, but they. Yeah, my operator, my number one operator, I'm a shout out. She's incredible and was my first, one of my first callers and now runs my entire virtual team. But it's just something about those women, man. They're great operators.
Gotta shout your team out. Hey, if the guys were performing, we would be talking about the guys.
I got a laundry list of great guys as well. And I just don't want to say for sake of names, then you got to call out the whole team, of course. But they know who they are. They know who they are.
I've got the whole team. But we all know, I think everybody knows who runs my organization. Top down is women. And they're killer. All right, give me some of the three things. The three I'm going to say warning signs. The three no goals. When you're interacting with a virtual assistant that says do not hire this person.
Well, unfortunately, a lot of it has to be done once they're in the business. Right. Because I've seen it on both, you know, you, you shared an example of your experience. Like the interview can be fudged a lot. I don't. Look, I mean, the interview is important and the qualification with that Application is also key. So you have two steps that are important for qualification. Number one is you have to be building a funnel, a hiring funnel that's complex on purpose and qualifies the right people to the point what they're. That you're actually going to get to the interview stage and it's going to be valuable time. Right. And you're, you're at least know once you get in the interview, you know, you at least have a decent candidate. Now I've put less weight on the interview process because I know that they can fudge a lot of that. What's important is that incubation period and making sure that we really. And I keep a short leash on the incubation sometimes. I just had to fire someone who was in my business for a few days and, and literally only five days that they were working. And I had to, I had to cut bait. And here's, here's the red flag. They were saying that they were performing certain numbers and then when I reviewed the data, it was not accurate. And that's a lack of trust that immediately out of the gate. I'm not going to stand for that.
Yeah.
That lack of trust is what keeps the. Keeps, you know, a healthy business. And if I can't trust you, we're not doing business together. So I. That's the number one thing, man, that lack when. Yeah, the trust. And if the numbers, if they're saying one thing and then you audit them and their numbers are completely off, that's a massive red flag. Massive red flag.
I hire slow and fire fast.
That's smart.
Yeah. And I don't mind firing. I used to. It used to bother me a little bit. I used to take it home with me and be like, man, I gotta let this person go. But then I think about the people we serve and then I say, I can't let this person and their lack of work ethic.
Right.
Or integrity service the people that we service. So that makes it easier for me to just say, yeah, you know, you're done.
Oh my God. And, and I had a battle with that too. You know, I think overall I was just too nice of a leader. And I just was like, I just care about people so much, right. So it's hard to tell somebody they're fired. But what happens is there's a domino effect in the organization. And if you are too relaxed as a leader, everyone's going to take advantage of that. Even your best employees will take care of advantage of that.
Here's a trick. Tell them you're going to free up their future. Hey, I'm just going to. Hey, I'm going to let you go and find a better place. I love it.
That's a great way to spin it.
It's not even saying I'm firing. Oh, I got a fire. It's like, hey, I'm going to free your future up for you and let you get a. Let you find a better.
I'm going to use that. Charles.
I don't take it personal anymore. I used to, though, but it's a big part of being a business owner. Right. You hire, you trust people and they don't understand how much you're trusting them. Because the people that you hire are going to be the people that I pay you for.
Correct.
To service this fragile group of people that I really, really care about.
Correct.
So if they're screwing up, it's like, you're screwed up. My business that directly impacts a person like you that's working and doing something extra to work at night and then somebody else screwed something up for them.
Correct.
And now it's like, oh, so that makes it easier to say, hey, I can't trust you.
Absolutely. Absolutely. It. Trust is everything.
All right. From a tech world, man. From a, a service centered perspective. Give me the top three websites and what they do that have helped you in your business. Any three gives you a chance to just shout them out.
Yeah. So number one is Ready Mode. That's our dialer that we use. And specifically because with all the things happening with a 2P10 DLC compliance, if anyone's familiar, it's the phone regulation for getting compliant. Their ability to flag and monitor phone numbers when they've been flagged as they can literally find that it's been flagged as a robocall or a spam number in real time. So most people do not have visibility into that which is making or breaking your campaigns. So having a software and dialer system that gives compliant visibility is why I love Ready Mode. That's number one. Number two is Rionomy. That's the data source that we use for our commercial clients and probably would use it for a lot of your land, to be honest with you. It's a phenomenal data source because it gets in touch with Corpor LLC owned owners, which most data providers really struggle with. And then last and third would probably be. It has to be open AI right now, has to be chat GPT.
Okay.
I mean, I don't know what my business would do without it right now, bro. I, I know it's I know it's overplayed, but it's not. It's. It's really a utility that's now a must have in the operation.
I love it. All right, so we know where I'm locking in. How do you offer this to other people? And like, what do you have that serves other businesses outside of the package that I'm gonna get?
Yeah. So we also, like, what we're now really passionate about is not just. We're always going to be very well known in the real estate niche and we're going to continue to keep innovating and going down that path. I want to make that abundantly clear. But what we've realized is that to the points that we were talking about is every business needs an HR component or data department or marketing or all these business functions that we play in. We realize, hey, we can just train our callers on a different script, get them on board with a different industry and the whole setup works the same. Yeah, Right. Data and skip tracing is needed for every industry. Right. Getting in touch with people's contact information. It just so happens we're building it based on homeowners, but we can build lists and data for people on LinkedIn. Yeah, exactly. For we can find. Our data department has the ability to find people's contact information from LinkedIn, other business owners. Right. So we've. Now what I'm most passionate and excited about moving forward is being able to provide virtual operations as a done for you service so that we can plug in and give them the support that they need without having to worry about the headaches of hiring, firing and maintenance of dialysis.
This is amazing because we're in a time where people are getting laid off now more than ever.
It's crazy, right?
People are getting fired, jobs are getting hacked, people are getting laid off. And where we struggle the most, entrepreneurs struggle the most is the operations side. We have the best ideas in the world. Every idea, in my opinion, that services a need is a good idea.
Right.
But do we have the systems and processes and team in place to do that? So you're selling like operations.
Correct, Correct.
I love it.
Yeah, it's huge, man. Because again, not a lot of people are tech savvy and. And you're someone that I love to speak to because, I mean, you're seem like you understand tech a lot more. You probably know I have to. Yeah, you have to. But you know, God, so many people out there, man, that have millions of dollars, tons of money, but have no idea how to run Anything related to tech, software or the time. Right.
So it's not me. It's not as self intuitive as we think. Correct does need to be learned and taught for the most.
Correct, correct. And so we love it like because they, they just, we just tell them, don't even worry about having to learn this. Yeah, don't even worry about it.
Right, right.
Just.
Or don't learn it at the sake of your business.
Correct, correct.
Hire it and learn it and learn it. Let it work for you and learn.
It because they will that you will get it. Because we provide daily reporting, data and metrics on how they like you're going to have this in real time. And so what we love is like, hey, you're not only going to get the infrastructure, but now you're going to get reporting and metrics so that you can become a real business owner. Right. Overnight.
Nice. I love it. All right, so every business owner, everybody in our space. Right. We know the space that we're in. Podcasts, entrepreneur, teacher, developer. Right, Right. We know the space, space. This just makes sense for us to do.
Yeah, I'm excited.
Wholesalers have used your service for the longest.
Yes, wholesalers, real estate investors and brokers. Yep.
I love it. How do you have anything like, like how do they reach you?
Yeah, absolutely. So first off, I want to invite everyone that comes from this podcast and for current and future, we are running a two day boot camp. It's going to be on May 29th. It's called our 100k call system boot camp where everything that I'm talking about in our done for you service.
Yeah.
We're actually going to teach attendees who, you know for the two days how to build, set up and launch their own system. And we're going to bring the VA talent, we're going to bring the tech and software that you need. We're going to bring all the sops and structure that people don't have to this boot camp so that they can come out of it feeling like, okay, I not only know how to source my own lead, but I also know how to manage and build a team that's not going to break. Right. So.
So they're going to be under you.
Yep.
So to speak.
So not just myself, I'm bringing my entire virtual team on the call. I'm bringing my all of my resources from my data manager, my operations manager. They're gonna get to hear from my real virtual team.
Love it.
And I'm excited to have them learn from them directly.
Yeah, when is that? May.
May Thursday, May 29th.
Okay.
And. And the 30th. May 30th. The Friday.
Do I need to be there?
No, this is a virtual. This is a virtual.
You're right. It's virtual. Do I need. Do I need to attend it?
No, because you're going to get the done for you service.
I'm getting done.
You're getting done for you.
That is if they want to build their own.
That's if they want to build their own and learn how to build their own, I'm going to invite them to that. Now, if you guys don't and want to skip that process, I want to skip it. Yep, exactly. So if you're like Charles and want to skip that process, I'll go.
I'm going for the entire package. I need the operations package.
We're going to. We're going to build that for you, and we're going to scale it, and you're going to love it, by the way. And so I think the biggest thing. If people are in your shoes that have the financial means and they want to expedite their path to success, I'll make sure that I have a link specific to your community that you'll. That you're going to send to them.
And you're going to teach people how they can build out their own call.
Center, their own call system. And if they want to take it that far, they certainly can.
Okay. All right, I got it.
So if they want to take it.
That far so my team can get this. Can attend that session.
Correct.
And. And source their own land.
Correct. They will get the skills and the tools and the people to set it up themselves, and then they can start sourcing it themselves.
I gotta come to that, too, bro.
I'm gonna tell you.
I'm there.
I'm there.
I'm there, I'm there. I love that.
I love it.
I'm a forever student. They say I want to learn more. Like, I'm learning. Like I said a couple times today, the long way is the shortcut.
Right, Right.
Really? Just rolling your sleeves up, slowing down, and just learning every step of the way and actually doing it is the best way to do it in anything. And it applies to so many other different things.
Absolutely. I couldn't agree more. And I'm happy we were patient. You know, that's where we're excited about. We felt like we've built a business and a service that has stood four years of very troubling economic times, and we're still standing, man. And still have. Still have A lot of happy clients. So we're, we're excited to get our message out and thank you for being a help in that.
Yeah, absolutely, man. I don't think there's a better time for your business. I think your poised for like a major launch in success. Because the way that business is going today, there are more entrepreneurs starting than ever before. Some are by desire, some are dreams, some are default, some are fired, some are laid off, some waiting circumstances. But what you do and what you have will help everybody.
Well, we're excited, man. We're excited and we have a lot of opportunity to help for sure right now.
Awesome, man. All right. Tell them how they could find you and then we are out of here. I gotta get started.
I know, bro. I know. We got some work to do. Yeah. So on social media you can follow me at the Kyle Connor C O N N o r not er and then on YouTube, I'm putting a lot of money and time into my YouTube channel. So the Kyle Connor on YouTube.
The Kyle Connor on YouTube.
Yep.
I love it, man. I'm definitely going to subscribe.
I love it, bro.
I'm telling you right now. I'm saying it in front of everybody. I am signing up. I'm getting. What is it called?
The investor package.
The investor package. I'm calling it operations in a bag.
Yeah, yeah. We'll work on the naming convention of it together because they'll probably branded better. But I love it, man.
But I appreciate it. Thanks for coming by, man. I really appreciate you. And for you guys, make sure you like subscribe and share this video because everybody is going to need operations. Whether you think you do or you don't. Your job is not as secure as you think. All right, we're going to need it. Let's go like subscribe, share this podcast. Thank you.
