A short conversational segment from a YouTube video debating whether entrepreneurship is suitable for everyone. Speaker A argues not everyone is built for full-time entrepreneurship—many prioritize financial stability and may prefer secure employment—and suggests most people can run a side business alongside a 9-to-5. Speaker B challenges the idea of "part-time" entrepreneurship, arguing true entrepreneurs go all in and that half measures won't create large-scale success. The exchange focuses on definitions of "entrepreneur," required grit and risk tolerance for full-time ventures, and differing goals (creation vs. financial stability).

Everyone is not built for full time entrepreneurship.
That's my next topic.
And when people say working for someone is building someone else's dream, I will counter that and say working for someone can also be building your dream. If your dream is just financial stability. Like some people don't have the thought process of wanting to create, create something. But my dream is I want to make sure I'm affording a great lifestyle for my family. So working this job, getting this secure paycheck is fulfilling my dream. So we got to kind of pump our brakes on, you know, everyone who's.
On the entre now for you. Do you believe entrepreneurship is a personality type? Like the characteristics that go into entrepreneurship? Like there's a separate mindset, characteristics that go into entrepreneurship? Or do you think anybody can be an entrepreneur?
How do you want to define entrepreneur? I feel like, I feel like anyone can make money doing something on the side or creating whatever they want to create. Everyone cannot be a full time entrepreneur. Everyone doesn't have the grit, the gut be able to take those losses and keep that going. Like it's, it's a lot to be a full time entrepreneur. Everyone is not built for that. But I think everyone could have a side business, their own business that they're running with their 9 to 5.
I don't even agree there should be a term as part time entrepreneur.
Why?
When you say full time, part time, you, you go all in with what you're doing.
Okay.
Nothing half time works in my opinion. I don't know a part time rich entrepreneur. I don't know someone who's going to put in nine, nine to ten hours at work and then making a million dollars on the side.
Now you said entrepreneur. You, you didn't say they had to be a seven figure entrepreneur. You just said that's a song that this has a business, anyone can have a business. Now can you work that business full time? That's, that's a different type of entrepreneur. That takes a whole nother beast in you.
So do you believe that whatever business you're doing, you should do it with all your might, with everything you have?
