House built in 60 days Tour with Charles Noonan and The Birmingham Landbank

A short filmed tour by Charles Noonan of a newly completed house in Birmingham, Alabama that he says was built in under 60 days. Noonan highlights design choices (blue doors as his signature color, cultural/Alabama-themed artwork, black quartz kitchen counters, earth-tone bathrooms, wallpaper in some rooms), practical features (king-size staged beds, large walk-in closets, GE appliances) and site aspects (formerly a vacant lot, large rear parking pad). The video closes with a ribbon-cutting and signing ceremony.

Hey, what's up, y'? All? Charles Noonan, founder of the Land Bank University. Today we at one of my new construction sites. It finally got completed, and I did it under 60 days. Take a quick look. So, yeah, I put the banisters in too. I like the banisters. All of my doors are blue. Blue symbolizes peace, unity, love, partnerships. So I am going to sign today. Today is the ribbon cutting. I am going to sign my signature because this is my blue, my signature color for the doors. Come in, living room. All right, so we are in Birmingham, Alabama, right? So we're doing the Birmingham takeover. The artwork in this particular, particular house, I staged. It is all Birmingham, it's all Alabama cities. Come on. So on this side, we got Montgomery, we got Mobile. Y' all know the history of that. And then, boom, we in the kitchen. Take a look at. I designed this with the black quartz countertops. I went black and white with the brush nickel. And then for the backsplash, we have little black and white design. And let's check out the master. And come on. All the beds on stage in the house for sale. So all the beds, we do king size beds. We want the family to envision what it would be like living here. We got the walk in closets. We got more. More cultural artwork in here, right? It's all culture. It's all by design. This bathroom, because this house is earth tone, I went with like a brown. Some brown tile in here, brown furnishings. And then check out this tile. All my bathrooms, I typically go for the masters. Full tile tile bottom to the ceiling. All right, I'll show you guys the pantry, the wok. Oh, we got two more bedrooms. Come on. Okay, you're fine. Bedroom number two, of course, king size bed. I had to do it. It's just how we do. And then we got the sloth, the sl, which is one of the oldest locations in Alabama. Then, of course, I got to show my wallpaper design, because first, just for style, I like to do wallpaper in some of the properties. Closets are all fairly big. Let me show this other bathroom and then the second bedroom. Bathroom number two. Again, earth tone, very earth tone, very neutral. It can be changed or it can be kept. It. The potential buyer likes it. This one, kids room. Kids sell the house as well as the wives. We all know that. So I wanted to make, like a fun bedroom for kids. 2. Two beds, neutral, blue, kind of. I kind of want it to look like a kid can move right in. Of course, I got the wallpaper there that makes the room bigger and almost divides the room in two to make so the kids don't feel like that clutter. Then we got a fairly big size closet. When I design these properties, I do keep in mind closet space. I know people have more clothes, shoes, sneakers, and everything else. So I like to design with huge closets in all my builds. I'll show you guys the pantry, washroom, the laundry room, and then the back of the house. I'm gonna put a huge parking pad in the back so that the customer, the client, the family is, can drive up and come in from the front, or they can come in from the back, either way. But the parking pad is going to be huge. It's going to be like you can throw a whole. A concert back there. Pantry, of course, we're still in the finest stages of wrapping up this house, but just had some extra supplies in there. We got the washroom, of course, all appliances are ge, so we got the appliances there. We got another closet here, and then we got the back of the house. All right, so here we'll have a parking pad on this side again, which I said will be big enough to where if a family wants to have a cookout family reunion, like all this land, they get right? With this one particular house, of course, it was a vacant land, a vacant lot before we started to build. However, I'm. I. I feel like whoever takes this property, whoever buys it, they're going to get a phenomenal win because it comes with a huge amount of land and a beautiful house on the inside. Thank you guys for watching. See you soon.
