A short YouTube video by Charles Noonan (uploaded Nov 26, 2024) featuring a first-person real-estate development anecdote. The speaker describes reaching a low point on a project and being helped by a builder who became a partner, bought into and funded the project, and by an architect who initially offered to produce plans for free (later was paid). The speaker calls them "destiny helpers" and emphasizes the favors and professional support that rescued the project.
