I've been going, going, going, going, going, going crazy.
Nope, you can't blame me. You have a hustle crazy.
I've been going, going, going, going, going all summer.
Welcome to another episode of the real estate newsroom. Today I got a guy from an old industry that I dominated in. That's right, president's, whatever, all of that insurance stuff in my former life. But I'm really happy to introduce my guy, Eric Bosworth. How are you?
Good, man. How are you?
I'm doing well, man. Thank you for. Thank you for coming to the show. I appreciate it. Could you do me a favor, though? Just. That's your camera right there. Could you just introduce yourself to the audience? Because you're my first insurance agent on here.
Absolutely. My name is Eric Bosworth. I am the CEO of insurance elevated. We were the fastest growing insurance agency in the country from 2023 to 2024, and now we are an independent marketing organization looking to break every record realm as well.
What in the world brings you to the real estate? Neutral. How does insurance relate to real estate? Like, what are you doing here? What brought you here?
Well, a couple of different things. I've actually dabbled in real estate all my life. You know, I flipped four properties from the time I was 24 to 26 years old. I'm 34 now. Obviously failed miserably. I wanted to build the best. I wanted every house that I bought in every neighborhood. I overdid it and the cost didn't hold, and I ended up losing money in the end. But I learned a lot, okay, from the ground up. And. But I told myself, you know, let me give real estate a break. Let me go and. Let me go and jump into some other endeavors. First it was medical sales. Then I met a bunch of. A bunch of insurance guys, and I was like, man, you guys are making some real money. So that's what kind of got me into insurance. And I was actually about to go get my real estate license. Not just flip properties, but back. Back around Covid. I was about to get my real estate license, and I was on my way to real estate school to get it. And I mentor of mine, now a mentor of mine called me and say, hey, man, why would you go get your real estate license when it takes so long, you know, to make money? You know, 30, 60 days closing on property. When insurance, you can get paid every single day, and you get paid 8, 9, 10 different ways, and you can fund your real estate business through insurance. So I ended up turning around, got my insurance license and you know, three years, three years later, I own $9 million worth of real estate now.
Gee.
Through my insurance company.
And that's the way to shortcut it.
Yeah.
And then again also. Right. And I, I don't sell real estate. Right. I'm a developer. I get paid every day in real estate. Like that, that path you were going, you would have had to wait until a deal closed to actually get paid.
Yep, exactly.
Now, how often do you get paid?
Every single day.
Every single day. How does it feel?
Feels really good.
Amazing. Is.
It does. It does.
All right. Now, the reason I think you're a good guest to the show and I want you to educate. So. So if you didn't know, I have an audience that likes to watch, to learn. So I educate. I don't gatekeep. I give people everything they need. In fact, I just put out a book, let's Build Birmingham, that teaches people exactly how to build properties from the ground up. But the first thing that came to my mind when I saw your Instagram was does he do the term insurance, term life insurance policies that could kind of back the mortgages? Yes. You do those?
We, we do, we work with a couple carriers that still have actually not only term policies that are instant issues. So you don't need any blood work, urine, saliva, which is important because a lot of people, if you ask them how long has it been since you've been to the doctor? And they'll say five, six, seven years. Well, if we go and get you a term policy where you have to get full blood panel, everything done and we find out something is there that you didn't know, well, now once you get denied with one insurance company, you're denied with all of them. They all speak to each other because of your MIB report, your Medical Information Bureau report, it's kind of like a credit report for your health. So now that we have these instant issue products that go off of your mib report that will just search that history rather than actual blood work, a little bit easier to get people approved. But what's even better is let's say you have a client buys a property 30 year mortgage, it's $500,000 property. Well, I mean that's, that's a liability, right?
Yeah.
Bank owns a house, you have 500,000 on it.
Yes. You don't own it until final payment is.
Exactly. So, so essentially what we do is we go in and we get the client mortgage protection where we cover the client for half a million dollar policy. And let's say I Mean you don't know what's going to happen if you died tomorrow. Do you want the bank taking the property or do you want your family to inherit the property? The only way they're going to inherit the property is if they have the money to pay it off. So what, what this product does is obviously it's life insurance. Right? Let's. Common sense, but yeah, once. But what happens is you get a check within 14 days, you know, through your life insurance policy. Now another benefit to this product, product is it also has living benefits. So let's say you don't die tomorrow, but let's say you get cancer, heart attack, stroke, you're in the hospital, you can, the insurance company will actually give you a percentage of that policy to keep the, the house payments going, to keep everything going so the bank doesn't come and take your house. So those living benefits are actually important as well. And the third, last but not least is you can have a cash back option. So at the end of that term, let's say you pay the house off in 30 years, you get 100% of everything you paid into that life insurance policy back in a check. So it's like, why would you not get it right?
Especially if you're taking a mortgage and you, you, you're. People are buying houses, especially investment. Can they do them on investment properties too?
Absolutely. Because it's not tied to your property, it's tied to your life.
Right.
That's all it's tied to.
Oh, this is awesome. This is awesome. And here's why we're buying these properties as long term investments to create generational.
Exactly.
So if we bought a $400,000 property, yes, it's going to cash flow. But oftentimes we find that when the owner of those properties pass away, the kids can't run a, run a real EST portfolio. Right. They're not interested in real estate portfolios and collecting rent and things like that. So to have those paid off is really beneficial when you think about legacy. All right, so you're an expert, clearly, right. You're an expert in the insurance field. Tell me about your agency now. Because that is a totally different level of expertise.
So I started my agency back in March of 2022. Insurance elevated, meaning I was independent. I started with four agents in a 10 by 10 office. We now have scaled the over. When you count my total agency count, we're at 888 agents. But when we talk about what really matters is active agents that write business every single week. We have around 400, that's what I count. Because sometimes you'll have good agents. They'll get a license. They won't use it for four or five months. They'll dabble in it. So I like to be real about, you know, a lot of, A lot of agency owners say, yeah, I got a thousand agents, but that, that shit doesn't matter. They're not writing business. So we have about 400 active agents that write business week after week. We in Vegas, we have an office in Dallas that's going crazy. Our headquarters are in Tampa, where we actually own the commercial real estate. It's an entire compound with a basketball court.
Ah, come on, you showing everybody, all the other business owners, you're killing us right now.
I had, I had to go, I had to go get the commercial property. And I mean, I was smart too. I went sba, got zero percent down so I could keep the cash flow into my business. I did everything I could to, to put my headquarters in Tampa because at the time Tampa was the fastest growing city in America. So I knew that that's where all the talent was going to be.
Right.
Orlando, we have two offices, Fort Lauderdale. But we have a lot of virtual sales agents as well. And these virtual sales agents are getting really good at, you know, even. And when you say the reason. Another reason why I want to come on here and speak with you is because a lot of real estate investors, a lot of real estate agents are getting smart. They're getting their 215 license.
Yeah.
And they're, they're doing this mortgage protection thing there. They're able to bring up an extra 5, 6, $7,000 a month in residual income eventually over time, by building that.
Book on extremely important. And I'm gonna say, here's why it's important. A lot of time people want to get into real estate, but they don't have the credit. They're running in circles and loops trying to get this stuff off and all of these things that they do to try and fix their credit. And I tell people the number one hack to fixing your credit is paying it. Right.
That's very true.
The fastest way, the number one fail proof hack to clear your credit to clean it off. Right. Is to just pay those people. So if you're teaching and you can hire somebody to potentially work virtually, now I'm assuming they got to put some work in, they got to go into beast mode a little bit.
Yep.
To make that five grand. But you just opened up an opportunity for people to work from home and be able to make $5,000 now they can fix their credit. And that opens up a whole nother.
Level of absolute forum. Not only that, but I wanted to build a different type of insurance agency because there are a lot of holes, there are a lot of negatives. You go online and start searching, like life insurance, career, you're going to read a lot of bad. You're going to read a lot of good shit. Because just like in any industry, there's your good and then there's your bad. Industry leaders.
Yeah.
So what I try to do is do it a little bit differently. Where. Just like you were talking about credit fixing it. Well, I actually have a business funding specialist that comes in once a month and speaks to my entire organization about how to. How to get business funding. Because in insurance, you do need a little bit of cash as well. If you truly want to scale, you don't app, you don't absolutely need it. I came in, I was negative $58,000 in debt. Like, I was. I was an idiot. Like, all I knew. All I knew was I had a higher. I had a larger work ethic than I knew everybody else had. Like, I was watching people dial 500 dials a day. Leads, just shit leads, like, people hanging up on them. And I'm looking around at them like, I'm not doing that. I work 14 hours a day, but I'm not beating a dead horse. That's crazy. So all I did was I said, okay, well, I'm gonna go study these other industry leaders and other industries. What are they doing? So then I was looking at guys like King Keto, Brandon Carter, the fitness coach out of Miami. I was looking at Grant Cardone, I was looking at Daniel G. All these different guys. I'm like, all these guys. Like, these guys all have something just so different about them. Like a wow factor, a differentiator. I'm like, I'm just going to be a differentiator. Well, I got to build a brand. So all I did was start going online, and I just started sending DMs to every single person on my friends list. I got to friends on Facebook within a couple months, sent every single one of them, whether I was trying to recruit them, sell them a product, and just have a disarming conversation to just see if they would be interested and open to having a conversation. And I not only did that, but I did that on Tik Tok, I did that on Instagram. And what it started doing was helping my algorithm. So Facebook and TikTok was an Instagram was like man, this guy likes to talk to a lot of people. So they started showing my shit to more people.
Yeah. Well, let me ask you this. This is such an interesting topic, man. I love it. Were you doing that to learn how to sell or were you recruiting for your agency?
Both. So I just wanted to see how the conversation would go, right?
How to interact with people. And then you'll use your sauce to say, all right, this is an angle we could use.
And a lot of times I did both. Like, I have agents that still work with me now that still have their health insurance policies from when I sold them three, four years ago.
So I had an agency like 10. 10 years ago. Exactly 10 years. A little bit more than 10 years ago. Right. I got into the game, but I wasn't really big on social media. I wasn't even on social media. I had a franchise. And they manage your social media. Right. But I'll tell you why those guys were on the phones calling those same people over and over again is because. And I'm not selling for you, right? I'm not selling for this guy. I just met him.
He's just been in the game.
So he knows, you know, everybody qualifies for life insurance. Everyone's a qualified lead because they are going to die.
There's something I want to touch on that, what you just said.
So help me understand why you like y. Calling them like they're. They're. They. They have a life, so they qualify.
The reason why I didn't want. So I knew that there was a better way. It's not that that way doesn't work. I still have agents that do 500 dials a day, and they will call a data lead. They'll call an age lead. They don't 12 times because they are so extremely talented on the phone with tonality, their conviction, the way they present themselves, that they can just dial 500 leads a day and they'll make half a million dollars a year. A million dollars a year. But that's the burnout method to me. It's not to me, that's a burnout method. So I've never been the strongest, let's say, salesperson when it comes to just consumer sales. But I've always had this personality where I can get people to sway and move towards a common goal. So I'm like, okay, well, if I can portray that online and I can build a really big personal brand and I can get good at marketing and advertising, I. I can. I can not just feed myself, but I can feed thousands of people. And you know, I was always taught like, there's five ways really to get to, to get wealthy. Right. You either, you're born with it, like LeBron James. Right. You're born with crazy genetics. You're either born with wealth. You invent something like Snapchat or, you know, Instagram. Yeah. Or real estate developer. Like that's pretty much number four because it was a real estate mentor that I had that said that. But also. Or also. Well, this, this will cover it. You build a massive sales team. Those are your five. Really. So I said, okay, well I want to build a massive sales team. So how do I do that? I build a brand online. How do I get people to organically eventually reach out to me to either want to work with me or to buy a policy for me? And that's to put out a shit ton of content.
It's it hats off to you, man. I've been in sales, I'm going to just say, my whole life I've had sales leaders that make me want to run through a brick wall for them.
And that's a good thing.
Yes, they, they make me want to run through a brick wall. And then I have some that are not so good and I don't get the feeling of like, I want to do this for long term. What makes you special? And I'm just going to go out there and just say, you're special because you got 888 people working for you. Right. What do you think different differentiates you as a leader than everybody, than others who don't have agencies that big?
I think because I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is, I'm able to lock arms with even a brand new agent. Like, I'm not your typical CEO. I never use my office. As a matter of fact, my agents use my office in my headquarters more than I do. Like every time I'm walking around on the phone, I like, sometimes I'll listen to an agent on a new call or I'm sorry, a new agent on a call. I'll sit down, I'll listen everything and afterwards I'll, I'll coach them. And most agencies, you have your industry leaders, you have your agency owners. Like they're just sitting there and they're just telling people what to do now and they're not showing them by living it day in and day out. Now obviously I'm not on the phone with clients anymore, so I can just get my feedback, etc. But what I still do is I still sell I sell, I sell people on the, on the career opportunity. And my ads are still selling people to reach out through a Facebook form or through my, through my click funnel to eventually be a lead. And then I either sell the lead or give the lead for free to my agents, depending on what program they're in. So I'm still selling. I'm just trying to teach people that now I sell on a one to many market what one person can bring me in many sales. So that's what separates me as well as I'm willing to risk it all. I'll give you an example. I transitioned recently from general agency now to imo. So I'm trying to mess with the big dogs. Well, when I did that, the big dogs decided to mess with me.
Yeah.
And almost wiped me out for 40% of my organization offered them higher comp. Hundreds of thousands of dollars went beyond my bag. All the bullshit, right. The betrayal that you've probably dealt with a business.
Now my agents, I'm good at recruiting. Right. I'm just not good at motivating people.
So you, you genuinely have to show them how much you're willing to risk, for instance, for them. So for them and for yourself.
All right. So I grew up poor, right. Impoverished. In the Bronx. Like the worst conditions imaginable. All I need for me to get up at 4am, 5am, whatever it is, is an opportunity. I don't need an alarm clock. I don't need any motivational speeches.
Yeah.
I know what it is to be broke. I know what it is to not know where my next meal is coming from. Right. I know what that feels like. I never want to be there again. I never wanted for my kids to ever see or feel anything like that. So I'm just automatically motivated. Like I'm driven. If I, if I have an opportunity, I'm popping up. It's on my mind. I'm preparing, I'm planning, I'm reading, I'm learning audiobooks. I'm going to go dominate and make the most out of the opportunity. I struggle personally with helping somebody who has less than me but has less drive than me.
So do I.
How the hell do you get a person that has nothing to want to make a hundred thousand dollars or $200,000 that doesn't really want to do it, that shows up late.
How man I look. We do it all day long.
And give me the sauce. The sauce is I would still, I'm licensed. I would still agency or join you. No. So like help me understand how you did it.
Couple things. And it's a double edged sword. What I'm about to tell you is a double edged sword. But it's a couple things. So I knew this already and, and honestly it's hard for me. Like I, it's hard for me to meet people where they're at anymore. And honestly half the time my executive team tells me, eric, we don't even want you on this call because we know you're going to piss the agent off or something. Because I'm just so real and blunt.
Like mad at him.
Like, you know, they, they always, you hear these things like oh, I, I don't work for this guy anymore because he's an, because he said I sucked or whatever. Well, obviously I'm going to tell you that you suck if after three months I've told you the exact way I became wealthy. I mean down to the minute you're.
Supposed to get into the office where nobody taught you. You had to figure it out in the dark and bump your head and go 53.
Yeah, we're three months.
I'm sorry, Eric. I'm passionate. I love what you're doing. Go ahead.
Like, it's, it's just the thing is not a lot of people are built like we're built. So how do we inspire them to become that way? Well, honestly, eventually you can inspire individuals if you're in there ear long enough and you create some type of leverage. So that's where I was going. So I said, okay, I can do this. I just need to figure out how to take the critical thinking out of the new agent as much as possible. Let me just build the business for them. Let me build the, the AI chatbots out. Let me build our entire CM out for them. Let me build the client retention team out for them. Let me, let me help keep the clients on the books for them. Let me make it so easy for them to make money that it's, that we mitigate the risk or possibility of them leaving my organization and talking shit or, or them, you know, going into massive amounts of debt because they came in with a, with a mediocre personality.
You know, figured it out. Where's my camera? All right, so Eric's spoon feeding his. Yes.
Leads.
Eric is spoon feeding.
That's like, that's a great way to.
I'm just going to, I'm just going to say it. You work for him, you're going to get a shit ton of leads. Whatever. You're going to get a ton of leads. All you got to do is close up because it looks like he's, he's getting the leads, he's doing the marketing, he's warming him up, he's nurturing them, he's qualifying them. And what do your agents have to do? Basically all they have to do Michael Jordan.
But that's the problem is all they have to do really still is dial them. Okay, so you do have to dial them and listen whether a lead is a lead. Right. So the difference between my leads and a lot of people's leads are a lot of leads come from landing pages or they're resold multiple different times when they tell you that they're exclusive, et cetera. Mine actually are exclusive. Mine are backed by a powerful brand. We've been featured on Forbes, nasdaq, Entrepreneur. You can look this up. We've, we have over 600 reviews on Google, 500 reviews on Facebook. I have 600 combined videos out on YouTube, Google, Yahoo. Like anywhere you go you're gonna see some type of, you know, informational video from us. So, so I am nurturing every lead. I am having a backed brand behind these leads. But the leads still need to be dialed. Like it doesn't matter whether you have a lead that's phenomenal or a lead that's not. If you're a, if you're an agent that doesn't work hard, a lead comes in and you don't dial it for 45 minutes because you were at Starbucks, could you take a 4 in between your day? Because you're technically 1099. So you're a business owner, then you're not going to get the lead to the fast enough. And let's just face it, Charles, it's not just me online running ads, of course, so it's speed to lead, speed to impact. So yes, I can nurture them all I want, but that you still got to dial the lead. Now we are working with AI to eventually nurture the lead so much to where now it's going to be a fucking pre booked appointment, right? Where it's going to be appointments already on. Like you're not even dialing a lead that you just got to get on the books and then sell or whatever. You're literally just dialing pre booked appointments all day. So yes, we are making it easier. But again when you make it that easy, what happens? Ego, entitlement, they start to make money too quick. They think that they created all of this, then they realize how hard it is when they jump ship. Or, or, or, or, or. Let's look at the other side. No they used to work 90 hours a week in solar knocking doors. Now they're on, on the phone making 10, $12,000 a week. So what do they do? They let off the gas, they start going on more vacation. Of course they're making the same money they were making before, but inside the air conditioner and, and have to work half as hard. So it's really, you just have to battle that. And it's a numbers game.
Shout out to all the solar people that go door to door.
Shout out to Florida.
Shout out to Florida or New York because you got to deal with like 18 degree weather.
Yeah.
Or freaking 99 degree weather in Florida. And they're still doing it.
And then if this new bill passes with the tax incentives on. So like there's a lot of stuff going on right now. A lot of shaking the tree. Even. I'm shaking my own fucking tree in my organization. I like to do that every year. Yeah, bullshit. Rebuild, of course, but with solar, with real estate, you know, all these guys that are, that do have that work ethic. Insurance is another great vehicle that can be part time because you have a license to print money. Like health annuities, like there's just so many different areas.
All right, so you're getting your own leads, which is absolutely phenomenal for my audience that doesn't know most insurance companies, they just buy old ass leads. There's something called aged leads, which are really old leads. I bought those two.
I know, but you learn a lot on those leads. Like you learn object.
You learn.
Yes, I learned conviction. Yeah, you got to put your 10,000 hours and you do learn on those.
So you get age leads, then they get, then they buy leads from what they call third party aggregators. Those are lead companies that generate the leads for you, but they send them out to three or four different agencies. So it's like you got to be the fastest, you got to be least expensive, you got to be everything to get those leads. They're expensive whether you close them or not or you're opponent or your competition closes them. So you figured out to run your own ads and get your own leads.
Yes. We generate over 10,000 leads a month. We have our basic exclusive leads that just come in through Facebook form. We also have OTP leads, which are one time passcode leads.
Yeah.
Where we're asking the potential client, you know, what's your date of birth, what's your why? Who are the most important people in your life and what's your overall objection? Like? I'm sorry, your overall objection because we like, we want to do right in the insurance industry because again, it's not about what you sell, it's about what you keep. And there's a lot of agents out there that just try to outrun their chargebacks. Once they sell the client, they never do a five day follow up, they don't do a five month policy review, they never ask for referrals, they don't cross sell the beneficiaries. Like there's so much opportunity and they're literally just selling a lead, getting rid of it, never talking to them again. They're not adding the client on social media and tagging them so they, so they can get word of mouth. Like what's the best form of advertisement? Word of mouth. A bunch of people can talk about you on social media.
Yeah.
So that's why you have to use it to your benefit. And what I'm telling you guys, you can use in almost any business.
By the way, you are genius, bro. No, you're giving me, I give you.
A million dollars worth of game right now on, on any business on how to actually build it. Because most businesses are built by a personal backed brand. I mean look at how well Tesla does because of how followed Elon Musk is. Yeah. Like, yeah. So that's, that's where I focus on and I mean at the end of the day, you know, anybody builds a personal brand, they can build a lot of different businesses.
So it's your brand.
My, I mean my personal brand is simply me and my niche is, you know, obviously just a personal development, mostly covering marketing and insurance. But sometimes I'll jump around and give relationship advice even though I haven't had one successful one yet. No, man, sometimes I'll talk my, you know, it's just a, a little bit of everything.
Testament to you though, it's not, it's not just brand because people, I think brand can get people to sit down and listen. But you got to be smart, you have to be intelligent and you have to have those leadership skills I believe for people to follow you. There's a lot of people with great brands, however, they just don't, they just don't close the way you do. They don't understand the back end of providing. So yeah, you have a brand, you have an agency that's killer and kick ass. Right. But you take care of your agents. I clearly can see and I could just go out, go on the limit. Say this, you've lent money to agents to help them in times of need.
Bro, let me stop.
I Know, this is. No, I know.
That's a whole nother conversation.
You paid for more than one. You've paid for more than one license for people to get licensed.
I've paid more than one. Car payments.
I know. And I don't know Eric from anywhere, but I understand leadership. I know what a leader is. I know what someone that care is. I know the intelligence and the bandwidth that a really good executive has to have. You have all of those talents. Right.
Because sometimes you see more people than what they even see in themselves. And you as a great leader can understand, man, if I just had three more months with them. So let's say they're in a bad spot because usually, you know, and right now, man, consumer spending's at an all time high, consumer debt's at an all time high, and interest rates are at an all time high. So people are just bad with money management right now. They're bad with credit management. So what I try to do is I not only try to be their mentor in insurance, but like their mentor in life in general. That's why I have a business funding specialist come in every month. I have my CFO come in every month and talk about tax, you know, you know, ways to, ways to build your business and how to save and how to, how to spend and everything to do the right taxes.
Because you're making people more money than they've ever made.
Exactly. So what it does is it causes a lot of like, again, ego entitlement. It causes the families of them to think differently. So I try to, you know, not have as much control but positive leverage where it's like, hey, man, I'm going to keep you close because you're going to make this mistake. This mistake. This mistake.
Yeah.
How you get far in business is, yes, you have to fail and you have to fail fast, but you can get a lot farther in life if you can mitigate some of those mistakes by being somebody who's already done where you're trying to go and actually listen to them. There's some mistakes that no matter what, you can tell an agent or employee to. You're blue in the face, please don't do this. And they still have to do it just to go through it. They just have to.
You're so much better. I'm just gonna. You're so much better than me, bro. I can't do it. If I tell you, put this much money aside for taxes and then March comes and you start showing up late or you start acting a little weird or whatever, and I say, what happened? And you say, yeah, man, taxes are kicking my ass. I gotta pay X amount of money and I didn't put it aside. I'm. I'm upset at you because I made the mistake and didn't have somebody to tell me, Charles, take this much out, man, you're gonna have to pay or learn these strategies to write things off or to make purchases business related before the end of the year so you don't have to pay. So if I give people the answers and they don't listen, man, I check out. I just check out. It bothers me.
I at least I got somebody that agrees with me, man. I've been, you know, I've been battling myself for a while because one thing about me is I have accountability mirror every single morning that I look into.
Yeah.
And I'm harder on me than anybody can be. Like, I know when I'm up, I know what I'm doing. Well, you know, it's just, just like you were talking about earlier, like, you know, you know what to do. You don't need anybody to inspire you. Like, you wake up inspired. Like, dude, I'm from the. I'm from the hood myself. I'm from Polk County, Florida. Haynes City. Small city.
I know Polk County. I know the auction there broke.
That's why I bought all my properties in the begin. Auction there is good. There we go. Yes, sir. So you know all about that?
Yeah, I know Poke County.
I bought my first house at 22 years old at the Polk county auction in Davenport.
I love it. I love it.
So. So I know all about that as well. So, you know, I grew up with, you know, hardly anything, man. My parents divorced at 11. Found out I had a different dad when I was 15. You know, found out my son wasn't mine when I was 20. I. Through all the.
Does that drive you to, like.
Yes.
More.
Yes. Because I had people I didn't want to be, like. No role models. I was like, man, I don't want to be like any of y'. All. I looked at my whole family. I still look at my whole family. I'm. Man, you guys are just. I never want to have to like, beg for money without, like. Because there's, there's times where I've had to ask for money. But it was easy for me to ask for money because people know how, like, quickly I'll pay it back. Like, they know the type of person that I am. I never wanted to be the person to have to ask for a loan or, or partner with Somebody, and then they look at me like, oh, I know you're. I know how your work ethic is. I know how your. How your ability to pay back people. Like, I don't ever want people to look at me like that. So I always just strive to the. Like, I've always strived to be a giver, too. Like, the power of reciprocity.
Yeah.
This competition, in my mind, like, I always want to give more than I get, so I'm always in good standing.
So I have a group of friends where we challenge each other on the impact that we have with our community.
Oh, I like that. I like that.
So. So we're working towards. Like, I had. I had a guy on. On the show the other day, and he said he wants to make, like, 12 millionaires. And I'm like, damn, I'm getting people, land, property, generational wealth. I don't know how to quantify that. But I said, look, if I get someone into your program, does that count as my millionaire? Right? Because he teaches them how to open up a funding business. And I'm like, all right, if I get someone into your program, is that me making. Is that like a mini millionaire on my end? And he's like, nah, man, you don't get any credit for it. I'm like, all right, cool. But, yeah, we definitely want to have impact, and I'm sure you stick with those individuals and they last for a very long time.
Oh, yeah.
Agency. And they thank you for it.
And I've created one millionaire so far outside of myself. So everybody always asks, like, what's the end goal? Is it to sell to private equity? Is it to, you know, like, this really big exit with private equity or whatever the case may be? You know, I always say, no, you know, I want to create 100 millionaires over the course of my lifetime. I've already created one outside of myself. Like, I have created one. We are looking to create 10 within the next three years. We have a full, you know, plan mapped out. And I. And I genuinely think we can do it not only just through insurance, but through my coaching program in terms of, like, scalability in general. Like. Like, little things that I'm telling you about. Social media, branding. Like, this can be tied to business funding. This can be tied to credit. If somebody's in the credit business, real estate, I, you know, I can pretty much come into anybody's business and look at it and look at the team that they have their personalities, you know, because that's what I study, human psychology. And, you know, the way people think, move, react, interact. So it's just something that, that's a big goal of mine. And if I can create 100 millionaires, I know I'm paid, like, of course, yeah, that's a byproduct.
At some, at some point, money doesn't matter.
It doesn't, it doesn't.
And it's helping people. And it's not even so much the million dollar mark. It's taking somebody who had nothing.
Well, from survival mode to purpose mode.
Correct, Correct. Yeah.
So when you're in survival mode, you can't really think about other people just yet. You're still just trying to survive.
So we got to do a part two, man. Because you know what? I'm understanding the thought process of people in survival mode and lack and then the thought process of people that have abundance mindsets. Right. It's completely different. They, they, they can't come in. They make every reason why they couldn't make it and couldn't get up early and they had to do it. And I'm like, well, if you just focused here, you'd make $10,000. That'll solve all your problems.
Yeah, but they're so focused on the problem and so worried survival that they're not solution driven. Like, I'm diff. I'm not a problem sol. I am a problem solver, obviously, but I'm a problem finder. I like finding problems before they even come about. Like red flags. Like, I like to look 6 12, 18 months into it. Oh, how's, how's this industry going? What's the, what's the political side of it? What, what do I think is going to happen because of other industries failing or succeeding? So I'm always looking at everything so I can go solve the problem. A normal person's brain would just worry about everything.
Yeah, yeah, I love it. All right, so this is what we're going to do, man. If you need help with business coaching, which I'm going to probably sign up for because I'm still licensed and I, and I need to understand how I can grow and scale, especially now that I'm on social media as much as I am. But if you're also looking for an opportunity where you could potentially make six.
Figures, you have people that make multiple six figures.
Where can they do it from? Home?
They can absolutely do it from home.
They can do it from home.
All right, you guys have, and I'm very involved in this, in this program. Program very. Me personally, I'll let you tell it.
That's your camera. You're going to close this episode out, telling them how to find you, ways that you can help them and why they should join your company.
Got it. So you can find me on Instagram at its Elevated Eric as well as Facebook. Eric Bosworth. That's my full name. And if you just want to check out our website, kind of, you know, get to know us, you can look up us up on YouTube. Insurance Elevated. You can go to Insurance Elevated US. Of course, it's my main bread and butter is insurance, but it's still a business with people. I also created Elevated Leads where we produce over 10,000 leads a month. We spend upwards of $250,000 a month just on paid ads and we also have organic leads that come in. So I've been doing this and when I know you guys heard earlier, I've had the business since March of 2022, but I've been an entrepreneur since I was 13. So I'm 21 years into this. That's why I was able to scale this business. And we've done over $80 million in revenue in just the last three and a half years. So just understand in terms of scalability, systems, processes, that's what I'm going to teach you. How to build a personal brand, how to get people to advertise for you, how to focus on a one to many market. You can't beat a dead horse on just individuals anymore. You need to focus on what individual can bring me to 100 deals. And the way we do that is through most, mostly social media, but also AI tech and the power of your community.
I love it. We got to, we got to stop, guys. If y' all didn't tap in by now, you're never going to tap in. He's not going to give up on you. But I will. That concludes the first part of our interviews. Man, thank you for joining the real estate newsroom. Like, subscribe and I'll see you guys next week. Thank you.
