All right, guys, so you're looking at ground up construction. He's starting on the roof already. That is your foundation. As you can see, the footing, you see where it steps? That's your footing. Don't want to go inside. We're doing the framing. My shoulder, guys. All right, you do your pudding. Foundation, framing. You wrap it, seal it. Oh, there's the temp pole over there too. Let me go back and show you guys the tempo. Temp power. Temp power got to be approved. Temp power has to be approved by the electric company. You got your security right there. Hello to temp power. This is Birmingham, Alabama. I'm gonna go this way. Just show y' all a little bit better. That's the house. 1900 square feet. That's the porch. They're framing out the porch. Those are your plans right there. Foundation. That's the front door over there. This all gets built in, there's going to be a drain over here that keeps the water away from the property, away from the house. All right, y' all know what that line is, right? Make sure everything's straight. Straight and balanced. This is going to be concrete back here. It's going to be concrete. So they got another exit out. They can come in from either, either, either way, coming from the front or the back. Road access. I don't know if anybody want to buy that, but you could. But this is ground up construction. Here's your crawl space. If I come back tomorrow, I'll bring my workbook and show you guys everything else. So you're going to do the roof, they're going to wrap the house. Then the electrical comes. Then you do your rough ends, your electrical, your mechanicals, and your plumbing. That's your crawl space. They're having an open. This house is being built with an open floor plan. So you need bigger, thicker beams to hold and support the weight. You see those big beams? Those are called your lb. The LB beams right there. Want you guys to see that. That will allow you more weight to be hot to be put for your ceilings and everything. Your drop lights, your can lights, your recessed lighting, whatever you want to call it. Your drywall, your Sheetrock. With those, you can hold more and have more open space, if that makes sense inside for an open floor plan. Let's go, let's go, let's go. This thing gets built so quickly. This is why attempt power is important. Guys, this is actually plans from. These are plans from my architect. I use the same architect. Go to notes. You can turn it around. Oh, turn it around. No, this is good. This is good. That's how it looks. That's from the park. Oh. To show the house, I'm gonna look for the elevations. So this is giving them direction on how high things should go. Front view, rear view. Thank stucco over the block, which saves money. I tell you guys that all the time. You don't have to buy a ton of brick when you do that. It's the right view. It's gonna be a nice house. See the porch that they're building right now tells how high it's gonna go. That's what you're looking at. The left side is the other side we were on. Once they wrap it, the electrician gonna get in and do all of this. You got can lights, ceiling fans. Every. Every zone is different. Every county is typically different. There's your parking. This is the site plan. It should say it somewhere on here. I don't see where it says site plan, but there we go. There's the survey. Survey is going to include the legend, and these are plans. The architect's going to draw up all of your plans. This is the foundation. This is the concrete portion. It's telling you how deep, how wide the footing has to go. You see it, and you got your floor plan. It.
