Top 3 reasons you like storage units over traditional real estate. Number one, no tenants, no trash, no toilets. That's the biggest thing I don't got to deal with chasing nobody down. Number two, we don't go by eviction laws. Right. We go by lien laws, which means when you sign that lease as a customer. And self storage is a business, right. So when somebody rents out a unit, we don't call them a tenant, we call them a customer. So you renting out a unit as a customer. But in that agreement, if you don't pay, we can put a lien on your unit. So 30 days later, if you don't pay, we give you that notification. And now we actually have an auction company come in and they'll sell off your items and we still can get paid. I'm recession proof, so that's the second reason why I love it. And then the third reason is because we make multiple streams of income on social media. Like make multiple streams of income, different businesses, but it's really about multiple streams from one actual business. We partner with the local moving company. Every customer that needs moving services, we just refer them to the local moving company and we get paid commissions. Right. Nice. When they rent out a unit, they also need insurance.
