Short conversational clip from a YouTube video titled "HOW TONI BOUGHT 2 HOUSES IN 1 DAY!" (creator: Charles Noonan). In this excerpt Toni explains she purchased two houses by using two separate accounts (two different emails) while participating in a land bank club, placing bids at the last moment (about five seconds before close) and later realizing she had forgotten about one of the bids.

Questions this video answers

Two separate accounts (with two different emails).

About five seconds (she waited to the very last second).

Tony's calling. I know she was bidding and then I, I answered it. And you like, yeah. So I got a house but then I got another one and I'm like, wait, it took you a month but you got it today? You like? Yeah. So tell me about that. How'd that happen?
So, you know, after being a part of the land bank club, I learned some strategic ways you can go about putting in your bids. So what I did was I had created two separate accounts, okay, created two separate accounts with two different emails and I bid. I waited to the very last second to bid like it was down to like the last five seconds and then I put a bid. Right. And one I forgot about the bid on the other property is what really what happened. I forgot.
Oh my goodness.
I was the only bid on that property. So I ended up winning both. Like the emails came back to.
