So I'm Charles. I'm the founder of what we know today as the Land bank team, which is basically a group of individuals that find value in investing in, I'm going to say vacant properties or problem properties throughout the United States.

There's like, once you join there's a contents tab that gives you a lot of information on Land bank properties, contractors and things like that. But we actually meet once a week on two Tuesdays where I go through individually where you are your journey as far as securing a land based property as well as renovating it. We also supply resources that individuals may need. So along my journey I hired so that I could scale virtual assistants.
