But imagine how much she made when she sold all four of those properties. So she sold those properties so she can start a beauty salon. She wanted to do the salon suites. That was her move. And she was like, hey, I just want to sell these properties and start some salon suites and go from there. So we made a quarter million dollars on those four deals. We sold those to a hedge fund out of New York, ironically.
