All right, you ready? Okay. My name is Anthony. And then today I learned that as far as relationships and building relationships and networking, they're very priceless, and things can become. They're very valuable. And when you become and doing things like this, having a mentor is very important, because a lot of the mistakes that you will make, you will not make with a mentor, especially if you have a mentor who's on the ground. And they are very informative, and as well, they give you priceless information as much Charles does. So the mentorship is very well worth it.
