What's the most amount of deals you've closed in one month?
Is six. I don't even count anymore because I don't just work on my own. And one of the things about being licensed in several states is that I can have my name on a deal, but I'm not working it because I'm in Maryland. So I had two deals closed last month, and I never went to Arizona, but then I had, you know, five in the DMV on my own.
The money's not about volume. It's deal size, too, so. So some realtors might close 12 deals a year and make seven figures.

Yeah. So this. It's been rough for Realtors. It's been a lot of changes that obviously have occurred, but the average Realtor does one or two deals a year. It's definitely not easy, as though we make it look great. Y' all do it look easy. But the average Realtor is not having at least a deal a month.
