NEED FUNDING? THIS EXPERT HELPED INVESTORS SECURE OVER $2 MILLION! Ft. Ariana De La Cruz

A recorded YouTube conversation (Feb 24, 2025) between host Charles Noonan and funding specialist Ariana De La Cruz (owner of Powerful Empire Solutions / Trusted Funder). Ariana explains how she moved from real estate mentorship into business funding, how she builds bank relationships and analyzes credit profiles to secure large 0% business credit lines for clients (examples: $100k in 30 days, $161k in one week inside the school community, largest single funding mentioned $275k). She describes eligibility rules (700+ credit score, no recent derogatories, two primary cards with ~$5k limits, utilization <30%, ≤3 hard inquiries per bureau), pricing (no upfront fee at her firm; 10% success fee on funding secured), operational practices (banker-submitted applications, inquiry removal for business-related pulls), and practical card/product tactics (Amex charge/benefits, Bank of America resets/credit moves, U.S. Bank balance-transfer checks, 0% promo windows). The episode also promotes Noonan’s school community, LetsBuildBirmingham event (Feb 21–22), and Ariana’s Instagram (trustedfunder).

Today's headlines, Florida woman gets an individual with no money. $275,000 to fund his business. All right, but guess what? Here, even better, we got the Florida woman right here. Ariana De la Cruz. How are you?
Hey, y'. All. I am doing so good. How are you, Charles?
I'm doing well. Welcome back to New York.
Yes. Where I'm from, Brooklyn, I'll be hating.
I'll be hating on all the people that leave New York though and still try to claim it as home.
I'm claiming it as home. Brooklyn is in my heart, will never leave Anybody that meets me. Are like, you're from up north, right? So it's like I cannot take it out of me. So I'm already in.
There's a 10 year rule.
Yeah. And I'm 11 years here now.
Done. You're from Florida? You from Florida.
I'm sorry, but I'm here today. I'm, I'm in New York today. And I'm very grateful to be here with Charles.
Yeah, absolutely.
And talk about all the amazing things we've been doing in his school community for the land bank community. So I'm excited.
Before that, we gotta address the headlines.
Yeah, man.
Tell me how in the world you got somebody $275,000 easy making sure they.
Have the right credit profile, which I analyze to the T. Right. And I have made amazing relationships with a few banks. So my relationship bank managers, when I request an amount that I want my clients to get, like 100k Chase 0% interest credit card, I'm getting it because my banker and my relationship, he knows my client's gonna come correct. So I can request high limits with the confidence that I'm going to get that approval. So it's not hard at all when you have the right profile and the right connections.
So you know people, but you don't got the hookup. You got the underwriting guidelines.
I have the underwriting guidelines and I'm not going to say hookup. But you know those bankers because they know all my clients come correct. It's like it's usually instant approval or like next day approval. It's like the process is smoother because like when I first started, I'm gonna be honest. When I first started with my bankers, yeah, it was like a week. I'm like, I'm waiting so long. But I think like now it's been a while that I just got approved the other day. 75k a Chase credit card. And it was like literally within like less than 24 hours. We knew we were approved.
That's amazing. So you can get. So what's the approval time on that? Like a day. So you submit the complete application?
Yeah.
Do you submit or the client?
So when I do it with my bankers, the application gets submitted through the banker. So I, like, link my clients to the banker, and then, you know, it gets done online with the banker. So it usually takes like a day. Like, lately it's been quicker.
Wow.
Yeah. So, all right, amazing.
That's the headlines. We gonna unfold a lot of that. Because guys, just put in the comments. If anybody wants $275,000, $100,000 to fund your business, your ventures, or whatever it is that you're trying to do, you have to go through this woman right here, Ariana De La Cruz. She is a beast at funding. Before we go further, though, can you introduce yourself to the audience?
Absolutely. My name is Ariana De La Cruz, and I am the owner of powerful Empire Solutions, a business funding company. I'm from New York, as I mentioned before, but I currently live in Florida, and I'm grateful to be here.
You know, I'm happy to have you. I'm happy to have you. All right, so look, we gotta dig into this a little bit.
Go ahead.
How did you get into funding?
Funny story. So I do want to say that I am a woman that's led by God, and God led me to business funding, because when I first got into it, I actually was in a real estate mentorship myself, trying to get knowledge to buy real estate. Right? That was the goal. Like, I want to be a real estate investor, and I had no idea about opm, other people's money and business funding, and nothing like that. But I had been working on my credit because I wanted to purchase a property a few years prior to me entering that mentorship. So I had my credit, you know, was very good at the time. And I remember saving money for four years, Charles. I was saving saving money because, you know, you need a 20% down payment or 10% down payment of buy your first property. And that was the knowledge that I had growing up. And from everybody that I knew, you know, I wasn't in this space. So I had saved my money for so long, thinking, I need to have X amount for property. Then I got into this real estate mentorship, and about a year and a half ago, and they told me about opm, like, oh, you don't want to use your own money, Say, keep your money. You know, you want to use your percent interest credit cards. And I Was like, what? What's that?
So opm, opm, for those that don't know, is other people's.
Other people's money.
Typically, the bank is who they say first. Then there's private lenders, there's hard money lenders, which I hate hard money lenders. Guys, don't ever do a hard money loan. Just go to her. Yeah, like, seriously, here, here, From Charles Noonan's mouth to your ears, don't ever do a hard money loan. Today's world, we have zero percent interest for a whole year. You can partner with a funding specialist to get that money, especially in real estate. Here's the benefit. There are no hooks in the. In your house. You can never lose your house if you defaulted on a credit card payment. Worst case scenario, if you ever defaulted on that 0% interest credit card payment, you. You will not lose your house. The second piece is 0% interest for the first year. So you go 0% interest credit card. And then if you can't pay it off in the first year, you can refinance with a regular loan into a longer term product. Hard money lenders take tons of fees and they charge interest like crazy. All right? And then they have hooks in your house, so they make you pay. You got to put up like 30, like 30, 40% to get the hard money loan sometimes. So you put up all this money, they can actually take the house from you for a very small percentage. They're not doing any of the work for your property. You're doing all the work. You're taking all the risk. You're putting up 30%, 40% sometimes based on the property. Why would you give a hard money lender the ability to take your house and your investment from you? Just because it faltered, which sometimes happens in real estate. All right, I'm off my. I'm off my soapbox. That's my rant. I hate hard money lenders.
Yeah, yeah. So. So that's how I got into it. I got into the metrip and I learned about the OPM and I funded myself. Right. I'm. Thank God I had the credit profile because you guys, you do need to have your credit profile set up in a certain way. And so I went in and I funded myself with a brand new business. My business was only 30 days old, so I have filed an LLC. It was only 30 days old and I got myself 100k in 30 days. And I was like, oh, you know.
So did the mentorship give you.
Yeah.
The funding info?
Yeah, yeah. So I went for free. No I had paid for a mentorship on that too.
How much was the mentorship?
5K.
5K?
Yeah.
Okay.
So I paid for my real estate mentorship. 10K.
It came with. Wait. And then I state, mentorship was. Was $10,000.
Yeah.
You paid that?
I paid that.
You saved up the money, the 10,000 for that?
No, I have saved money because I wanted to buy a house. Did you say I saved? Yeah, I had the money. Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
How long did it take you to save up 10k?
Oh, my God. First of all, I had bet y', all, so I had to pay that off. So. Yeah, I mean, it took me about, like, three years. Like three years, but I have more than 10. I'm not gonna say how much money I had, but I had a good amount of savings because I thought I needed.
All right.
Yeah.
So you get into the mentorship, then it's another 5k for the funding, because.
I wanted to learn how to, you know, do the funding myself.
Like, they give you separate mentorship, and.
That was a separate mentorship.
So you. $15,000, and then within.
Like, within, like, two months.
In your edge, but in myself.
Invested in myself.
Yeah, you were in the mindset of investing in yourself.
Yep.
You didn't look at it like, oh, I got to pay this mentor. Why don't they just tell me to be.
Yeah. At first with the 10K, I knew that that's what I wanted to do because I wanted to be a real estate investor, you know, residential and commercial. So I knew that that was, like, you know, something that I was going to do. Then the. The funding one, I was like, oh, do I want to do this? But, you know, again, I'm a God little woman, y'. All. So I felt that it was the right thing to do, but it completely changed my life. Charles, this is one impulse buy that I don't regret. I decided to try the plump perfect because I wanted a little more volume without getting lip injections. Because I've seen so many go wrong with other women, I can't risk that. With the plump perfect containing natural ingredients such as collagen, how could I go wrong? I saw results as fast as seven days. Now, there's only two reasons why you should try it too. Number one and most important, it actually works. And number two, it's cheaper than lip injections. Shop be foreveryounger.com before the plump perfect sells out. Not only was I able to fund myself, other people started asking me, like, how do you do that? How do you do that? So I started Doing it for people like in the group. And I was like, oh, I got a month or something here. So I went from a six figure nine to five to a multiple six figures in my business. And I've only been doing this for a year and a half. And this year alone I've made multiple six figures. So I left my nine to five in January of this year. So I have like what, you know, 11 months? Almost. Almost a year. And so it's been a blessing in disguise for me. So that's why I said like, you know, this has all been led. And I'm grateful for the knowledge that I have that I brought into and paid for, because I have so much knowledge that I can translate to other people to help them realize their goals, whether investing in themselves or investing in real estate, which 90% of my clients are real estate investors.
I love it. I have trouble sometimes getting people to bet on themselves. It's tough getting people who are not in essential jobs like doctors, nurses, police officers, school teachers. If you're in a job and it's a dead end job and you like, not happy, you should quit with the information that's out here now where you can actually get help putting together a business plan. Get funding right away. Right. I'm talking like tomorrow. It sounds like you're getting some people paid even if it took a month. Right. We're never gonna be able to say I've never seen anybody save their way to a million dollars. Never. Right. It's always investing and that money compounds and grows and grows and that's how you get it. So you invested in yourself?
Yes.
How long did it take you to quit my job? Yeah.
So I started the real estate mentorship in May of 2023, and I left my job in January of 2024. So eight months. A few months.
Eight, nine months.
Yeah. And I started doing funding in like July of 2023. So it was like a few months. So I mean, it's just been like a very blessed experience for me and I'm glad I took the leap. So y', all, if you out there and there's a mentorship, you know, Charles has a great school, school community and a land bank community teaching you how to buy property. Invest in yourself. It is worth it. You know, if you need a funding specialist, invest in the, in the percentage that, you know, my funding company charges or any funding company, because, you know, you. You know what I mean? You have to pay to play, you know, but it's worth it. 100%. It's changed my life drastically.
Some people don't believe in pay to play.
I get it. Some people tell me that. Some people tell me that too.
Why do you think we're built like that?
Fear.
Well, let me ask you this.
Fear based.
Is that like a. I'm gonna. I want to use the term social economic mindset where, yeah, we don't want to pay. We. We heard you say Chase three times, right? She said Chase, Chase, Chase. Some people are gonna go to Chase on their own and get 5k, $2,000 with excellent credit, right. And be like, it ain't. It ain't work for me. Investing, pay for play, investing in the education. Taking the elevator to where you're trying to go as opposed to taking the stairs all the way up. 100 to 100,000, right?
Yeah.
Just think it's like paying a funding specialist is like taking an elevator to 100 versus trying to take the stairs.
Exactly.
Why do you think we don't pay for education like that?
Some people, I think they don't believe in themselves. They don't believe that they're capable of applying the information. You know, some people in these days, they're just seeking knowledge and reading books and watching YouTube videos, but they're not applying the knowledge. So it's like, now I have to pay a couple GS. What if I don't do it? You know what I mean? Like, it takes a lot of belief in yourself to do things, to take the next step.
Wait, wait, wait. It's not that they don't believe you can do it.
They don't believe in themselves.
They don't believe they can do it. Yeah, so they have the money or.
Like, what am I going to do with the money? She's. I'm going to pay her this percentage and what am I going to do with the funds, you know?
No, the people that try to go get it on their own, they believe because there's so many. They believe it works, but they just don't pay for the advancement. There's people that come to me with land, bank, houses all the time. And I'm like, why the hell would you buy that piece of crap? I ain't tell you to buy that. Like, didn't you watch the course? They were like, man, I didn't take the course. That's why I'm calling you. I'm like, yo, who told? Like, he's like, yeah, I watch your video and I just bought it. And I'm like, no, no, no, no. Like, you have to follow the steps and Pay attention to what? To what we teach in mentorship. That's the accelerator. It ain't just Chase. That ain't gonna do it.
Yeah, I mean, I think people, like, are afraid of getting in debt. I had a client recently, I had, like a sales call, and he was like, oh, you know, so if I pay you 10k, like, that's gonna put me in debt. And I was like, not really, because you're gonna pay back 1% of what you use on that card. Right? So if you pay me 10k, you're only paying back. Minimum payment is 1% of that card. I'm like, what's 1%? Like 10k, 1%. So you only paying back $100. So you don't have $100 a month to put back towards yourself. While that money is working for you, whatever you else do, you decide to.
Use, you got to break that down. Yeah, we don't know what people charge, right? My audience, we only got four or five hundred people in our school community. Our YouTube channel has 10,000 plus subscribers. So not everybody is in there. I don't talk about it a whole lot because our focus is let's build Birmingham for now. But how does a funding specialist get paid?
So there's multiple ways. Some people charge up front, right? Like 5k, 8k, 10k. Right. I used to do it that way. I don't no more. I charge a percentage. So it's just 10% on the back end of whatever funding we get you. So if I get you 100k, that's, you know, you're going to pay me 10k, but you're paying me back on those cards that I got you approved for. So you're not coming out of pocket, Not a penny. So you're paying me on those?
All those.
Wait, wait, wait, wait. I almost.
So it's like free money, y'. All.
I almost spilled my drink.
Yeah. Yes.
So the Plump Perfect by Be Forever Younger has arrived. So I wanted to try Plump Perfect to get some plump, pouty, luscious lip lips without the lip injections. Like, I've never been that pressed to go that route. And I've seen the problems other women go through with injections. But a little plump action, I don't mind. Like, my lips are okay, but they can use some work. So the kit was super easy to use. All you had to do was roll the micro needle roller on your lips for about 60 seconds in different directions and then apply the lip filler to your lips, ensuring to cover the entire surface area. Of your lips with a smooth and even layer. And then voila. Soft, beautiful, luscious lips. And I love that they use all natural ingredients to plump your lips, such as collagen. So get ready to have more hydrated, softer and volumized lips without the surgery with be forever younger. Plump, perfect.
They don't charge anything up front?
No. At my company, I don't charge up front.
No. That's crazy. So everybody you speak to says, all right, Ari, go ahead. Do they call you Ari, Ari?
They call me Ari because you call me Ari. They're like, yeah, I like it. Those cute. No, they call me Ariana, but y' all call me Ari. I like it. So you don't.
So it's risk free. You can't get money on your own, right? Like, clearly. Because if you could. And I hate when people say, I could have did that on their own. If you could do it on your own, go ahead. If you could do it on your own, you would have done it already. Right? You can't get it on your own. It costs you nothing to partner with you and let you kind of help people understand underwriting guidelines, what the bank actually looks for to legally, rightfully qualify. And then we'll submit that way.
Exactly. Yeah. And like also looking at the credit profile, because some people, you know, there's misconceptions. So to qualify for business funding, there's a few things you're gonna need, and I'm gonna mention it, a 700 or higher credit score. You cannot have any derogatories like bankruptcies, collections, charge offs and no late payments. But if you do have a late payment, as long as it's not within the last two years, I will process. My bankers are cool with that. You know, you want to have at least two primary credit cards. Primary not authorized users.
I don't know this.
Yeah, you want to have at least two primary credit cards that are yours. Not an authorized user of at least 5k each.
What are primary credit cards?
So primary credit cards are like, you know, a Chase credit card or Capital One.
How are they gonna have those if they're going to you for them?
Yeah, so some people already have primary credit cards. Like, they already like, have made relationships with bank especially like Capital One Discover. There's a whole bunch of credit cards. But if they don't, I tell them, you know, you want to go to then banks that are going to give high limits. So not every bank are known for high limits, but credit unions are like Navy Federal, you know, is one. I tell them Go there. There's another one. Wings Financial. There's another credit union. You don't even need to be a member to apply for their credit cards. So I guide them. You know, hey, if you need these credit cards, like, you don't have any. Apply for these cards, but you might not qualify for funding right away because you need at least to show some usage on those cards.
Okay.
You know, especially if you don't have any.
So they come to you for free. You take a look at the credit report.
Yep.
If they're ready. Yeah, great. If they're not ready, you tell them what to do to get ready and then come back.
Exactly.
So that way it's really not much rejection because.
Exactly.
You. So when you submit a file, or is that what it's called, a file or a profile?
Yeah.
When you submit an application, whatever. Right.
Yeah.
Whatever you do, you ever know it's approved?
So.
Because you have, like, what you said 702. Two primaries.
Yeah.
No lates.
No lates. The utilization of the 30 per credit card. Because I know some people like, well, my utilization overall is 27. But then they have two cards maxed out. I'm like, you need to get those two cards under 30% too. So people don't know that. So, yeah. So all those things and then, you know, misuse. So you want to have some revolving accounts and some installment accounts. So revolving accounts are your credit cards, whether retail card, like Macy's, you know, Chase Credit card, Capital One. And then you want to have installments, like your personal loans, educational loans, mortgage, auto, things like that. So you want to have a mixed use. So those are the things that, you know. And then hard inquiries is another big one. Right. So you don't want to have more than three per bureau. You know, the good thing is my clients, when they work for me, I do also do inquiry removal. I don't do credit repair, y', all, but I do incorrect removal, and I do not charge for that once you're my funding client.
Oh, all right.
I'm just. Yeah, yeah.
Bro, can you pass me my phone, please? I want to check something real quick. I want to check my credit, not my credit score, but I just want to check my inquiries real quick.
Yeah, so I removed those, like, within, like, a couple days. A couple days.
All right. That's amazing.
And I've mastered that, so I love it. Because when you're applying for credit cards, you're going to have hard inquiries. You're going to start getting them. So what I do is that I clean Them out for my clients and then we keep going for more funding.
Okay, so I'm going to my Experian right now, right. If it ever opens.
Yeah. Oh, you got a good credit score right there. Look at you.
Do you work with that Experian app?
I use my score iq.
Call my scores out, yell out my scores so people know what they are.
Yeah. Okay, so Your Experian is 836.
Okay.
That is like one of the highest scores I've seen. Like people don't be having that. You got three hard inquiries on Experian.
Okay.
So what I do is when I'm looking at, if I can remove an inquiry, I have to look at your credit report and each account and the date you open them because we do not want to remove inquiries that are linked to a personal credit card. But inquiries that are linked to any business, anything business related you can remove. So whether it's a business credit card, line of credit, if you did a mortgage under your business, auto under your business, all those can be removed.
Is that because it shouldn't be on your personal. Because it's a business.
Yeah. And it doesn't report to the personal. So the bureau's can see that you have those accounts. So.
So Experian. I'm 8:30. What?
8:36.
I'm 8:36 with Experian. What's my other one? Trans Equifax.
Equifax is 837.
837.
And TransUnion is 819. So you're in the 800 Club.
But tell me why.
Well, you have.
And I know credit isn't your thing, but.
No, no, I mean I don't do credit repair, but I, I know how to look on the profile. Yeah. So you have an exceptional credit paying history. So no lates. You have a good mixed usage. You have. Your utilization is under 30%. Your age, your credit age is eight years. But your oldest account is 25. So that's good to having like aged accounts.
Yeah.
And you have good mixed use. So you have both installment loans.
And so why AM I at 8:19? That's what my question. 836 to 837. Cool. Right? That's like. All right y', all, y' all score the same. But why is TransUnion 819?
Because they don't all report the same. So every card that you have doesn't all report like the same information. They don't all get the same information. Right. There are three separate bureaus. They do not talk to each other. So you might have. Sometimes you might have like 15 total accounts. And Experian is reporting 13 only. TransUnion is reporting all 15. And then Equifaxis only has 8. Because it depends on the bank you have. They don't all report the same.
Right.
So they're not all going to be the same.
So bank of America may only report to one.
Yeah.
Which one is something. Do you know those? Like, did you go that deep?
I know because I got. That's going to take me at least 20 minutes to look into your, all your, all your accounts. But I'll be able to tell, hey, you have these two accounts here, but you don't have it here. So that's why this one isn't reporting, you know. So all of that varies. So, okay, and then if you have a late payment on one bureau but not the others, that you can have like a 700 on one and 800 on another. Because that one late payment can reduce the drastically.
Help us understand this. When we go for money, do the banks look at all three or do they only look at one?
Good question. So no, depending on the bank. So every bank is different, right? So like Chase with my banker is going to be experienced. I already know that. But some people in different states, I've heard that Chase is going to pull Equifax, right? I'm like, that's weird. Never when I've done it. So it depends on the bank and the state that it's in. Every state might be different. So depending on which one they're gonna pull from, you only have to worry about that one, right? So like Amex in the. On the business side is known for pulling experience. Like no matter the state, you know, they tend to always put experience from my experience. So I know my client always kind of. I'm gonna, I'm gonna get Amex. I just look at an experiment report and I see if they're good. TransUnion, Equifax could have derogatories, UT utilization. But as long as that experience is good, I know we're gonna get that Ms. Card. So it depends on the, on the, on the bank.
Okay, I gotta get those inquiries off.
I got you. How so to remove the inquiries?
Well, I don't need you to tell your. So you want to tell.
No, no, no, no, no, no. I'm just saying like the process, right? Like so because you can just be like, oh, Ariana, have three inquiries, remove them all. What if some of those are linked to a personal credit Card. I don't want to have your account at risk of closing. So I need to get access to your three reports, see the accounts you have when you open them, and if that date is linked to the date of the inquiry and it's a personal credit card, we leave it alone. If it's not like maybe you applied for a card and you didn't accept the offer, whatever, we could remove it.
Yeah.
So that's how that works.
Got it, got it, got it. So those are hurting me probably. Those are preventing me from probably being at an 850.
Not really. I would say hard inquiries is usually like three points that it would waiver.
So each income out of three things.
And then it depends how old they are. When they're like over six months, they decrease in value too. Like, you're not gonna get much. So if they're new, three new ones, they're about three points each. If they're older, sometimes it's not bad. That's what I'm saying. But the reason why we don't want to have two more than three inquiries per bureau is because when the banks are pulling your credit report to get you funding and they see you have like four or five, like, they deem you, like, high risk, like, oh, you've been applying for too many things. Yeah. So that's why. So what we do is that we. We run it up, we clean up the inquiries and then we go for another round of funding. And now those banks have no idea that we just got 100k. Right.
Because legally applying for business credit should not report on your personal. No, they do an inquiry to see your history.
Yeah. Because you're the personal grantor of those cards. So cool. They're going to take a look to see how credit worthy you are of the limits. But, yeah, they don't report unless it's a capital one. There are, like very few banks that will report. So your capital one business is going to report to your personal. I don't recommend it.
All right. I love what I do. Right. You see me teach you are. And we didn't finish like a whole intro.
Yeah.
Is my funding person inside of the Land bank team School community.
Yeah.
Where we have a travel specialist. The passport abuser.
Yep.
We have a funding specialist, which is Ariana de la Cruz. And then we have a credit specialist, which is Tamara. I put the team together because I really wanted to help people all the way through. So you see, my credit is excellent. I never had, like, credit was never an issue for me, but as I Got my success and started to turn back to help others. They were getting so stuck, like, dude, my credit. I'm like, what? My credit. I'm like, damn, I don't know nothing about credit. So I got a credit person on the team. Then people wanted to see their properties more. People were scared to go invest in different cities because they couldn't travel. It was, like, costly to travel to get to their properties. So I said, all right, I got the passport abuser, right? She teaches people how you get, like, six points for everyday spend. Then she teaches Basque bank, where you can just put your money in there and get points every single month for savings, right? Which is ridiculous. Hack, right? You can get miles for travel by using Bask Bank. You don't even have to spend any money. You don't have to do anything. Just put your money in Bask Bank. You'll get miles. You can start traveling everywhere around the country. Then people saying, all right, my credit. Good, right? I know how to get there, but I don't have the money. I've been working at my job. People say this a lot, and I'll get it. Life be life. In. I spent all my money, but I want to invest. I'm like, what you want me to do? You need money? Yeah, right? You trying to invest how you invest with no money? So I really tried, like, three or four different funding people, and they kept pushing back. Like, not ready, not ready, not ready. Not. Like, everything was just not doable. And I'm like, wait, wait, wait. Like, if you in the game, if you're in a funding business, you can't tell me 25 people, like, no, Ain't nobody could get no funding, and they was just like, like, just having issues. Then I found you. Thank you. Shout out to D. Lofton. Shout out to my guy, Derek Lofton, secret spin society. He's the one who introduced me to.
Because it was. I thought it was Jabra.
Oh, shoot. I gotta take the credit back. Yo, D. Love. I'm sorry, bro.
Yeah.
You know I got love for you, right? I, I. I got love for my God, D Loft. So D. Lofton runs the school community.
But I'm cool with. I'm cool with Derek, though.
I'm cool with organizes the school community. He runs it.
Yeah.
He takes care of everybody in there, right? But it was Jabril J. And L Credit. Repair.
Yeah.
Yes, yes, yes. Shout out to Jabril J. And L Credit.
I'm very grateful to Jabril for that. This has been. He's an amazing man. Doing amazing things, has a big heart, really cares for what he's doing and the people that's behind him. Like, you know, like, you're just, like, an amazing leader. And I'm just really blessed, you know, to be a part of this with you. Like, truly.
It's a nice journey, right?
It is. It's been a blessing for me and everybody that's been. Been there. You know, we started with, like, a couple, you know, people in the school community. Now we're up to, like, 4 or 500 in a short amount of time. So we just need more people in there.
I was trying. I was trying to put this thing together that would have everything people need to get to where I am and start investing and start making money from real estate. It was tough, like, funding. People say they do funding, but they don't do it like you do it. So you and I had a conversation, and I'm introducing the idea to you, right? I'm like, so, yeah, It'd be like 100 people in the room. You're gonna go in there. This is what you're gonna do. Whatever, whatever. And you wasn't in love with it. You wasn't. You was like, I gotta think about it.
Yep, I did.
So I told D. Lofton. He's like, oh, that's my girl. I know. She's official.
Oh.
I'm like, dude, like, I don't know. I made the offer. I said, yo, who does funding doesn't want to be in front of 100 people every week? He like, yo, bro, like, funding people, they funny, they fickle, they. They, like, passionate about what they do. I was like, she said she gonna get back to me tomorrow.
I don't know. All right, cool. Yeah. So this is behind.
So. So I got. We spoke, and I'm like, all right, this is what I need you to do. Could you do it? You like? Yeah. But you did tell me some cool stuff.
Yeah.
You told me that you work with people. You go above and beyond. You don't just say no, turn your back, you say no.
And then I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to do to get there.
What you need to do to get there. And I thought that was special. That stood out to me.
Yeah.
So when I made the offer to you to join the community, I was thinking, like, you're going to say yes Right away, you was like, dude, chill out. I don't even know you like that, right? You, like, chill. I'm like, all right. So I'm just talking to Derek Right. D. Lofton. And then he's like, no, no, no. She's really good, people. She's good. She's done. I was like, all right, let's see what she says. I didn't want to pressure you. I didn't want to do anything.
You did follow up on me a few times, though.
I'm just be smoke like that about my people.
Yeah. So one thing about me, like I mentioned in the beginning, I'm a Goddard woman. And when opportunities present themselves to me, I need to feel like is in alignment with what God has for me. And everything that I do is from my heart. I'm passionate, and I go above and beyond, and I give everything 1000%. That's who I am. So when I say I'm in and I'm. And I got you, I mean that, you know? You know, and I. And you know, because that's just me. So once, like, I, you know, I prayed about it, and I spoke to my best friend about it, and it was just like, this is the right thing. This is your next step, you know, because I run ads. Like, you know, I have my own clients. I'm like, you know, like, I don't really need a child, you know?
Yeah, no, you told me that.
But when I started talking to people about you and everybody was like, you know, Charles has a big heart. Like, Charles cares. Like, Charles just gives information and gives information. And I was like, he's in alignment with me because I'm the same way. I will give information. And it's like, that's how Jabra introduced me to you. I was giving him information and not charging him. I was just trying to help him out, you know, so. But. And look how that benefited, how that reaped. You know what I mean? You got to sow seeds. So I sow seeds everywhere. And I don't need to see the repayment right away because I know how God works isn't time. And I'm. I know it's gonna work out.
Here's what.
That's just my mindset.
Just give.
Yeah.
If you just give, it will find its way back to you. 10 times. You don't have to keep score on what you gave, who you gave, how much you gave and when you gave and. And receipt. You don't have to do that when you give genuinely, when you just give and teach and give, that stuff multiplied by ten finds its way back to you and people. It's the hardest thing for people to understand. It's the hardest thing. I am so much More happy and willing to get up and go donate my time, effort, energy, intellectual property, whatever it is. If somebody's like, yo, come donate with me. Come give something. I'm like, bet that's the easiest. That's a free investment.
Yeah.
It will come back to you. So. And then I'm cocky about it too, right? So when I don't get my way, I'm like, well, she lost out on that. I am. I'm like, yo, look like, yes or no? Because I gotta. I gotta make moves. That's right. I'm making moves. Yes or no.
Let me know that.
Boom. And then I'm like, I hope that lady said, yeah, but I ain't gonna say that. I'm like, I hope that lady said yes. I hope she official. She's real.
Yeah.
So all worked out.
Yeah. Just know it worked out because of who you are. It wasn't because of so much, all the opportunity or, you know, whatever, you know, benefits for me. It was because who you are. I believed in that, and I felt like it aligned with who I am. And I was like, you know, there's not many people out there in the. In. In the business world, you know, everybody's just takers. There's not a lot of givers. And you're a giver. And not only because, you know, you've. You present yourself that way, but other people that I spoke to before I said yes to you, because I did.
Vet you with other people I didn't know.
I did do my homework, you know.
So here's the thing, though. When people say that about me, right?
And it's all the same. It's all the same.
I'm very private. Like, my personal life is very private. I don't really. I have my circle, right? My family. I got probably six or seven friends, really. That's my circle outside of that. And I feel like that's enough for me, right? And just to sustain my lifestyle or my life, I'm cool if I got a, you know, whatever. So when people say, I did the homework on you, I did some research on you, or whatever, I'll be confused, like, who you spoke to that knows me, because none of my people, like, know you. Like, I don't know a whole lot of people that know people that follow me on Instagram, Right. So how do you vet me?
Yeah. So, like, there was people that are on your mentorship, you know, that I. I knew were in your mentorship or like, Jabra, and, like, you know, just people that I knew that you were Were under you, like, with the. With menting. And they all were just like, oh, he has a big heart. He's always so giving.
Okay.
And it only took me, like, one or two people to say the same thing for me to be like, all right, cool. It's not just a bro.
4, 5, 6, 7 was going to be the same.
Yeah. And it was. And I'm, you know, like I said, I'm very grateful. And this has been a smooth, you know, process, and the impact that we've been having in the school community, the people we've been helping, you know, they're buying land, they're buying property. It's. It's just a beautiful thing to see, you know?
Awesome. All right, so let's get into that. Yeah, I know you got somebody. Or I thought I knew, and I came in here ready to brag that you got somebody. $100,000 in our school community, mind you, they only pay $50 a month, right?
A month, a steal.
It's $12.50 to learn from you every week to learn from me. 12 bucks and 50 cents to be in that room with the funding specialist, Pat, the travel specialist, myself and a credit specialist. It's 1250 a week, which is crazy.
Yeah.
It's me just giving again. Right. So what's the most you got? Somebody funded in our community.
So in the community right Now I'm at 161. And that happened in a week.
One person.
Yeah, we got 1%, 160, 1,000 and 0% interest. Right. Credit cards. And we did it like, in about a week.
Should we say no names? Right? Names or no. Yes.
I don't like to give nobody's, you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Because that's whatever. I know names, but you got them 161,000. That's crazy. Now, funding people in our community. Right? It's our community. Right. Funding people in our community. Do you feel safer knowing that they. They buying land? They bought land, they're buying a house to build. Like, you know that money's going to double and triple and come back 100%. So you feel like, are you in this? You in our community? Got you. I don't have to do a whole bunch of vetting because I know this. I know your circle.
Yeah. Even though I still vet. Right. When they got on a call with me, I do always ask, like, oh, you know, so you have a plan. I always ask how much you need. Right. Because let Everybody come needing 200k. Right. Some people are just like, you know, Ari, I just need 50k just to get me started. Because I have this deal right now and I need this in the next two weeks. So everybody comes with the big highest numbers. But I always ask, how much you need?
Right.
I want to make sure that I'm meeting the expectation that I can get them what they need. So I always ask that. But the second question is, okay, what's your plan? I want to know that they, they're gonna. What they're gonna do with it. And like I said, 90% of my clients are in real estate. So a lot of them are, you know, going to purchase properties and land and things like that. So that is something that I do. Because, you know, the worst thing that you can do is sit on this money. The 0% interest expires, y', all, 12 months, 18 months. So you wanna make sure that you have a plan for it to be able to get a return so that you could pay back these cards. Right. We. That's the whole. The name of the game. Right. We don't want to pay interest. We want to stay out of that. So definitely, I want to make sure that they know what they're doing with it. And it feels good knowing that in the group with you, that everybody that's there, that's the plan.
Got a plan. Yeah. Help me with this personally, because I got cards that I passed the 0% time I used it. And I'll be guilty. I don't like debt, so I actually be paying back beforehand. I don't know why I do that.
Yeah.
And that's just how I take care of my credit report. Yeah. It's like I want to pay. I want to keep everything at like clean, super clean and paid for.
Yeah.
What could I do? Because I probably got like $800,000 in credit cards, but they're zeroed out. They used up the zero percent gone. And I have them like, I got a stack. What could I. I should have brought them. What could I do with those?
So what is like, as far as getting more cars for 0%?
Like, what's, what do I do with them? So that. So the zero is off, the zero percent period is gone. 12 months is gone. Now it's got 10, 15 credit cards that have regular interest on them.
Yeah.
What can I do with.
So with those cards? I mean, unfortunately, your zero percent interest is gone. So you know what I mean? If you can't keep using them, of course, you know, revolving credit, you can keep using them, paying them back. So you can keep doing that or what I do with my clients, once their 0% interest about expire, like a month before, I do reach out to them. So like my clients from last year, this year, I'm calling them like, hey, you need more cards? Because what I do is I tell my clients, I never want you to pay for interest again, right? Me, I don't pay for interest. I would never. Now that I know what I know. Right. So what I do is I get them the funding that they need a month before it expires, I start getting them other cards that are zero percent interest so that if they did have balances, I know yours don't, but if they did have balances, they can liquidate those new cards and pay off those cards. And now the balance sits on the new cars. Zero percent interest. Or they could do a balance transfer. That's if they have a balance. Because sometimes they have that so that they don't want to pay interest. But the goal is, like, once the 0% interest is gone and you want to keep using the cards. Yeah, you can always get funding, like, every month of every month, you can.
Go and get more funding because there's so many different.
There's so many different banks and you can get multiple LLCs, right. Like, I have, like, three right now. So you want to have multiple LLC, so you fund one and you maximize many banks as you can, and then you can get the funding with those same banks with the new llc. With a different llc. So the same. Yeah, you can go to the same bank.
That's dangerous.
Yeah, but that's how you. That's how you live, bro. Zero percent camera, please, bro.
Look, if you caught it, you caught it.
If you double game right there. I know.
I don't want everybody. Because now you could get a million dollars.
Yeah.
Once you build the profile, it's corporate. Different corporations and different.
It all qualifies for funding. So if you go to chase, get 50k, open up another LC, chase will give another 50k, and then you win.
Because we got the same profile.
Yep. It's all about the profile.
And that 50k business credit that you have for LLC number one doesn't show on your personal because it's business.
Exactly.
Damn, that's dangerous, girl.
I love it. That's what I'm saying. I love this game. I'm passionate about it. Because if you know, you know. And there's ways to go around it. It's beautiful.
That's smart. Yeah, that's smart. That's. Now do you think. Because I didn't think of that. Do you think again, from a cultural perspective, other ethnicities are doing that and have been doing it for a long time, or we just not other ethnicities.
Everybody's doing it from across the.
Everybody knows.
Yeah. I will say a lot of people know. But as far as, like, ethnicities.
Yeah.
It's across the board.
Minorities are hip.
Yeah, yeah.
Okay. Using other people's money. Other people's money is new to us. One of me, I just. A year and a half our credit be jacked up. So we don't. We feel like we don't qualify to the mindset we're scared of debt. Right. I'm a use other people's money because my real money is in investments and it's making 8, 9, 10, 11, 12%. Right. With my managed brokerage accounts. Right. So I don't want to touch that. So I do use other people's money. I just be in a rush to give it back to them because that's just me.
Yeah, I'm kind of similar to that. I'm not gonna lie. It's like I see the car going up and I was like, I want to pay. It's because, you know, I have the savings there. But the thing is that you can get approved for 100k faster than you can ever save it, you know, 100.
And you also look in the camera and say that again.
No, you can get a. Yeah, you can get approved for 100k faster, then you can save it. You know, don't be like me. I saved and saved and saved for four years, all to find out about opm. And all my money still sitting there, like, double tripled in the last year. Thank you, Lord. But it's because I didn't have to touch it, right. I'm at over 300k and 0% interest.
So I love this.
Yeah.
And here's. Here's what I learned. And then I want to go to, like, devil's advocate right now. Here's what I learned. A friend of mine who's rich, right, he said, charles, getting money from these banks is like having a business partner that you can pay off at any time. They're not going to do the work, but you do the work. You have the right plan. It's like an investor. You just getting an investor in your business. You borrow money, you take loans out, you got to pay them back interest over time, fees, all this other stuff. If you go 0% interest credit, it's like an investor at 0%.
Right, exactly.
Then I said, well, what about when the interest hits Right. What about when sometimes people be getting caught behind the interest? Because not everybody's smart enough to just know that they can do the same thing again. Or they can get balance transfers from U.S. bank as well. They send me mail all the time, and I do that a lot. Where they could kind of like remove the money before it hits. This is what he said to me. He said, bro, if you. So. So when I spoke to him about funding, I said, all right. The person. Because he was getting 400,000, I said, the person you're getting money from is going to charge you 10%. He's like, yeah, they will. And I'm happy to pay it because I don't know the banks like that. I don't know the underwriting guidelines like that. I said, damn, bro. So. So 400,000. You gonna start off with 360,000? He was like, yeah. And I'm like, you cool with that? He said, yeah. He said, charles, if your investment. If you can't take $360,000 and make $40,000 off of it within a year or with that money.
Exactly.
Then you have to reevaluate your plan from the beginning.
Exactly.
Your plan ain't good enough if you can't make 40 off of 360.
Exactly.
And then I thought about it like that, and I was like, wow. So what people should do when they're considering working with a funding specialist to offset the fee, make sure your plan can cover the 10% and make money on it and then cover the borrowed money. Like, that should be kind of simple when you think about it that way. Right. So that's the good side of it. Right. It's like, that's the good mindset thinking. Yeah. Like, go get money if you got a good plan.
Yep.
We now, because here's the thing. We be coming up with these ideas for businesses. We are the biggest creators, Right. Minorities adversity will make you create. Right. If you just look at some of our foods, right? Cereal with water, like all these things we created, right? Because because of lack of. We're super creative. We just don't have the money to do our businesses the right way. Imagine if we all started our businesses with like an HR person, a salesperson, Right. Business development, marketing person. Right. Not wearing a hundred hats, but if we had the budget to actually hire the team members and the people that we need, our businesses and our ideas would blossom and flourish so much better. But we don't. We bootstrap and we just try to wear everything ourselves. And then as entrepreneurs we're working 80. We quit a 9 to 5 to work 18 hours a day, and we go crazy, and then the business goes because we die from burnout and not being funded enough.
Yeah.
So funding is awesome and amazing, but let's go to the negative side, because we've been smiling the whole time.
Yeah.
Somebody watching this is going to say, she's a scammer, she's a fraud. This does not work. What about the credit card percent? They just don't trust it. What do you say to people like that?
What do you mean, the credit card percent?
Just anybody who has something negative to say. Let's just say you charging a fee for your services is not Right. Like, why is she charging a fee?
I mean, that's like twofold. You know what I mean? Because when I'm charging for my fee, right. It's expertise. Right. You go to school, you get an education. Are they giving you a diploma for free without you paying? Right. So I'm providing you education. I'm providing you with the funds you need to make your dreams a reality. Right. Because if you didn't have the funds, how are you going to buy the property? How you going to get a mentorship? If you want to invest in knowledge, so you need the funds. So I would put it like, it's just like you're investing in me, just like you invest in a education system or, you know, anything like that. So, okay, you know, there has to be something.
It's a service fee.
It's a service. Yeah, it's a service fee. Yeah.
Okay. Re knowledge and your expertise. The person's gonna say this is unethical. They getting people 102, $300,000. The banks are giving them. And I've heard this, so I just want to address it. The banks are giving people $4,000, $5,000, $8,000, because that's what the expert underwriters at the banks determine that they can handle. You're going in and getting people positioned where if they didn't have, you would have only gotten eight. Because Chase might say that's all they get.
Yeah.
That's all they deserve. That's all they're worthy for. You taking that person, getting them a hundred.
Yeah, and that actually happened with one of the. My clients last week. She got. She went to Chase. I told her, go to Chase and get a, you know, a checking account. You know, if you. Because she didn't have any. She's like, I need. I was like, which one? She's like, which one should I get? I'm like, what a chase. She went in there and I had told her, I have my banker. We're gonna get you at least 50k, 75k. She went into the guy got her to do an application on a credit card. She only got 7k. She texted me right away. I did a stupid move. I got this guy just made it sound so good. I'm sorry. And the approval was only 7K. And I'm like, you just did yourself in. You know what I mean? So she was like, I'll never do that again. I'm not touching anything else. So that's 100% true. You know what I mean? With her profile, the age of her business, she could have at least gotten minimum 50, you know?
No, but this is. This is what I'm saying. The expert underwriters at these financial institutions are looking at their information and saying, you can only handle seven.
Yeah.
A negative person would say, if the experts are saying they could only handle seven, you might be hurting them. Going and giving them 70 because they can't handle it. Some of our people, right, I'm just going to say minorities, $70,000. Automatically you're going to see new outfit for the whole kids, them husband. They're gonna go on a trip, they're gonna blow the money. So what do you say to people that will say, this is not all good because some of us don't know how to handle 70?
I mean, I would say then, you know, maybe this is not something right now that they should be doing. Right? Because the whole goal is that you find the right people, the right mentorship, the right resources to give you the guidelines and steps like with your school community and your mentorships, right? What do you do? You give them the blueprint so that they don't make any mistakes, right? You give them exactly from A to Z how to locate the property, make sure that it's profitable, that they're going to get the return. You give them all the information. So that's the goal, right? If you're not willing to make sure that you have the information and that you're going to implement the knowledge, then I can see why you're like, well, 70k, don't trust me with it, or that's too much. I might go and just blow it on a $20,000 trip to Hawaii or something. But that's not what we're doing. You got to have discipline, first of all. You got to have a goal. You got to have a game plan, and you got to have the right people. In your corner that's going to guide you step by step by step so that you can do the right things with that money. So that's what I will say to that person.
Ultimately, we're responsible for the money that we get. But you go a step further to make sure your plan is in place. Like, who you following? Who's guiding you? Who are you around? Are you in the community every week watching people win, buy properties, sell them, make money, invest in land, build on it. Right. You're making sure, like, our community is what that person's community is, a safe place to get 70. Because we don't. We don't. We don't have people in there going crazy with, like, foolishness, right?
Not at all.
Business.
No. Every time that get the money, like, there was one client, as soon as they got the chase 50, they went and brought a land. Like they have something pending like that. So they get the money because they know they need it, because they have something in. In motion. Like there's something that they want to do that they're like, I need to execute this. I need this money.
Has anyone ever come back to you in your whole funding time and blew the bag?
I had one client do that. Yeah. This was like, maybe my third client in. So I didn't really have my protocols the way I do, which is why I do that now. I had a client told me that he was trying to invest in commercial real estate. And so I got him, I think was like 220, right? Yeah, yeah. And then this was like, early on, and I don't think he ever did anything. It was trips. It was like every time I would check in on him, he was always on a new trip somewhere, always in a different state. Every single time I was in a hotel, always eating at the best fanciest restaurants, hanging out with a whole bunch of people, just treating everybody. And I was like, oh, my God. And I did feel bad. Like, I started to feel like I did something wrong, you know what I mean? Because I kind of took that personal. Like, you told me all these grandos dreams, you know, when you first told me what you're gonna do with the money, but just. Just. Just blew it. So I had to happen once.
All right, so I'm gonna just put it out there, guys, if you get money. And our funding specialists, I'm hearing this a lot where you guys talk, say the term fund responsibly, so I'm happy to hear that. Is a cop a popular term out there with funding specialists. They are funding Responsibly.
Yep.
Ultimately, though, here's my position on it. If you get money, it's your responsibility to spend responsibly. The funding specialist who got you the money isn't responsible for you. They're responsible for the money they got you. You have to spend the money responsibly. Secondly, if anybody ever had an issue with a funding specialist getting people money, the banks are giving these people money as well, and then they're charging them 23%, 17%, 18%, 19%, 23% afterwards. So the banks are giving money and they don't care. They're not having a big conversation with you or following up with you to see, hey, are you executing on what we gave you that credit card for? So I think funding specialists are better than banks because they actually care. They actually do some vetting, and they get you positioned to get more. Because sometimes we deserve more. We know there's redlining. Right. We know in certain areas, property values are worth more based on the person that lives in the color of the person that lives in the house. We know sometimes the underwriting guidelines just aren't fair. We know that educational opportunities on how to get funding aren't fair because in our communities, we don't have a credit specialist. We don't learn credit in school.
Nope.
We don't learn funding in school. We don't learn business acumen in school. We don't learn how to write a business plan. We don't learn any of this stuff in the educational institutions that we have. So the fact that funding specialists such as yourself are actually educating people, showing them how to understand underwriting guidelines so we can get more answers of yes than no to our business ideas is phenomenal.
Yeah.
All right, let's do this. Most money you ever got somebody funded.
275.
What's the least you ever got somebody funded?
My God, maybe like 40.
40,000.
Yeah. And that person?
2,000. Oh, no, you don't lose. No, you don't miss.
And Even if it's 2000 today, come back to me when you have your stuff ready. So that person comes back and we got the more.
Yeah. Do people typically just put you in their pocket as the funding specialist?
Yeah.
Just come back.
So, like, there's been times where somebody has only gotten approved. Like, let's say I try IMAX. Amex has been notorious lately for being like, a 2k approval. Even with a good price profile, it's just been a hit or miss. But I'm like, I won't do nothing else. Then it's like, hey, there's something maybe wrong here. Let's keep fixing it and then come back to me. So, like, I don't really get that, but if I do, it's like, okay, like, you know, come back later on. But those people do end up coming back once they fix whatever they needed to fix.
You said Amex doing 2k approvals. Look how many Amex cards I got. Yo, can you go to my screen, bro? All these are AMEX cards, right? Yeah, I got unlimited on this gold because it pays like 4 times. Unlimited on this platinum. No, this is the platinum. That's the gold. I put the spin on the gold because it pays more. But these. This one was like 50,000. These three, I tried to. I tried to get them myself. Yeah, $2,000 exactly.
So it happens. You see what I mean?
No, that's 25. Like, look, look, look. This one is 25, right?
Yeah.
This is the blue business cash. This one I bet you is two grand. Two grand.
He ain't lying, y'. All.
So when you say two grand, it happens.
That's what I'm saying. So, like, sometimes that happens and, you know, we just got to keep it moving.
Another one too. Like, who's teaching this stuff? Because obviously. Oh, this one's 30.
So we just got it. So not. So not everybody's gonna get the high limits or every cards, but we just got to keep pushing, you know what I mean? Like, if my clients get two, sometimes they're like, well, maybe it's because I got to work on something. Maybe they're. Their credit age is young. And I'm like, maybe that's what it was. So we just work around it. But I have some people that I'm like, just come back to me in like three months and we'll try something else again. But yeah, amex lately has been doing that.
Take us out of here with this education. We're gonna go rapid fire education.
Yeah.
Tell me about American express. I got 20 year history Platinum gold. Right. Because they have different benefits. I got 30,000, and I'm never using this again because the year expired.
Same here.
I got 25,000, and then I got two with 2,000. But I think I got the 30 and the 25. And then I got the two and the two. But I applied, like, quickly, like within the same time frame probably.
Why?
Could you tell me about American Express? Do they only issue a certain amount during a certain time?
Exactly. So with American Express, they're going to give you five cards all like, within the Same day. Let's say you got to get approved and keep going. Three charge cards and two like. Like the blue cards, right? So three charge cards. Let's say, like the gold, the platinum, and the green, right. Those are all charge cards. Then the blue cash and the blue plus, those are accounts that they're not like charge cards. They're not unlimited. They're not a. Preset cards. Like, they're going to give you a set limit with the charge cards is usually like no preset limit. You can use whatever amounts they allow you, and it changes daily. So you can do. Let's say you want to go to amex and you apply for the gold card and you get approved. Then you do the blue card, then you do the platinum, then you do the other blue card and then you do the green. Right. Or the plum, whatever other charge card that they have. Because they have a few. But they're gonna. And if you. You might get five. I've had people have that. Me, I did four in one shot.
And I got them, you know, decent limits on all.
When I first started, when I did my Amex, I think I got 25 on each. The two blues and then I got the platinum and the gold. I did that all. Yeah. And those were unlimited. I started with my. With my amex unlimited. I think they only allowed me to make maybe like 50,000 at first, and now I'm at 200,000 on my gold, which is amazing. Or my platinum. One of those.
So awesome. Awesome.
I'm actually good with that.
Oh, here, let's give some more. Let's teach some more. Look at this, look at this, look at this. Do you know about that, Dell?
I usually. I got my monitor.
Be teaching that in the community.
I did. Yeah. When I my first taught, I told them how I got my monitor. Like my monitor screen. So till I think that's the. The platinum. Yeah, the platinum card, they're gonna give you a $400 credit within 12 months, but they're only gonna give you. They're Gonna split it 200 the first six months and then 200 the last six months of the year. So if you like Dell products or if you need a monitor or maybe some headphones, you just purchase it with your platinum card 200. And then they're gonna credit you the 200. You don't pay for it. I love the American Express cards. Like, I have the gold. The global. What is the Global entry? Yeah, yeah, Global entry.
Oh, that is.
I have the Clear. The tsa. When I traveled yesterday, there was a line, and I was like, oh, my God, I'm running late. And then the clear. I was like, oh, real quick, right? It feels good. The lounges.
So could you tell them what. What, like, you just. They don't know what that means. Amex pays for it.
AMEX will reimburse you right up to 400 on Dell products. They will give you your money back. If you want, like, the clear for the TSA to, like, go on the express lanes on the airport, you got access to the lounges, whether that's the Centrum Lounge, the Delta Lounge, you get free access with that. With the. With the Platinum, as a Platinum, you know, card holder. And also there's a few things. Adobe, if you have a business and you have Adobe, as long as you pay for a yearly subscription, it's free because I have a yearly subscription with Adobe. And they pay. They pay me my money.
Indeed.
And indeed, yes.
For all the entrepreneurs out there. For all the entrepreneurs, indeed. Amex pays $90 per quarter.
Yep.
So I spent like $300 trying to find a new team member.
Yeah.
And I got 90 back. That's why my account is minus 150. 115. They gave me that money, but I didn't even know. I keep zeroing out my. My card. Right. And then I'm at 150, and it.
Comes quick, like, within, like, two days. You see the credit?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I overpaid.
Yeah. Do you have Global entry? You know, it took me a year to go to the approval. I did it when I first got my Amex Platinum car last year. And, like, it was like, three months ago when I finally. They called me in for the interview and I got cleared for my global entry.
All right, back me up on this, because I want to try to teach, too, because you're going crazy, Right?
So, so basically just say with the imax, you're gonna pay for it with the Platinum card, but then they're going to reimburse you, which usually takes like a week or a couple days. So.
Yeah, and it's just like 650 a year. But you get so much money, it's 6.95.
But yeah, you got. Yeah. At least $1400 back. If you use it properly, you benefit. You use all the benefits. I think it's about fourteen hundred dollars a year that you get from mom.
Just by having the card guys correct us in the comments if we say something wrong. You can choose an airline and get a 200 airline credit with any airline that you use with America, I use Delta. Me too.
Delta.
The lounges are free, so you go eat and drink. I know. Right now you can go to the lounge before your flight and after.
Yep.
That might change though. Yeah, I don't know. I'm hearing things. That might change for entrepreneurs. Use your Amex Platinum card to pay for. Indeed. Indeed is where we go find our employees. You get 90%. You get $90 per quarter. So that's $360 per year. Dell, my son is a gamer. I bought him some gaming headphones. $200?
Yep.
It was like 209. I paid $9. They're under the Christmas tree. He don't even know. And I got the money back like within a month.
They came back pretty quick. Yeah.
Yeah. So I think it's like a no brainer to have.
Yeah. And then the gold, right? The IMAX gold. I like that car. Like for business owners that run ads because they're going to give you the highest multiplier, which is 4x points per dollar spent. So like I run ads and it's basically like if I spend, let's say $5,000 a month on ads, I'm making $20,000 just in points. Yeah. Advertise Facebook and you use the gold.
Facebook.
And that's what I do.
I'm on it. I. I know my, you know, I'm learning. So Facebook, Yeah. You get four, four points.
Yeah. So like, you know, and you can have it on the two categories. So it's not just on anything. So for me, I would put it on ads if that month I'm running ads and then like restaurants. Right. So like if I'm gonna go out to eat, I am putting everything on the gold because I'm gonna get the highest multiplier on it.
Awesome.
So, you know, I have like, I think almost like 500,000 points right now with Amex. I need to use it. Dang.
You can fly anything.
I have half.
Yeah, you can fly anywhere. That's crazy. All right, give us one more thing to teach and then we out of here.
It's a lot, you know, I got a lot of info. You gotta.
All right, all right, all right. Back me up on this one.
What U.
S Bank.
Yeah.
Do you use my guy Drew?
Yeah, I do. I've used sometimes. Yeah.
Helpful.
You know what it. What he was helping.
You got a better.
But it's not even him. No, no, no, it's not that. It's just that I've noticed that U.S. bank in general, I haven't seen limits like higher than 10, 15.
It takes a while. They, they low. They raise it.
Yeah.
So I got $50,000 with them.
But on a credit card or a line of credit.
Yeah, this blue or whatever one they give you, right?
Oh, the triple cash.
I don't even know which one I got. You want to tell me right now?
Yeah, that's cool.
But look. Yeah, look. Look at this. Right? Of course it's at zero because I just can't hold that for nothing thing. But look. Oh, they give 35,000. Here's the best thing about them, why I like US Bank. Right. Guys, hit up Ariana. She will get. We know someone personally at US Bank.
Yeah.
But here's why I love US Bank. US bank will not only give you the 0% interest, but after you pay it off after that period, they will flood your mailbox with balance transfer checks. So it's like I get to get zero percent over and over and over again. I'm in a zero percent period right now, but I paid it off. But if you need it, they just automatically send you balance transfer checks. You could only you with US bank, when they send you balance transfer tax checks, you can only write the check for $15,000 per check. So if you're using $30,000, you have to write two checks. One of the. Or the check will bounce because it's over the limit.
Yeah. Another thing that I like about U.S. bank or really any Elon Financial, because the underwriter is Elon, is that they have credit cards that the interest rate is 18 months for, you know. 0%. Yeah, 0% for 18 months, which is pretty high. Like most cars is going to give you 12. But like Elon Financial, like Fulton bank or US bank, they're going to do 18 months. So I like that. So about, about that, that card.
What an Elon. We're not even going in. Like it's your birthday weekend. We're gonna celebrate. What's the Elon Bank?
Yeah, so they have multiple. There's like over like a hundred different.
Give me three popular Elon Banks.
So Ameris Bank, Comerica, Fulton US bank, those are all under the umbrella of Elon. There's a whole bunch. Those are the ones that I mainly use. Those like AIs Comerica, Fulton US Bank. Okay. So. And they all, and they, they all gonna have that 18, you know, month period that Elon. So I love Elon Financial.
Okay, back me up on this now. I'm so, you know, I like to teach. Right. So I'm just giving everybody everything I know while I Have a specialist here who can back me up. Bank of America. I did not know this.
What happened?
Tell me something special about bank of America. This is like an interview, but it's like a review, a financial review, right? What you got like special about bank of America? Do you know anything special?
Yeah, I mean, bank of America, the thing is that like, you know, I like 0% interest the longest terms and bank of America only has it to nine months. So it's not like my top priority when it comes to funding because of most of my clients, they want 12% minimum.
Here's the thing. Look at all the bank of America cards I got. Look at this. Yeah, I have three now look, just look. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
Oh, you. You is a fan.
Here's why. Let me tell you.
You got your investments in there.
No, don't, don't look at that. Don't look at that. Don't look at that. That's my high interest savings account.
How, how many interest they have? What's the interest for the high yield?
4. Like 0.6.
You don't have Amex and it's only 3.9. I got to step it up.
I'm going to give you my guide, Joe. So of Duffy.
Yeah. I have my.
They partner with Merrill Lynch. Cool. So I basically make a ton of money every year for doing nothing just by leaving that money. Joseph Duffy.
I got all this money sitting there.
To put us shout out to Joseph Duffy. But listen to bank of America and why I got seven cards with them. This is the best, right? So look at this. So I mean, not that we got to prove anything to anybody, right? But look at this. Look at my limit on this card. Look at my limit on this. Right? How much is it?
28,000.
No, the limit.
The limit. Oh, 87.
Look at the limit.
87,000.
$87,000. Right. Here's the thing with bank of America. Do you know how I got.
It's amazing.
Do you know how I got it.
With the RM with the bank manager?
No, how I'm going to tell you how I got it. So I got these cards with bank of America. I'm a teach in a second. Let me put my. Let me. Let me just open at least one of these to show you what I did. I'm gonna give you all the hack right now.
Yeah.
All right, so look, I got a bunch of cards with bank of America. So four companies I have. So I got $25,000 on a card. Some they gave me 35, some 40, some 20, whatever, right? So you get the limits with the bank of America card. Each company, I got my own limits, Right. Bank of America is smart. They know that people are going to different banks to run up the bag. So what they allowed me to do was I got the same card that I got before, right? So Charles Noonan Inc. I got 25,000, I used it, I paid it back. Zero percent interest is gone. The bank of America allowed me to get another credit card for $25,000.0% interest. I think you could get the. Either they. Most banks have two cards, right? I think I got the other card. Or they may allow you to get the same card over again, brand new, and reset your 0% interest, which is fire. But here's how I got to 87,000. So what you think about that?
That's amazing.
That's another reset.
Yeah.
You can get the same card with the same bank and reset your 0% interest. So that's killer. But here's what's dope. Bank of America will do a credit move and move your available credit to that new card.
Oh yeah, give it up. Does that too.
Give it up.
They'll let you transfer your balance on one card to another.
So I got four cards. So I got four. So I have four cards with bank of America, right? Company number one, company number two, company number three, company number four. I used them, I gave them the money back. So they're all zeroed out. I got another card with a company number four. And then I asked them to move my limit, my available limit. So this card is 8, is 9 months, 0% interest. And these four cards that I had that I used up the 0%. I just moved the balance up to that one card. So now they gave me 25. But I, I transferred the money and I got 87,000.
Awesome.
That's really cool, right?
That is beautiful.
Killer hack.
I love. That's a gem.
Killer hack. And here's the thing, you have to. I don't even know if you have to or not. But instead of closing them, I kept the one thousand dollar bat limit on each.
Yeah, I just seen that. I'm like, you have $1,000 on that? Yeah, got it.
Because I took.
Yeah, you never want to take everything. You want to keep something in there.
Killer.
Yeah, Yeah. I had a client that got approved for two Amex cards and he wanted to just have one car with a high limit. So I was like, just call Amex and tell them to transfer most of that one on that one. So you have most of it on that one card, you know, instead of having two cards. So. Yeah, I know Amex does that too, so that's awesome.
I used to work at amex. Did you know?
No, I didn't know that.
Cool.
I did as a banker or as.
A customer for business development. So I would give. I would know all the card products and then meet with clients, like 2 to $250 million in revenue and get them card programs or Amex payment products. Amex has a few payment products. Not only card, there's some other stuff you can pay Ace. You can pay vendors through ACH with amex. People don't know that.
I didn't know that.
That's a whole nother class. All right, look, you got one more. Are we done?
Gotta ask a question.
What's your favorite card? What's your go to?
My go to. I love imax.
Oh, I thought you was gonna say Chase.
I love Amex cards.
So your Chase rapper's gonna be mad when they see this.
You know, I. What? Why? I. So I just love Amax. In total, I've had Max for many years. Chase two. Those are my top two. But if you want to act in. The cards that I use the most is imax, because they're giving me the. They give me the multiply with the gold card. So I'm always, you know, that's my go to card for gas, for restaurants. So, you know, for my ads. So I love the AMEX card, but I love the security that I have. AMEX will back you up. Let's say there's like a scamming thing going on and you purchase something and you know, the person give you a hard time giving you a refund. Amex1 will hold you down. So my favorite card is the. The Amax, you know, because of. Mainly because of that. But Chase is, you know, my second one. I've been having Chases. I was like 18 years old. I've been with Chase.
So you got an AMEX wrap?
No, I don't have an AMEX rep. No, but I know. But I know exactly the data points to put to get at least 50k with killer.
Killer.
Yeah.
