I've been going, going, going, going, going, going crazy Nope, you can't blame me, you have a hustle lazy. I've been going, going, going, going, going all summer Running at the number, you ain't gotta wonder how we.
Drop.
Welcome to another episode of the Real Estate Newsroom. Today we got a very special guest, personal friend of mine, somebody I knew for many, many years. And I actually met her because I was asking her about getting a Lamborghini. But today she's going to share with us how in the hell she got a helicopter. Princess Dior.
What's going on, everybody? My name is Princess Dior, the serial entrepreneur, your favorite business coach. So, yeah, so I recently just bought a helicopter for my birthday. And a way you can buy a helicopter is number one, is finding like a cheap one. A helicopter cost the same amount as Lamborghini year. It's 250,000 based off the year in hours too, as well. You can also get equipment finance it too, as well through like a private broker that does private jets or helicopters. And you can also put like 20 down too, as well to get your payments down. And it's super cheap to store the helicopter. So that's the reason why I wanted to get one. Because PJs, it costs so much money and it's so expensive. That's everybody dream to get a pj. And I was like, no, I'm gonna get a helicopter because I'll make more money. It's gonna be less expensive.
Spicy, right off the bat. All right, what made you get a helicopter? Like, like, was it just to make money or was it because you want to get from city to city fast?
Number one, because I want to get the city to city fast. Because me and my business partner trail, we used to always complain, like, why are we sitting in traffic? Why don't we just get a helicopter? You know what I mean? Because, you know, LA traffic is like, crazy. So we just think about that. And so I just pulled the trigger. And also, like I said, it's cheap to, like, the maintenance is super cheap as far as, like putting in a hanger and stuff like that, where PJ costs like hundreds of thousand dollars for, you know, for storing it and then millions of dollars for maintenance and stuff like that. So it just made more sense to make money faster with the helicopter as far as, like, it's being affordable too. You know, people do tours every day, especially in New York.
Okay, so you were thinking the purpose of a helicopter first, right? You want to get city to city first faster. You can just fly there. Right. The second is it's easier to rent a helicopter than it is to rent a private jet.
Yes.
So you figuring that there's more customers with. How much does it cost to rent one, like to go to Atlanta, to what's a neighboring city?
With the helicopter?
Yeah.
So with the helicopter, you're not going to a neighboring city. You're going like, you're doing tours around the city. So like in New York, you might want to go see, I don't know what's.
Yeah, we do it all the time. New York to the Hamptons.
Yeah, something like that. Even going around the city to see Manhattan, the Times Square and stuff like that. People like 30 minutes, like off. 30 minute off a tour ride, I'm making about 500 to $1,000 within that 30 minutes based on the helicopter they're in and stuff like that. Add ons camp, you know, they want videos, they want roses, stuff like that. It's so many add ons. I can do with the helicopter too as well.
That is absolutely crazy. I'm so. I'm gonna say I'm so happy for you.
Thank you.
Right. And we met the way we met. I was in the. In your DMs. You had a. You were the first person, not female. You were the first person that I knew that had the Lamborghini Urus.
Yeah.
So we track this down, right?
Bucket seats too. We don't do bench seats, we do bucket seats.
So we tracked this down. Right? We just Going through our messages. Before I actually got my own Instagram, I had one for my business. And I was asking you about, like, the insurance. I was asking. I remember our conversation. Something was like $60,000. And you was like, yeah, you just gotta pay it. You'll make it back. And I was like, damn. She said that so easily and so seamlessly. But the reality of it is you can turn what people may see as liabilities into assets.
Exactly.
And that's where I really started to follow you. And just through us having Lamborghinis and us having like, minds, we really got to know each other on a personal level, which I think is dope, because I really don't do that. Right. It's so challenging sometimes for me to meet people where we can have conversations like Lamborghini Uruses and helicopters and things like that. Right.
In the real estate, you know, and.
Real estate, the real, big bucks. So I don't have a helicopter. Would you recommend me get one?
I. I think you should get one.
In New York City if You got.
Money to play with. Absolutely. Because you're gonna make so much money back with the helicopter. Especially like the helicopter you would get is like a 800,000 million dollar helicopter is really big and you're gonna be able to charter that out every single day. Because people who are business, business people, they travel from New York to Philly to the Hamptons all the time in helicopter. So it's clients out here who want that, especially if you know the price and stuff like that. You can undercut them and give like deals. Especially if they're doing it like weekly. You can start, you could probably start like a monthly subscription with people too.
Yeah.
And so. And you'll have like a, like a private jet company. They'll be able to help you like broker that, broker that deal out for you. So it's not always on you. They'll find clients too as well.
Right. And you're saying it's not as expensive as we think or it's not as expensive as a private jet to maintain a helicopter, to store it. Right. So you have to. You got hangar fees and things like that.
Cheap hangar fee. I know the hangar fees In Atlanta, like 1400amonth, $2,000 a month. Fuel is, Fuel is super cheap too as well. So. And fuel for a PJ, I think it's like $1500 an hour or something like that. So it's just more expensive. And it's not ideal for the average person to purchase where average person. We can purchase a helicopter for 250,000, $5,000 and go in and make 50,000 to $100,000 a month. Right. So it's ideal for us to invest in it. And it's so many major cities too.
It's just another level. Yeah, it's like another level. It's not, it's not even another level of thinking. It's another. It's not another level of finances. It's another, another level of thinking, which I really appreciate because a lot of people watching this are just gonna say, I never thought of that.
Exactly.
But here in New York City, businesses get helicopters all the time. It's almost like an Uber now. It's so popular, especially going to neighboring cities, right. Jersey, Philadelphia, upstate New York, the Hamptons all the time. I know people that because the drive is so long and sometimes it be traffic, that every weekend going to their house, they just get a helicopter.
Another place too is like think about like insurance, healthcare. Think about how many people need a heart or organ real fast. Who they gonna get a helicopter to go deliver that. People don't. People don't even think about that. Right. So it's another avenue when it comes to the helicopter, too. Same way, too. When it comes to, like, private jets, you can start a nonprofit and start chartering people who have cancer and stuff like that in your PJ, too, to make more money, too. So people don't even think about, like, incorporating a liability into a health care industry where you can always have clients every single day, too, as well, so.
And you get to use it.
Exactly.
That's, like, so smart. Leveraging what you have to make money off of and to. And to get the benefit of it.
Exactly.
So did you get that juris way back just to, like, as a flex or. You were. You were thinking that way back then.
I was thinking that way back then, too. With all my cars. Any car I got, I'm gonna make, like, money off of it. I always turn my liabilities and assets. So I've been having, you know, the car industry since 2016. Started with bad credit, no money. Just leveraging my NFL friends cars, and putting on my uncle's lot. And my uncle really, like, turned me up to allow me to start my own car rental business without having any liability because he did everything for me. And I was just making $10,000 a month every single month. And then that allowed me to learn the business and then learn the ins and out learn, you know, learn the insurance game and then also learn how to scale my own business as well.
All right, so we credit all your success to your uncle.
Some of it.
Or was it. Do you think it's you? You think it was in you? And he just exposed you to saying, hey, you could just rent. Rent stuff. Rent this stuff out.
It was in me.
It was already in me.
It was already in me. I'm already a hustler. So.
Okay.
He just had the vehicle to help me go to the next level.
How far back does that go?
I would say my mom, her giving me money and showing me how to become an investor when I was, like, five years old. So she always took me to get candy and sell candy at school, and then, like, during the summer, she'll get me a cooler of water, and I go sell water on a corner and stuff like that so I can buy Jordans and go on vacation, stuff like that. So I have to be. My mom. She's, like, my inspiration when it comes to entrepreneurship because she's been an entrepreneur all life.
She taught you about money, how it works, basically. All right, I love it. How did that help you in life now? Like, like do. Are you just wired to apply those same principles in everything that you do?
Yeah, every single day. I think it's like just waking up and just knowing that today might be your last day. So you gotta like live it out and then also like being impactful to the world too as well. So everything I do, I make sure it's impactful because I want to make sure I leave this earth. When people say, you know, princess, you know, she was very genuine and she left a mark and she left a legacy like, you know too as well. So I love helping people. I love helping people have the success that they need. Even if you have $0, I know if you have value, you have a skill set, then I know I can like turn you up. And, and I help so many students. I got students who've been homeless, who didn't gave me they last, you know, kids and stuff like that. And I made them to 6 or 7 bigger like earners.
Like, I love it. You don't got to tell me because we did a free three day challenge. How many years ago was that? Was that like 20, 22, 23?
Yep. I think it's been three.
It had to be, right?
Yeah.
How many people did we impact in that? 1,000. That was a five day challenge.
I think it was like three days, but three day.
Yeah, it was a three day online summit that we did.
Thousands. And people still talk about that today.
So like 5,000 people, right?
Yeah. So, yeah, people still talk about that challenge today. You know, how we impacted them, how we changed their lives, how we helped them start businesses, how we were getting them funding going crazy and they were getting houses on the spot.
Yeah, that was wild.
So that's what I'm saying, like being impactful to the community and I feel like every investment doesn't have to be high risk, you know, I mean, like, I love the way you do real estate because a lot of people, they do real estate a high risk way to where average person, you get somebody, you get somebody funding 100k, you're like, okay, you got to give me 100k to flip this house where it's high risk. Because this is their last where you do real estate. It's like, all right, give me 1,000, it's going to cost 10,000, rehab, and then you're going to be able to flip that to get 50,000 on the back end, stuff like that. That's what I love because I feel like an average person can do that and not feel like they're going to lose their money or be on you when you're coaching them, you know what I mean? So I like that.
What do you think about from an impact perspective? Right? You're coaching people. How does that. How does that affect your daily life? Right? Do you wake up thinking impact, or are you waking up thinking, like, making money? Like. Like. Because we both manage our own businesses, how much of your day is like, all right, I want to impact, and I got to coach these people that I have versus, like, I got helicopters, I got cars, I got. Do you rent out bags sometimes to artists and things like that? Which is very smart, by the way. But how much of your day is split between impact and running your own business?
I would say majority of it is being impactful because every day somebody's calling my phone asking me, you know, princess, how can you help me make money? You know, even with personal stuff, too, as well. So I say I'm always impactful, and people know they can come to me and be vulnerable, you know, too, as well, in a world where people can't come to you and be vulnerable about their situation because people look bad on them. You know what I mean? So I would say, enjoy my day is being impactful showing people strategies on how they can make 10,000, $25,000 a month. You know what I mean, too, as well? Because my whole goal is to show you a vehicle to where you can have your goal of. This is how much I need to make annually instead of monthly to where, you know, that you can take, you know, some. Some years off, you know, if I make. If my bills are, let's say I don't know, my year. My bills for the. For the year is about $100,000. I know I need to make at least 200,000 for me to take off, you know, the next year. Stuff like that. Just thinking annually instead of, like daily and monthly when you start in a business, I think that's how like, entrepreneurs, you know, should think.
Like, going forward, it's really mindset with you. I think your thinking is at such a higher level than our common thinking. A lot of times we say people think about the next day, they're planning for the bills for the next week or the next month. You're thinking and planning out for the next year? For the most part.
Yeah. Because if you know your bills is paid for the year, you can chill, you can enjoy life, you know what I mean? Because right now, we're probably in a hustle mindset. Oh, my bills is 10,000 so I gotta go hustle, make 20,000, you know what I mean? So you're hustling instead of really running a business. But if you think annually, you'll be more like, well off and be calm and not be so stressed out and depressed about your business and stuff like that. So that's why I was important. Built like systems and have a good team around you to help you hit that, you know, that level.
Yeah, I love it. I do think yearly and then I think where the business is going in three years and then five years. And believe it or not, I use that. I use those metrics where I want to be in five years, that dictates what I do daily. It's not where I want to be in a month, it's not where I want to be in two months, nor when I kind of plan my stuff out, I really don't think about the past because I kind of like did stuff like that already. I think about what I want in the future and that drives my everyday activity. It's not what I've done before. It's not like a culmination of things in the past that I've done. And that's why I probably haven't done another free challenge, because it's like, I did it already. But what's your thoughts on and mentorship and learning, people doing things for free versus paid?
Yeah, so I done stuff for free. And I feel like the people who are serious that really want to, you know, get ahead and take it serious, where most people, they get into free mentorships or free challenge and they don't take it serious because they didn't pay for it. And they lose the opportunity, they lose the opportunity to really, like, plug in on information that can literally change not just their lives, but people around them lives where when something, when you got to pay for something, of course you're going to take it, you know, more serious because you're investing your time and your money. So you're praying that this works. When you join somebody's like, mentorship where, you know, you know, you pay for a challenge and stuff like that, you want to learn a skill set to really, like, turn your life up.
It's very different. I think both work, though. Yeah, I've seen both work very well. And that's why I have a mix. Right. Some stuff I do like, I do free webinars. I haven't done anything free, like an intensive free workout work workshop or anything like that. But I do plan to do stuff like that. I do feel there's more impact when people pay. I feel like their goal is to make their investment back. But when you don't charge people or when they don't pay, they don't have that goal. They're just there listening. Whereas others, if they pay, they're taking notes, they're paying attention, they're realizing that they need to make their money back, so they take more action, faster.
No, I agree with you.
Yeah. All right, so Helico. So. All right, so you got every car that you ever wanted? Everyone?
Yes.
Helicopter. Check that box off.
Yep.
Right. Really nice house in Atlanta. Really nice place in Atlanta. Right. Thank you for inviting me over. I've been there before, so I know it's dope. What's next for you?
I would say it will be more financial literacy courses in schools, in the school system. So that's my big project right now, is creating a financial literacy course where I teach students about credit, taxes, how to manage their money, and also, too, teaching their parents how to become homeowners and also teaching them that entrepreneur, too, because I feel like we have a lot of underserved communities, reasons why our school system is so bad right now, because their parents don't know anything about. And so I want to come in and give them a course and a workshop just showing them how they can improve their credit for them to become homeowners. And also investors, too, as well, because I think that will also help, like, the wealth gap that we have and a disadvantage, too, in our neighborhoods.
So you're saying you want to do something obviously more on the impact side?
Yes, always.
You got everything you want?
Yeah.
Everything?
Yeah.
Bags, helicopter, cars, houses?
Everything.
Everything, yeah. Like, all that personal stuff is checked off.
Yeah.
Now you're just straight focused on helping others impact. So your concept with that is teach parents so that they can teach their kids.
Yeah.
Because your parent taught you.
Yes.
Did you realize that? That's. Did you think about that? Because some people go straight to kids and do, like, kids books. Kids books on, like, this teenage financial literacy books, this teenage money rule books and things like that. Do you realize that your concept is based on your life or did you not know? Did you not realize that?
So I realized I know it starts in the household. Like, number one, like, you want to look up to your parent. You like. And I feel like a lot of parents, like, a lot of kids probably don't look up to their parents because they don't know. They don't know any better. Right. A lot of parents don't know any better. So I feel like it's my job to go into a school system, give them my proposal on how I can help increase the attendance when it comes to students like that. And also get the engagement going with the household, with the parent and students who as well. Think about this. How many students fail school all the time or don't do their homework because their parent is in there, so they're rebellious and stuff like that? So what if I can come in and have the parent and student do stuff together when it comes to credit, taxes, money management, learning how to invest, learning how to buy a home and other stuff, learn how to start a T shirt brand or whatever it is you know that they want to do that's going to help a household be more functional. And now we have economic group economic investment going on at an early age. So that's like what I'm. What I'm. What I'm going for. And that's like my vision and I'm going to, I'm definitely going to get it done. So shout out to my, my homegirl Amber. She's helping me with my proposal and my workshop stuff too. Well, holding me accountable.
I love it. I'm really proud of you. Just as a friend, you know, we talk all the time. We talk about business and stuff. And I've seen you work on that. I've seen like over the years, you're speaking at the school stuff because you come here to New York to stuff.
Yeah, all the time.
And have you gotten that? You have the curriculum done already?
So me and my homegirl Amber, working on it right now. We still on zoom. Working on it. So it's almost done. And then we're gonna start shipping, I mean, not shipping it, like giving, what you call it, distributed, distributing it to, like, different, like, school systems and stuff like that.
Okay. And she's in the school system or she's in like the board of ed. Is she border bad New York?
She's in Detroit.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, she's in Detroit. So she's, She's a sub. She's. She's like her. I know her husband is a principal, so she's, she's plugged in with the school. School system and stuff like that. So, yeah, that's my girl. She. She definitely hold me accountable. She knows her stuff. So, yeah, she. We gotta turn it up. I'll tell you that right now. Something different.
I mean, I'm not having any more kids, but children will go to school and be taught your curriculum.
Yes.
That's amazing. Like, that's that's like, that's gonna be impactful way more than you think. Your name is going to be known more than your face because like your curriculum is gonna be in a school and they're gonna learn. So how far are you taking it though? Like, are you teaching like the helicopter playing?
No, I'm not gonna teach the hel. So I'm not gonna go that far. I'm just gonna teach them like the importance of credit, like taxes, you know, how to invest, like financial, the financial stock market, stuff like that that I know they can grab and attain. Yeah. And it's showing them how they can make passive income too as well, while they're in high school and also middle school too as well. So then like, especially for the high schoolers, like a lot of people, they, they don't know how to transition from high school to college or they don't know what they want to do after high school. Right. So we can just instill, you know, things that they're passionate about and help them turn into a business. If it's cooking, if it's doing social media, if it's video games, like whatever it is, I want to be that mentor to help them, you know, get, get, get to their end goal. Because I've, I've done it for the last, what, like 10 years, I think. I always mentored two, two to three high school students and I pay for majority of their stuff when they transit their first year, when they transition to, you know, college, because I know how rough that is. So they need books, if they need food, you know, stuff like that. I make sure that I'm there for them to mentor them their first year.
You know what I'm going to challenge you to do too, because you know the space so well. High school athletes are now getting paid more nil money than they ever have. The rules in high school and college basketball have changed to where colleges can now pay players directly. Do you have something in place to tell an 18 year old what to do with a million dollars?
Yep. That's crazy. You said that. So my cousin actually has a NFL sports agency and I'm also working with my homegirl niece right now too as well. And we're creating a financial literacy roadmap to help them manage their money. So when it comes to like trust, when it comes to LLCs and stuff like that, when it comes to things, they should invest in credit, like we're helping them with all that when they're doing the nil deals. So that's our focus Point and just mentoring them how to manage their money. Because most young athletes, they get, you know, they might get 10,000, they might get 20,000 or 50,000 or a million dollars, and they just blow it the most. Majority of time they want to buy chains, cars and stuff like that. But just showing them a different way of when you get this money. Let's. Let's set up an LLC so you can be tax exempt, you know what I mean, on some stuff. Write some stuff off. Let's go, you know, invest in some real estate. Let's go invest in some car rentals. Like, stuff like that we should be, like, thinking about. And like, trust too, as well. Like, let's set up a trust too, so you won't lose, you know, all your money. So just having that, you know, that good advisor around them, because some people will take advantage of, you know, young athletes and like, take that money and blow it. And then it's like, now, now what you gonna do?
Of course, especially some of those contracts are short too. So you got college, which is whatever, one, two, three years. If you go pro, then it's another maybe three years. Unlikely you'll get a second, right? Some special players get a second, but it's only certain amount of players in every. In every league. So it can't be, you know, every player can't get that second contract. Give me three rules that you would give to an nil athlete about money.
I would say, number one is make sure you fix your credit. Two, make sure you. You get a trust. And three, make sure you have great people around you advising you where to put your money to as well. And also watch your money. Don't just allow somebody just to manage your money every day. Look at your bank account. Make sure people aren't stealing from you. And tell your parents no. Tell your parents no. No. Tell them no. Because I feel like a lot of parents live for their kids when they get money too, as well. So, like, tell them no, like, no, you can't have this. No, you can't have that. That's what we need to, like, start doing. Some people know that's around us. Even though they helped us, you know, come up, they probably invested us and, you know, taking us to practice and stuff like that. But sometimes we have to set boundaries too as well when we start getting money, you know, so that's awesome.
All right. Give us three things that you would tell an athlete not to do with their money.
Don't buy no jury, because it depreciates. Number one, I would Say two is don't go buy an expensive car like a Hellcat because you're gonna crash it. And I would say the last thing is. I'm trying to think. The last thing I would say is don't. Don't blow your money on stupid things. I just think, like, just invest. Just invest it the right way and just manage it, you know, Because I think a lot of it, we just. We just blow it because we want to be. We want to be like what we see on tv.
Never had.
No, you never have. Just be cool, though. If you be. If you be cool, cool with the money. Like the money gonna continue to grow like we have. You have, you know, all the time in the world to get more money if you have the right, you know, business plan with it. And I think. And it's not they fault too, because a lot of these kids are coming from underprivileged, you know, communities. And that's why I'm saying I want to start this financial literacy course. So when they start getting money, it's like. It's like normal, you know, it's normal to them to get money.
You know, I would say to an athlete that gets an nil deal or just comes into a lot of money, learn how to invest it and spend the profits that you get from the investments. Don't spend the actual money. Invest it and spend the profits. I know that'll be hard for some, but if they could master the art of investing their money as opposed to spending it, if they make right one, it'll teach them how to invest early. It'll teach them the power of investing. So if you got a million dollars and you invested it, and now you got $2,600 a month, and you spend that $2,600 a month, cool. You still have the million. Everybody else is gonna spend the million, and then they don't have anything left. So I think just teaching investing will really be helpful for athletes right off the bat. I wouldn't. I would not say spend it. I would say invest it. Invest it, invest it. Don't even save it. Cause you're gonna end up spending it anyway. When a family emergency happens, your friends need something or something you really wanna do, you're gonna spend it. So if there was education to athletes about investing money versus spending money, I think that will take us a long way. All right, so we covered all that stuff. Now talk to me on. You got. You got a lounge coming up or is. Is the lounge open?
Yeah, we still building it out. So we still building it out. It's almost done. Can be members only. I'm doing that with my NFL business partner, J. Don Mickens. So it's almost done. We have to do, like, you know how it is, getting permits and stuff like that.
We've been talking about it for a while.
It's the permits. Like, the permits is, like, holding us back. They don't want us win. So it's almost like it's almost done. Like, we there.
You're opening a lounge with your business partner in Houston coming soon.
Yep.
What do I have to do to become a member?
You got to pay 5. It's $5,000 for the year. And you'll also get, like, free bottles, two hookahs, and stuff like that. You get discounts on restaurants around us, too, as well. Discounts on car rentals and PJs, too, as well. So different partnerships. You'll be part of any events we have. Like, you'll be able to, like, come and, like, for free and stuff like that. So it's a lot of benefits.
I like it.
Entrepreneur stuff. Like, we're gonna have, like, investors come out and teach you, like, different skill sets and things you should invest into as well. We're plugged in with different entrepreneurs, too, as well.
So, yeah, Soho House is 5,000 for the national package, for the global package, so that's fine.
Yeah.
Especially if it's, like, we know, like, if it's owned and it really is like a club. There's so much value you get out of it.
You're going to see your favorite celebrity athlete in there, like, vibe and stuff like that.
But what I like more so is that it fosters the relationship. Because If I pay 5,000, you paid 5,000. I know to some degree we're on a similar level and a similar mindset, so our conversations and the respect level is going to be different, as if you just walk into an open bar and, like, a restaurant. It's very different. Soho House fosters, like, collaborations and things like that. All right, so we covered the business aspect. Right. Now we gonna go into it, and I see this look on your face. We're gonna go into celebrity P, movie star P. So your content online is absolutely crazy.
Yeah.
Right. I see you sometimes. Or I'm gonna just get right to it. I'm not gonna beat around the bush. What's this message? Cause I didn't get no phone call as a friend. What's this message? I see you talking to some dude, like, talking about, baby, like, he, like, you like, hey, I wanna open up. Open a lounge. And then he said, a laundry mat.
Yeah, laundry at car wash.
Laundry mat or car wash? And then he said, do both.
Yeah, he sent the wire.
He sent the wire. I love it. All right, so let's summarize this. Like, what's going on? You got a new boo. Who paid for. Who paid for a car wash and a lounge?
It's AI. I'm just playing. I'm dating. You know, I'm dating and I feel like, you know, when you're dating a person and a person wants to invest in you because they see your vision, I mean, you should invest into a woman who has vision. You know what I mean? So that's what's going on, you know? So that's the message, you know?
So is that like, you know, you meet somebody, you give them a nice gesture, right? Like, hey, I just wanted to do this for you. Send them something real nice. At that level, is it like, hey, you know, I just want to help you level up. Let me just. Car wash, laundry mat.
Yeah. Because a lot of people, they see my value, right? So I feel like when dating me, it's like when I find the right partner, they know that I have value to help them go to the next level too, as well, based on my skill sets, based off me being in different rooms and knowing different people that they can't get into rooms. You know, some men can't get into rooms, but their woman can. And I can do that, like, for them, you know? And I know how to, you know, invest smartly. I'm not, like, I'm not going to blow the money either too, as well. So invest into a laundry man car wash is ideal because we need those things every single day. And we can literally go buy one that's already. Already generating income to where we're not starting from square one. We already know when we go into the car wash and laundromat, it's going to be profitable first month. Right.
Those are proven businesses.
Proven businesses, yeah.
Damn. What's dating like at your level? Like, is it hard for you to meet people? Because your conversation is very different from. From a lot of women that I know that are having regular conversations, not saying there's anything wrong. But how is it dating for you to find people that are talking the same language as you?
I feel like it's hard. It's difficult dating a successful female entrepreneur. I feel like some men are intimidated. And then some men who are at a high level, they don't want a girl that is Entrepreneur because they want a woman that's at home to cook and clean and support their dreams and stuff like that too, as well. So, you know, it's difficult finding that partner where you can pay, play pilot and co pilot with somebody when you know your roles too as well. So I feel like that's the most difficult part when it comes to dating me. It's like finding that person where I can. I'm allow him to lead, but then sometimes I want to, I want to, I want to lead something. Not, not, not as a man, but as far as like, giving my opinion on certain stuff, if that makes sense. I'm always gonna let my man, you know, wear the pants and cook and clean all that type of stuff at the house, but, you know, you know, leave. As far as like, being. I say, you know, most people, entrepreneurs are masculine, right? But at home, it's like I want to be soft, I want to be loving. You know what I mean? I want to feel protected and love and stuff like that. So when I'm at home, I'm in. I'm not talking about business no, more like we're on chill mode. We talking about movies and stuff like that. We're not talking about business all the time.
Is there a scenario where you meet somebody that you're dating and you stop doing your own businesses?
I wouldn't say I'm going to stop doing my own business, but I won't do as much. So when I do get in a serious relationship, I'm probably not gonna coach anymore, right? Because it takes up too much of my time. So I'm going to transition to like, maybe speaking or just running like one big, like my car running business full time, like that. But as far as like, coaching, you know, because it takes up too much of my time and I want to make sure, like, I am a good partner and a good mother and stuff like that. So you do have to, you know, sacrifice stuff like that. And I don't, I don't mind it. But as far as, like, not making any money at all. Absolutely not. Like, I'm still gonna make. Yeah, I'm still gonna make money, but I'm not gonna be like, as busy because I have to have, you know, work balance too, as well as a woman for my man.
Okay, now all we talk about, right, all we spoke about today and a lot of the stuff we talked about, it may look like you live this phenomenal life, right? But being a successful female entrepreneur. Tell me three things that are. Three things that are negative about the position that you're in.
I'm going to say most men don't take me serious, and sometimes they don't allow me to come to the table on different ideas. I would say another thing is a lot of people, they might take advantage too, as well of a woman when it comes to business. Reason why I always have, like, my business, my male business partners in meetings with me to make sure that I don't get, like, scammed or make sure people aren't playing with my money and stealing my ideas and stuff like that. And I would say the last thing is just making sure that men don't think I'm like, I'm me when I come in stern. Because sometimes you can't go into a meeting being flirty and being nice. I'm gonna say flirty, but being nice to a certain man because they take it as flirty. Right? So I have to go in there being like stern, and it might, like, turn them off. But it's just like in this industry, it's like you have to go in being serious so they know you're not playing too, as well, so they won't play in your face too, as well. So those are the things, you know, I was saying just stand on business, too. Like, I always stand on. Stand on business with anything that I do. Like, you know, you take it, you take it or leave it. Because men do it all the time. So why can't women do it? You know what I mean?
So, yeah, and then give me two of the best things about being a female entrepreneur.
I would say, me being a female entrepreneur, I know how to work the room, so I get a lot of opportunities because I am a woman and I know how to carry myself. And I have a great aura too, as well. So people just gravitate towards me. So I think that's in my favor. And the second thing as a woman entrepreneur, I would say, is having the right skill set to partner up with a man who's on the same level as me and also them trusting me too, as well. That's why I have three great business partners for me to help them go to the next level. Because they trust me, they know they can be vulnerable with me, and I'm not going to share their business stuff like that. And when they take losses or they're going through challenges, I'm the person that they rely on to fix things. Right. And you can't go to every woman to share your business and be vulnerable. And I feel like I create that safe space for my three Business partners for us to have a successful business reason why it just works out with us.
That might be true because me and you have conversations all the time. Yeah, right. About business. Whether it's when it gets hard, when it gets rough out there and we're just like trying to navigate, whether it's creating like we both have leaned on each other to make money and I'm going to say troubleshoot our businesses. So that's pretty cool. I never thought about that. But you be, you be using your magic and, and people don't even know it that they're leaning on you. I think that's just a testament too to your personality. I think you have a personality as like extreme, extremely intelligent, but down to earth, someone people can talk to. Even though you look like a movie star online, you're never too fly to like answer the phone. You don't get Hollywood on me. And I just like love watching you just do your thing. Right. I'm like one of your biggest supporters of your journey. Yeah. So that's dope. All right. Impact. So before you get, look, before she get this boo. Right. Before she get into this relationship. Right. Because you said you might stop coaching. So what do you have right now in a coaching space where people can lock in and get help from you and learn and teach kids and maybe grab that curriculum or just learn from you on like how you can help them turn liabilities into assets too.
Oh, definitely. So I have a three day free challenge coming up where you can learn how to get business funding using one of my AI systems. I want to break that down too as well so there's no more guesswork. Another thing, you're going to learn how to use AI tool as well when it comes to your content, when it comes to your marketing, when it comes to your automations. And I'm also going to teach you how to become debt free when it comes to grants too as well. Non profits. And it's just so much other stuff when it comes to systems that I'm going to be teaching in this three day challenge and also how to use this app called Prize Pick too as well to where you can make money daily. Because I feel like a lot of people don't be making money daily when they start investing. So I'm gonna show people how to make money like daily using this app called Prize Big. It's called, you know, sports betting.
What? Prize pick?
Yeah, I've been, I've been, I've been sports betting for a long time. Nobody knows that but we're making money like daily in my little price pick group. We have like the number we came in, like number two in the world Series. So we going crazy and hitting our parlays and stuff like that. So. And a lot of females do that too. So I'm trying to tell you, no.
Female women are interested in sports now more than ever. So now that you can, you can actually go to the game and enjoy the game with a group of guys too, because you got some money on the line.
Money on the line. So that's what I. That's what I like too, is that I can do sports. I can go to sports events and actually like bet on the games and have a good time because I make a lot of money, pay my bills.
Always, always have something new.
You gotta think outside the box. You gotta think outside the box. You can be stagnated. And a lot of people, you gotta think about it too. Like the average person can turn five dollars into a hundred dollars. Like my students do it all the time. A hundred dollars to a thousand dollars. You know what I mean? Stuff like that.
So I love that. Those micro wins and teaching people how to make money are everything. It really is impact. People thank me all the time for teaching them how to get like their first piece of land, their first piece of property all the time. Are extremely important. And it's important in our community because if you know how to make money and you're used to it and you get good at it, you can take those same principles and apply them as you go up the ladder for bigger dollars. All right, when is the challenge? And you didn't tell me you was doing free. So now you're going back in the free space. Can I invite people to it too?
Yeah, you can invite people to it too.
You want to do, you want to do like go crazy with it?
I want to go crazy with it.
Thousands.
Thousands.
When does this start? Tell me about it.

They're gonna, it's gonna, it's gonna be crazy. Like, I brought all my close friends. All my close friends is pulling up and we're gonna go crazy on the fun and probably get a million. I'm probably gonna people a million dollars on the spot with the funding grants is gonna be crazy with the AI AI things my homegirl got. And I got my boy talking about, you know, marketing low Ticket stuff, how to make digital products, too. So. So it's just so much stuff I'm having. This channel is going to be impactful to where you don't have to wait 60 days to make any money or 30 days. Make any money. You can make money on the spot right then and there. So that's what makes my challenge different from everybody else's.
