I'm sure other people do this too, but I was like, I'm gonna create a demand for this property. So I'm gonna do a quick showing, like, 30, 45 minutes max. I don't give out my address to my property until like, an hour before the property or a little bit less. And I have everybody come at the same time. Everybody wants what they think everybody else wants. Creating a competition. It creates the competition. Scarcity. Scarcity. It bids the price up, all that good stuff.
