So I ended up turning around, got my insurance license, and, you know, three years, three years later, I own $9 million worth of real estate now. A couple of different things. I've actually dabbled in real estate all my life. I flipped four properties from the time I was 24 to 26 years old. I'm 34 now, obviously failed miserably. I wanted to build the best. I wanted every house that I bought in every neighborhood. I overdid, it didn't hold, and I ended up losing money in the end. But I learned a lot. And I was actually about to go get my real estate license. Not just flip properties, but back. Back around Covid. I was about to get my real estate license, and I was on my way to real estate school to get it. And I had a mentor of mine. Now a mentor of mine called me and say, hey, man, why would you go get your real estate license when it takes so long, you know, to make money? You know, 30, 60 days closing on an insurance. You can get paid every single day, and you get paid 8, 9, 10 different ways, and you can fund your real estate business through insurance. So I ended up turning around, got my insurance license, and, you know, three years, three years later, I own $9 million worth of real estate now through my insurance company. Damn. That's a way to shortcut it.
