It was a, it was not really a complex deal but it was just some series of houses. Like I met these ladies who just sold me multiple houses and they stay, they're in their 70s and they're like we want to sell you. We're just going to dump a house a year. Dump a house a year almost, I guess until they die. Like these ladies single handedly with that half of that portfolio they sold me has made me, made me a millionaire by itself, you know, so I'm forever grateful.
