A short excerpt from a YouTube interview (Charles Noonan with Acreboyzz) focused on personal development and escaping a "sucker" mindset. The speakers emphasize investing in yourself and that change in circumstances began only after they changed themselves.

Anybody else that's like in sucker mode. What we say now, right? To get out of suck a mole would your first kind of bit of advice would be like, invest in yourself.
Definitely right.
For sure. 100%.
Things didn't start to change for us until we changed. Right?
