Short excerpt from a YouTube conversation in which two speakers discuss frustrations with tenants who fail to call or pay on time. The speakers exchange anecdotes about arriving at tenants' homes only to find they lack money, and mention inappropriate attempts by a tenant to flirt as a distraction from nonpayment.

Don't you hate when tenants don't call.
You just let me know, give me a text so.
They know you're coming.
You know?
Right.
We've already established.
They gonna let you drive from your house to their house knowing you coming and don't have the money.
Wow.
Isn't that the worst feeling? That's one of the worst feelings. Right.
Let me tell you, I. I've experienced that so much.
Yeah.
And I tell you one. A quick story. I had a lady like that, she had a family this la. Tried to and didn't tell me she wasn't paying, but then tried to flirt and offer me extra. I'm not here for that right now.
That comes with the territory. That comes with the territory.
