Welcome to the Real estate newsroom. This week's Market Minute is covering the top seven major US Cities currently considered buyers markets. Number one, San Francisco. Tech layoffs have completely screwed the market up. There's a lot of properties there left over and buyers are actually negotiating way lower prices. Number two, Los Angeles, California. Luxury condos and single family homes are starting to stay on the market a lot longer than before. And it's given buyers leverage to get better pricing, of course. Number three, Birmingham, Alabama. I probably caused the market to weaken because we've increased inventory because we build there. So there's a lot more inventory. Number four, San Diego, California. Staggering sales and depreciation has started to seep in. Number five, my home city, New York, Manhattan and Brooklyn have seen price reduction in luxury condos and prices are starting to be negotiable. Number six, Chicago. High inventory and investors are starting to see favorable negotiations as well. Number seven, Miami. Certain neighborhoods are seeing slower sales and prices are actually starting to go down. Here's a pro tip. These buyers markets aren't necessarily about price and interest rates. Right. You can also negotiate a lot further because prices are lower. Interest rates are starting to lower as well. So it actually gives you leverage to get better pricing and favorable terms with the bank. That wraps up our market segment for the real estate newsroom. Today's segment was sponsored by Be Forever Younger. Be Forever Younger's number one product is called Face Card. It's a facial moisturizing cream that's infused with collagen and it helps tighten your skin. Thank you guys for watching. Make sure you like subscribe and share this episode until the next episode.
