Tell me how you got into mobile homes and why you think that's, like the best asset class in real estate. I was blessed, man, to be able to have a father in my life. And my father always wanted me to be an entrepreneur. So at the age of five years old, I was selling candy in school. You know, that's. That's one of the first things. But I tell people all the time, it's like, man, when you selling candy, you got to be strong because you end up eating your own product, right? My father, he wanted to make sure that us, as the children, we were assets from there is. Whenever he taught me about mobile homes when I was 15 years old, I didn't know what he was doing. So he was like, abdul, come to the house, cut the grass first. Then I would go back to the mobile home, and he would show me how to build with my hands. Because his whole thing was he was like, abdul, you can do two things with your hands. You can either destroy or you can build, but I'm going to show you how to build. So I went to the mobile home, building the deck, painting the mobile home. Every time he had interactions with tenants, I would go with him. And now I'm seeing how my father was.
