Why Birmingham, Alabama is the Fastest-Growing City to Invest in Right Now!

Charles Noonan (host, founder of the Land Bank Team) delivers a live YouTube presentation arguing Birmingham, Alabama is the hottest U.S. real-estate market for 2025. He frames a strategy of investing in underperforming cities that receive outsized public and federal funding, supports the claim with multiple recent project approvals and grant announcements (senior housing, Riverwalk Village, Crossplex, workforce grants), and offers his track record (roughly 300 Birmingham properties purchased and ~$800k spent four years prior, rapid new-builds). He requires prospective investors to accept identity, financial, and impact changes, and promotes a two-day national conference “Let’s Build Birmingham” (Feb 21–22, 2025) with builders, banks, architects, and funding sessions; ticket link: letsbuildbirmingham.com.

If you ain't investing in this market that I'm going to share with you guys, y' all really not investing anywhere. You're not investing. You're about to lose your money to this, to people that are investing in this market. I'm gonna tell you about right here. All right, we got New York in the house. I love it. I love it, I love it, I love it. All right, so I prepared a presentation for those of you that do not know me, right? I'm Charles Noonan. I'm the founder of the Land bank team, the Conference Lesbil Birmingham. I teach people how to invest in markets that are hot. Only if you followed me over the last couple years. You know, we were heavy in Detroit, like, really, really heavy. We were the first in Detroit, doing tours, doing seminars, seeing the abandoned properties and everything. We, we pioneered that as a group, as a collective. We, we, we're in Detroit heavy. But there are hotter markets out there. There are hotter markets out there. The reason we know a market is hot is because they get investment money. All right, if you guys are new to me, I helped over 600 families get real estate in 2023. In 2024, yes, I helped over a thousand, but a thousand sounds kind of crazy, but it's kind of easy. Here's the cheat code to how I was able to help a thousand. What I did to help a thousand people. 2024, I went crazy with auctions. I took people because I was getting. I was going to auctions and buying properties for 6, $700, right? So that's a cheat code. I went there, I increased my net worth. In one day, I. Over $260,000. I bought 13 properties over. The value of those properties was worth more than $20,000 each. Was kind of simple for me, right? This is what we do in real estate as developers and as investors. Then what I did was the next time that auction came up, I just went and brought the whole team to the auction. So here's a picture of an auction right here, or here's a picture of us celebrating an auction. So 2025, 2024 was kind of easy for me. It was simple. I. I impacted a Thousand people. And I say that because I thank you guys, and I say that in a. With humility, because you guys had to agree to let me coach you. You had to agree to follow my lead on real estate, right? I did the research, I did the homework, and I taught you guys how to do it. So I appreciate you all for doing that. So we made money in Michigan. We were on Michigan early. We made money in Pennsylvania. We were all over Pennsylvania to the point where they don't even like us that much in Pennsylvania anymore. They're not wildly in love with us in Pennsylvania. But it is what it is. We gotta do what we gotta do. All right, so are y' all ready for the hottest market? If y' all are ready for the hottest market, I'm gonna tell y' all right now. I'm gonna show it to y'. All. I'm approve it to y'. All. I'm talking about, like, the hottest market in real estate. If y' all ready for the hottest market in real estate. Just put a fire in the chat. We got to take a quick break by sponsor. Just put a fire in the chat. I'm gonna show y' all the hottest market in real estate right now. There's only one hottest market. This. There's only one hottest market. Let's get it, y'. All. Let's go. I'm. I'mma give y' all the hottest market in real estate right now. All right. Who's that? Okay, Latrice, let's go. Let's go. Let's go, Latrice. All right, so here we go. I want to show people the hottest market, right? But it ain't for everybody. It's not for just anybody. I want to show people who are highly motivated individuals that want a change in 2025. I don't want to show just anybody who's going to dibble and dabble, who's not serious about real estate, who's not serious about, like, making money. This is about making money. Don't. Don't get it confused. When I teach a market, it's how to make money in the market. It's nothing more than that. It's nothing less than that. Is how you get paid in the market. I see. Philip is on this thing. Roro is on this thing, right? I'm teaching how to get paid in the market. But you have to be willing in exchange to change who you are in the following three ways. I'm going to tell you how. Now, me, I am not afraid of change. I embrace change. I'm just not scared to change in any way, way, right? I, I'm with change. I'm for it. Because if you don't change, right, if you no longer are growing in any direction, you're done, Right? So changes is inevitable. We have to have change. It's just, that's just what it is. So you have to make a decision of the change that you're going to make. Are you trying to change and like, like, like you got to make that decision. What ways are you trying to change? I'm gonna give y' all the three ways that you're gonna have to change for this information. Okay? I'm gonna tell y' all the three ways you gotta change for this information. Please get a pen and paper ready. Get a pen and a paper ready for the information. This information is gonna be life changing, and I want you guys to be ready for it. Guys, get pen and paper ready. All right, here we go. Got it. All right, let's go. Oh, we growing. We growing. This room is growing like crazy right now. All right, here, let's go. I'm gonna teach you guys right now three ways you gotta be willing to change. The first way, you have to be willing to change. Oh, so yes, change is happening regardless whether you willing to change or not. Change is happening regardless. So here's how it has to go. You have to be willing to have an identity change. You have to be willing to change who you are. It is not going to happen if you don't change who you are. If you're not willing to change who you are, Nothing good's going like this. Change ain't going to work for you. It's not going to work for you. You can't do a 50% change. You can't do a 30% change. You actually have to change your identity. What I mean by that is you have to change from whatever your profession is at the beginning. You're going to have to change and add on. Real estate developer. People start asking you what you do. I'm a nurse. Oh. And I'm a real estate developer. People start asking you, like, what are some of your hobbies? I'm a nurse. Oh, yeah. And I'm a real estate developer, too. You have to be willing to take that on. That means risk. Yeah. You're going to be a little risky because you're in real estate now. You're going to be a little risky because you're, you're a developer now. You are going to be a little bit riskier or deemed riskier because you're doing something that a lot of people don't make money in. Of course, the numbers are skewed. The people that make all the money in real estate, the people that make all the money in real estate are on the headlines. The people that are broke for from real estate, the people that don't make any money, they ain't being talked about like that. So it's risky, we all know. So you got to be willing to change and say, yeah, I do real estate. I, I'm a real estate investor. You have to be willing to make that change. It's just what it is. You also have to be willing to make a financial change. Meaning you got to be willing to not go some places in 2025. You got to be willing to not spend money on some of the stuff you spent money on in 2024. You. It's just what it is. You got to be willing to not do some things you, you, you've done in 2024 because you're going to have to come up with like an extra $15,000, give or take, more or less. Now, I can help you get the $15,000 through business credit, through funding, live funding, through the banks that we use. Some will do zero down, right? But you got to be willing to go in the hole about $15,000 for this kind of investment, for this kind of change. It has to be a financial change. You have to be willing to do it. You have to be willing to sign on the dotted line your name and guarantee something, right? You're going to be the guarantor and guarantee payment of that money back. Then we gotta have guys comment the word build. If you following where I'm going. Comment the word build. I'mma give you the market. I did the market research for you already. I did all the market research for you already. Comment the word build. I want to just make sure you guys are in the right room. Comment the word build. Let me know. Like, this change is kind of like a change for you. All I talked about is you got to change who you are and you're gonna have to spend some money. I'm gonna tell you the hottest market to spend it in. I'm gonna, I'm give you the hottest market to spend it in. But you got to change who you are. Like, you got to be willing to change who you are. You got to be willing to spend some money. That's the qualifiers right now for this room to make money in the hottest market. Those are the qualifiers. You're going to have to be a person that says, I'm going to see my real estate property. I'm going to see my real estate project. Last year, you took off work for certain reasons. This year, you're going to have to take off work. You're going to have to be the person that takes off of work to go see your real estate property, to go to your real estate investment. That's just what it is. That's like, the reality of it is, that's what it is. All right? You have to be willing to adopt that change. And then the last thing for people that I want to show people that I want to educate on this market, people that I want to help with this market, you guys have to be willing to impact people. You got to be willing to impact people. Yes, you're going to make money. Y' all are going to make money. There's no question about it. But you got to be willing to impact people to make the money. That's the exchange of it. That's the other part of it. Guys, if you're watching this video, I want you to share it out with about five other people right now, because the market. I'm gonna show y' all the information I'm gonna show y', all, I have not shown anywhere else. And it's private information. It's not public information. It's not information I shared with anybody else, and it's not information that you guys are gonna have access to in any other setting. This information I'm sharing with you guys today is private information. It's. It's. It's my information, it's my contacts, it's my research, it's my development. It's. It's the change that I had to make to get to where I am today that I'm going to share with y'. All. So share it out with people that you care about. The live won't be saved. Some of y' all be asking me to save a live and do this and do that. I don't really save lives Instagram lives like that. I don't really save webinars like that. If you catch it, you catch it. If you miss it, you know, better luck on the next one is what I like to say, for the most part. But for those of you that are here, those of you that get it, y' all are going to get some really good information, that I can assure you, because I did the homework that the rich people do. All right? I did the homework that the rich people do. Y' all ready Damn. This room is growing. This room, from where we started, this room is growing. So I thank you for sharing the information. Comment the word build. Let's just keep it going, all right? Comment the word build. Let's keep it going. Yes, I wanted to come in today to give this presentation. It's important to me. It's important that you guys learn this information. It just. It is. It's important. All right? So I'm in my office today. So, impact, I want you. You have to be a person that cares about impact. You got to be a person that wants to make change. You have to be a person that wants to see change. If you are that person, you'll be fine in this room. I'm happy to give you the information. I don't want people investing here that just want to line their pockets. Real estate's proven across the world. You can go anywhere, invest and line your pockets. This room, this group today, is for people that wanna. That are willing to change their identity, that are willing to change financially, and people that are willing to have an impact on other people's lives. Not your life. Impact on other people's lives. This is for people that want to make an impact on a city. Okay? An entire city. All right, so let's go. Here we go. Four years ago, I bought about 300 properties in Birmingham. I read every morning, just like Warren Buffett does for three hours per day. I spent over $800,000 in real estate in Birmingham, Alabama, four years ago. All right, four years ago, I studied the real estate markets every day very closely. Here's a trend that I learned. This is sad, but it's true. It's sad, but it's true. Comment the word build. If you guys want the knowledge of what I'm sharing with you today. Right, you'll get a. You'll get full access to the opportunity we're about to take advantage of. All right? So, yes, I get up. If Warren Buffett reads three hours a day, I'm going to read. Real estate is my passion. So I decided to read articles on real estate in the morning. I don't know what he read. They say he read, but they don't say what he read, right, what he read. So I get up, I read real estate articles every day. I read. I'll show you guys some of the articles, but here's what I took away from all the information that I've been reading, right? Here's my takeaway from everything that I've been reading. It's sad, but it's true. The worst cities in the country get the most money. The worst cities in the country get the most money. The best cities in the country make their own money. They afford their tax bills. They don't have housing issues. They don't have housing crisis. They don't have issues with health, health care, disease control. The best cities in the country have money. The worst cities in the countries get the most money. It's sort of like the NBA draft. I know the NBA season is about to start, but if you guys can understand this concept, you could really understand the entire process. In the NBA, the team that wins the NBA championship typically gets the last pick the next year. Now, through deals and things like that, those picks have been restructured and traded a little bit. But for the most part, it's structured that the worst teams in the NBA that need the most help get to pick from college first or get to pick from the draft first. The best teams don't need a whole bunch of help. So here's what happens, right? The best teams, they don't need a whole bunch of help, so here's what happens. They get to pick last. I'll show you how this gets applied in real estate. For years, developers have been investing in the worst cities and making millions, sometimes billions of dollars from this strategy. Guys, comment the word build. If you can name two developers that are billionaires, if you can name two developers that are billionaires, just comment the word build. Just put it right there in the. Just put the word build right there in the chat. All right, here's the strategy, and I'll show this to you so you guys get a better understanding of it. The 10 best cities in the U.S. right? This is. This is published. An article published today. It's not a whole, like, Census Bureau article where, you know, this is like a little bit drilled down on cities. The 10 best cities in the United States today. You guys could Google this yourself, right? Also, this is the most expensive. Hartford, Connecticut, has a zip code that is now the most expensive. Los Angeles, California, has a zip code that is now the most expensive. Miami, Florida, has a zip code that is now the most expensive, Right? Then you have New York City. Of course, I didn't do states. I didn't do zip codes. I just did cities, right? So they take the number divided by. It's a formula that they get to get the cities right. New York City, number five, my home city. Thank you. All right, so if you guys are following along with me so far, I want you to understand these are studies that I've Done for the last three years. Okay, let's take a look at the worst cities. Everybody put a comment in the chat right now. Put a comment in the chat. What do you think the top worst city in the United States of America is? Everybody, just put it in the chat right now. We're going to have some fun with it. Put it in the chat. What is the number one worst city in the United States right now? Just put it in the chat. We're gonna have a little fun with it. Put it in the chat. What's the worst city in the. In the United States? Let's go. Let's go, y'. All. What's the worst city? Well, tell me what the worst city is. What's up, Carrie? What's up, Tiffany? Innocence. Philip, Rosalie. Everybody put in the chat right now. What's your. What is the worst city in the United States? Let me know. What's the worst city? We're going to give a shout out to our sponsor right after this. Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa. Ro. Ro said Birmingham. Carrie said Birmingham. Roro, you can't say two cities. You said Detroit and Birmingham. Oakland. For show. Somebody said Detroit. Greenville, Mississippi. Oakland. Chicago. Rosalie said Birmingham. Dion said New Orleans. Roro said Baltimore. Roro, you are disqualified. Roro is disqualified. I'm just. You can't give three answers. You're disqualified immediately. All right. Renardo said Philly. All right. Cool, cool, cool. Virginia. Chicago. Chicago. Now, this is where y' all getting a little confused. We talking. Some of y' all talking murder capital. Some of y' all talking to murder capital. I ain't talking about the murder capital. All right, let's go. Drum roll. Worst city. Nobody guessed it. Memphis, Tennessee. Followed by St. Louis, Missouri. Third in line, right? Third. Third in line. We have Detroit, which was, like, one of the most popular. Somebody said, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Roro, you're in the wrong country. They said, roro, you got to leave the country because you. You got a whole lot of worse cities. So we got Memphis, St. Louis, Missouri. Then we got Detroit, Michigan. And then just to round it out, guys, yes, some of you were right. We got Birmingham in there. We got Little Rock, Arkansas. We got New Orleans. All right, y' all was right. Y' all were right. Y' all were right. So let's do this. Everybody put this in the chat. What's up, King Cooley? Everybody put this in the chat. Since y' all are understanding this, right, y' all are understanding this concept. Everybody put this in the chat. Now, if those are the worst cities, when the federal government is time to give out money. When hud, it's time to give out money. Who's going to get the most money? Just put it in the chat. Who you think is going to get the the most money? Is it the best cities or is it the worst cities? Everybody just put it in the chat. Because this is the type of entrepreneurial thinking that we have to start doing. This is the type of entrepreneurial ship thinking that we have to start doing to understand why our investments are good investments and why our previous investments have been been bad investments. It doesn't happen. You don't see it when you invest. You know, when y' all really be putting in the best thought, when y' all lose your money, then y' all like, damn, I shouldn't have went to that city. I'll be like, damn, I knew it was going to be a bad idea. But you didn't know. You just didn't do the homework beforehand. All right, so everybody commented. The worst cities, the worst cities, the worst. Now, I know these next slides are going to be a little bit hard to read. Some of you guys are going to be able to read it. But I want you, when I'm teaching you, when Charles Noonan is teaching you guys, I want y' all having pens and paper in hand or have somebody that you can write notes to and take notes. So before we get into this next session, one of the worst cities, right, is Birmingham, Alabama. Here's an article where there was a shooting with four people died. It was a targeted shooting, so it was maybe like gang violence or a fight or something to that effect. But there was a shooting, and these are articles of the shooting. It's very unfortunate, but what the governor gets to do, what the mayor gets to do, is raise their hand and they get to say, I need help. My city is under siege. I need help. We have an issue with homelessness. We have an issue with jobs. We have an issue with, like, housing, again, right? We have an issue with crime. So the governor, the senator, the mayor, they get to wave their hand and say, we need help. We need financial help. We need to fix the city to make it safe again. America has to look at itself and say, okay, we hear you. We see you. We hear you. We. We are with you. They give money, okay? They give money. So I want you to Google a lot of this stuff that I'm teaching you guys. It's important. So here's an article, and I'm going to go through this article rather quickly because I go through It a lot, but it's the easiest, fastest article to Google. I'm going to give you the titles to Google. I want you to put the titles I want you to put the titles of the articles that I'm going to tell you in the chat. So I'm going to give you what to Google, put it in the chat and take a screenshot. You will remember it. Okay? This is extremely important. This is how I can tell you without the shadow of a doubt that this is the best city in America. This, this is the hottest market in America to invest your money in. There is no wiser investment. There is no better investment. There is no faster investment. There is no more efficient investment Than what? Than the city that I'm about to show you right now. So first off, just off the top, put this in the chat, right? Y' all have to be you. You gotta make the change. Some of y' all want us a financial change, but you're not making an identity change. Some of y' all want a financial change, but you're not making an impact change. Some of y' all want a financial change. Y' all not making an attitude change. Trust me when I tell you, let's see who wants change in 2025. Type these titles I'm going to tell you in the chat. Screenshot them. The first one, Governor Ivey announces 7.7 billion. So you're going to go gov IV announces 7.7 billion. That is going to pull up the art. It's going to pull up when you screenshot it after this is done, you're going to pull up the article. You're going to read the entire article? Yes. You have to make this identity change. What are you doing? I'm reading. Since when? Since. Since yesterday. Right. It's okay. You got to be a reader if you want to make. So here's what, here's what reading does. Reading helps with hindsight. They say hindsight's 20 20. That means after you done messed up, you say, yeah, that was a bad investment. Reading will help you make the right investment so that you don't mess up. All right? That's what reading does. Make the identity change. That's the first article that I want you guys to read and I want you to read it in its entirety. They ain't long articles. Nobody's writing 29 page articles anymore. They're about a page and a half. The next one, Birmingham City council approves funding for senior housing. Birmingham will convert the Greymont School, an entire school, into affordable senior housing while Commemorating its historic value to the city. So they have schools, they're changing and they've, they've gotten funding. They approving to use their funding for senior housing. Okay. They have gotten the approval to use their funding for senior housing. So they're starting to change the city. It's one of the worst, one of the bigger things that they're doing. And this is an $18 million investment the city is making. Right. Put this in the chat. Birmingham City council approves funding for senior housing. Put that in the chat. I want you to read the entire article. Yes. Make a change who you are. Your identity has to change. It can't be video games. It can't be sitting on social media all day. It can't be sitting on whatever else y' all be doing. It can't be that. Change a little bit of your identity. You change your financial situation a lot. You'll be able to change your financial situation and you'll be able to impact people. Here's another article. I gotta lean in close for this one. Riverwalk Village will be a mixed use development in Hoover's river chase area that will include medical, office space, housing, retail, walking trails and green spaces. Here's the, here's the topic. The complex includes medical, commercial, retail and housing components. And it's expected to generate $2 billion in economic impact. Birmingham Business Journal is where we got the article from the Birmingham Business Journal. All you have to do is Google Birmingham as Google. Fifteen million dollar investment. Riverwalk Village. Put it in the chat. River Walk Village, Birmingham. That's all you have to do. Put this in the chat. Guys, I see Aaron, I see Aaron looking at this. Ariane, I see Roro, I see Philip. Some people are gonna have the change and some people are just, they just not gonna have gets better. Guys, there's more. There's more, right? Birmingham approves 15. This is in ABC News. Birmingham approves 15 million for a new family fund center at the crossplex. All right, so they have a crossplex they approved to spend $15 million for new family fund center. This was just last week. Tuesday, by the way. Tuesday, Birmingham's mayor Randall Woodfin announced the approval of $15 million for the construction of a family fund center at crossplex. Here's all you gotta do. Put this in the chat right now. I see a lot of y' all are doing it here. I want everybody to do this exercise. Here's what I'm gonna tell you to do. Birmingham approves 15 million for Family Fund Center. Crossplex. Birmingham 15 million. Crossplex thank you, Philip. Philip got the whole thing. Let's go, Philip. Now, here's what I want you to. I want you to screenshot these articles. When you see them, I want you to tag me in your stories. I want you to put them in your stories. For those of you that don't believe on Instagram, it's Charles J. Noonan on Instagram, tag me in these stories. This is last week, Birmingham. We're talking about over $49 million got approved last week. Okay? I'm not talking about eight years ago. I'm not talking about what they thought they was about to do. This is money that will be spent over the next 12 months. Okay? Over the next 12 months. So here I've been reading for the last three years on Birmingham. I started building my houses here. Here's a picture of a house I built in 60, 64 days, start to finish, from the ground up for $169,000. All right, here's the inside of the house. Yes, I did a backsplash. I got stainless steel appliances for $169,000. From the ground up, I got an open floor space. I got. I got nice tile. Look at my tile in my bathroom. Look at this tile in the bath. If y' all are feeling the tile in the bathroom, right, if y' all feeling these tiles right here, if y' all are feeling these tiles, just put a fire in the chat. Let me know. Like, I killed it with the bathroom. Now, I'm gonna tell you the truth. I didn't pick them up. My builder did. But that's okay. We're a team. This is what teamwork is all about, right? So I got the chance to build. Of course, we went to see it last week in Birmingham. We. If you guys agree to build under my direction, we're all doing blue doors. I said, you have to be willing to have impact. You got to be. You got to be like an impact agent. Y', all, like, y' all gotta want to see change. You have to want to see change. Somebody said they wanted to see the bathroom again. You have to want to change and impact people. So blue stands for love plus, prosperity, togetherness, unity, family. And it brings a calmness to the city. So remember I told you there was a shooting? I want us and our group to be the group that makes the change. I want us in our group to be the group that. That. That pushes forward the change in the culture of. Of Birmingham before everybody else does it and then they start to claim it. All right, we've seen Gentrification a number of times. We've seen it a number of times. It's our turn to grab a city and to make it our own. Right? You gotta want to change the city. So I brought, I don't know, 30 people down with me. The other day I had a meeting with the city. Oh, there's more money, guys. I'm sorry, we're not done with the money. We're not done with the money. Here's another article. Put this down. I'm sorry. It's full of information I read and if I'm a read and I'm a share, I'm going to give you guys all the articles that I read and share so that you guys got access to the same information. I want y' all having access to this information. I did the homework for you, basically. Basically, now I'm just telling you what to go read. Here's another one. Another 20 mil. Another 20 piece everybody put in the chat. 20 piece, 20 piece. Put 20 piece in the chat. Oh, somebody said my bathroom is fancy. That's cool. So look. Birmingham, Alabama awarded $20 million dollars in federal grants for workforce investment. Do y' all know what workforce investment is? That's when they put money in to bring companies back. That's where they put money into bringing companies back. When y' all see, when y' all see things like Amazon is moving, Amazon's opening a new warehouse. When y' all see things like big chain stores, when y' all see big corporations, stockx shipped rocket mortgage. When y' all see those companies moving, the reason the companies are moving and you gotta read to know this stuff. They just move in a whole company just to move. Guys, you know what, put a fire in chat. If you've been a part of a company that's, that's relocated and they either offered you a relocation package or they let you go. Put a fire in the chat. If you was part of a company that relocated, just put a fire in the chat. If you was either part of the relocation, you moved or you got let go. Here's what happened. They get $20 million in federal grant money for workforce investment. Meaning they want to bring the jobs back. They want to open up jobs, they want to bring jobs back. They want to bring more people back. The more people they have, the more jobs, the more booming the economy. They will have a need for more housing. Right? There will be a need for more housing. Average resale price of a new construction property that is a three bedroom over a two bedroom is $269,000. I paid $169,000. All right, so if you guys could do any simple math, you know the type of money that you guys can make come 20, 25. All right, so after this article, while I was in City Hall, I ended up meeting with the mayor. So this is the mayor of Birmingham. So the mayor, Birmingham and I had a meeting. Yes, really nice guy. And I just wanted to share with you guys that I shared with him the plans that I have for the city. I'm talking about impacting an entire city. Okay. We're not. We're not. We're not out here just like hanging out in Birmingham. I am trying. This is a meeting with the mayor, telling him that I, Charles Noonan, want to impact the city. How will we impact the city? We're going to build Birmingham together. So we're doing a conference Feb. 21 to Feb. 22 of 2025 at the region's stadium in Birmingham and Alabama. Yes, we're doing it at a stadium. We got almost all of the VIP tickets are completely sold out. But we do have more tickets available. All right. We do have more tickets available. What I want to offer you guys is the opportunity to grab a ticket, comment the word build to grab a ticket to let's Build Birmingham. Or you can click somewhere on your screen or just go to the website or in the chat. You guys will see this, the website. Let's build birmingham.com. i just put. I just put it there. Let's build birmingham.com comment. The word build, you see it in the chat right there. Here's what this entails. For those of you that aren't sure what you're going to get with this, right? What you're going to get with this conference. Let's Build Birmingham is our national conference. This is the focus of real estate. Birmingham's the hottest market in America. What I'm attempting. Not even. I'm not even going to say what I'm attempting to do. This is what we are going to do in one day. We're. We're going to have in one room builders. The same builders that built my house are going to be in the room at the conference. They're going to speak. We got a new builder. Birmingham. Birmingham. Residential developers. We got Grace Love. We have the builders that built my property. So we will have all the builders there that we need to impact the city. It's probably going to be seven of them. We're going to have the banks. Banks are always been a problem for us because we don't have any new build experience, we don't have any new build history. Right? So the banks typically don't want to lend to us. They just don't like it. They don't lend to us. We understand. So with this, we are now putting in the same exact room banks that want to lend to us. Banks that say, I know you never built before, but hey, we need it in Birmingham. So we're going to allow it because you're part of this Charles Noonan's Let's Build Birmingham conference. This is a historical movement and historical event. There's going to be trust attorneys there to show us now how to protect our properties by putting them in a trust. There's going to be realtors there because some of you guys are going to want to sell your property. I know the margins are big. I'm hoping we don't sell. But if somebody wants to make a couple of thousand dollars and sell, I'm cool with it. Go for it, right? As long as you have put a blue door like we good. That's all I really care about, is that the people of the city get to see the change. Some of us have to be the change that we want to see, right? Some of us have to provide better living spaces for other people, for us to be blessed with better living spaces, right? A lot of y' all didn't think about that, but the way to get a big house, help other people get houses, help other people get houses, I guarantee you you'll have a big house. The way to get a lot of money, help other people make some money, help other people buy a house from you, help them rent a house at affordable housing, sell at low income housing rates. You'll make a lot of money. You'll be able to have whatever it is that you want. That's why impact is extremely important to me. All right, so guys, I'm gonna go through exactly what is gonna, what we're gonna get at the conference, what's gonna happen at the conference, and then we gotta wrap it up because we actually have another meeting. So here we go. Live in person, two day conference. You get access and the transformation that is gonna come with being in a room with all of these people. All. Okay, here we go, here we go. Credit and funding is going to be done early in the morning on Saturday. We're going to party on Friday. We're going to have fun, we're going to turn up. We're going to go wild and crazy on Friday because 500 people are getting together in one city to change it. It's rare, it's uncommon. It doesn't happen. We know it don't happen. Let's not even act like it happens. Yeah, we going to celebrate it, but we're going to get up early in the morning on Saturday and we getting back to business. So we got a live funding session before the conference even starts. But those of you that may say, oh, I don't have any money to get there, Charles, don't worry about it. Show up early, you'll get money. All right, how to buy and sell land. Entry to the free land giveaway. So we're going to give some land away like we always do, because some people need that extra push. How to start a trust that's important so we do not miss out. And then just because this is a national event, it's a one time only event, this is probably our one annual conference that we're going to do of this magnitude. You guys are going to have a private dinner with the banks, the architects, the builders. Everything that you need in a bag. For those of you that do platinum in one room in one setting. So, guys, that's my time. Comment the word build to get the link or just go to let's build birmingham.com. we are building Birmingham together. Not separately, not by myself. I can't do it by myself. Or we are building the city together as a team, as a unit. All right, so for those of you got your tickets already, congratulations. For those of you that are about to buy your tickets, good luck. Buy them. Let's go crazy. Bring friends and family and let's pack this thing out. Let's pack this thing out. We have an opportunity to own a city ourselves. We have an opportunity to build a city ourselves. We can wrap our arms around this city and make the change that we want to see that we want to be. We can actually, with our power, we can actually set the tone for other cities across America if we wanted to. We have the ability. All we have to do is get together, we have to unite. And I'm going to share, of course, all the information that you guys are going to need to be successful at the conference. Yes. You'll hear from city officials, you hear from the builder, you'll hear from the architect. You'll get all their information. Soon as you get in, you'll get a workbook about this thick with everything that you're going to need. All the contacts are going to be in there. Everything that you're going to need. That's my time, guys. Unfortunately, I don't have time for questions tonight. Take all the information down you want. If anybody needs to get in contact with me, I will leave my. I'll leave Rose's phone number so you guys could just reach out to her. She's handling the enrollment and the tickets, so her phone number is 9177-9554-1391-7795-5413. Final shout of Birmingham of the conference. It's let's build birmingham.com. grab your tickets, guys. I'll see you there. Until then, be safe, be well, and please read all of those articles that I gave you to read. They are extremely important. Let's go. That's. That's a wrap. That's a wrap. I forgot to sign out of our. Our new show, But I hope y' all took advantage of that. I really hope y' all took advantage of that. I hope y' all learn from that. Oh, Rosalie, you working, huh? Rosa Lee is working. I love it. I love it. I love it. All right, so we're about to transition. What's up, k? We are about to transition into our final session for the day because we do got to teach a little bit more. We got a little bit more teaching to do today. Oh, there we go. That's all I had to do. And raise this up a little. What is that? Oh, that's my seat. All right. What's up, k. The goat. We about to start the other session. Let's get to it. We got live q a tonight. We got live q a.
