I've had cohorts. I've had, like, sessions or trainings. 80% women, 20% men. And I just asked one day, I'm like, all right, women, like, what's going on? Where's, like, all the men at? Because this is real estate. Like, y' all might have to lift some stuff, some cabinets or install some stuff. And they said the men were the ones who pay. They use the men's money to pay for it. They just went to get the education and the know how.
