Short excerpt from a YouTube video by Charles Noonan in which two speakers discuss real estate development opportunities for inexperienced builders. Key points: a lender exists that specifically caters to African American new builders with no prior experience; the financing is traditional new-construction (ground-up) lending rather than hard-money; speakers mention potential projects in Birmingham and interest/contacts in Houston and Atlanta-based collaborators.

We actually have a lender that caters to African American new builders with no experience.
Love it.
So the lender is actually going to be able to lend. So now without having all the experience we needed we'll be able to get into development.
Okay. And that's a good. It's not hard money.
No, it's not hard money. No. It's traditional new construction money. Ground up development money.
Do they only. Do they do other states? I'm looking at Houston. I want to do other states.
You the plug.
But I'll be in Houston. I have girlfriends that are building in Houston. Really big.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. All right. So who you bringing to let's build Birmingham?
My collaboration team or some of my players. So the infinite Banking certified. Infinite Banking. So it will be the doctor Cheryl.
Okay. Is she in Birmingham?
No, she's in Atlanta.
Okay.
So I may invite my girlfriend Tina that's in Houston. We're collabing on buying some land down there in Houston so we'll.
