You really learn the most from the losses. My success in wholesaling really came from the losses. Like my first eight months in the business, I secure like five contracts and none of them sold. I'm like, man, why aren't these selling? I'm getting these contracts secure. Why, why am I not making any money? And it brought me to realizing that I was, I was making overpriced offers because I didn't really know what the homes were actually valued at. And it made me strengthen my game by making sure that all of my deals moving forward, I got them at prices that worked in my favor and my end investors favor.
