Hey, happy Friday. Thanks for tuning to the last Friday video of the year and thanks for all the support this year. These Friday videos haven't been easy. It was a goal. I started at the beginning of the year and said, hey, I want to do something every single week to give value to job seekers and I want to be consistent about it. And that's part of the message today. The message today is consistency always wins. It's been the winner in every job I've taken, every goal I've set out to get, every conversation I've had, just being consistent in those moments, whether it's showing up and listening, whether it's talking to people, whether it's getting to the job fair, whether it's showing up to work every single day and doing a good job, that consistency over a long period of time wins. And that's the message I wanted to have for my last Friday video. I was consistent all year long with these Friday videos. Every single Friday you saw me at 8am and you got a Friday video for yourself and there was value for you. Immediately. That led to new ideas, fun facts. It led to moments for job seekers, revelations. It led to professional connections for myself and for friends of mine and connections on the post. It led to debates. It led to, it just led to great places. And I'm happy I showed up every single Friday with that. With your being consistent, be really realistic. Showing up every single Friday and filming these was very hard. It was tough to get all the production, get the timing down right and make these quick for you guys and actionable. So be realistic with your goal, make sure it's something you want to do. Second, be clear. Get as clear as you can. Mine was Friday videos value to job seekers. That's all I wanted to get covered. And that made it very simple at times. Get on here, film a three minute video, get it to job seekers immediately every single Friday. So be as clear as possible. Lastly, try new things, try new things. In that consistency moment. I tried it for a year. Did I enjoy the Friday video process? Yes. Did I do I love making these videos? No, it wasn't my favorite thing to do, but I was just consistent with about it and kept going. And I think you need to test, pull, try. And it led to great things. But make sure you're trying out new things. Whether you're job seeking, whether you're in your new role, don't stay complacent. That's it for the Friday videos. I'm signing off.
