Short, informal YouTube video by Dominic Imwalle reminding viewers to prioritize themselves in their professional lives. The speaker emphasizes that few people will actively look out for you, so you should position yourself for desired roles or projects, focus on your own career needs, and avoid feeling obligated to care for everyone on your team. The video closes with an invitation for comments/questions and mentions there are two more Friday videos left in the year.

Hey, Happy Friday. Thanks for tuning into this week's Friday video. And today I'm going to keep it really short as I'm out trying to shut down and stay away from all of my screens. I had a couple posts this week that were about looking out for yourself and I wanted this quick video just to serve as that reminder. There are very few people in your circle of trusted professionals in your network right now that are truly, truly looking out for you. If you have more than five, I mean, you are blessed. But most of the time people are looking out for themselves. They're going to do things that work for them. They're going to, you know, make decisions that benefit them. And this is just a reminder to look out for yourself and the job search in your career, in your professional life, just in general. If you want that next role, make sure you put yourself in a position to get that role. If you want to take on a different project, if you want to work with a different client, make sure you put yourself in those positions and you talk to the right people who can help you out. Okay? To focus on you. You don't need to take care of every single person on your team and it's perfectly fine just to worry about yourself for however long you need. This is that reminder. I hope this gets to you on this Friday. I hope you have a great rest of your Friday and weekend. As always. Questions? Comments below we have two more Friday videos left for the year. Happy to cover anything you guys need. Other than that. Have a great rest of the weekend, guys.
