I hope your Friday's off to a great start and that your December is going well. I want to use this Friday video as a reminder. A reminder that on Monday at 5:30pm Eastern Time, I'm hosting a LinkedIn Live with one of my good friends on LinkedIn, Jess Smith. We'll be talking always you can help job seekers land their target roles. If you're not currently job seeking, you don't have to be a career coach, you don't have to be a recruiter to help someone land their next role. And we're going to dive into ways you can help those people out. And so we definitely want to hear from you guys. Feel free to join that session. Please do. We want to dive into live Q and A, but we're going to go over just ways you can help people. One of my favorite ways that you can help people is mentoring. When someone reaches out just to learn more about your role or ask some questions. Get on that call with some excitement. Get on that call. Hey, I'm willing to help. I'm willing to go a couple more calls down the line and be there for you. But one of my favorite things when I was doing those calls when I was trying to have those conversations is when those people got on the call and they provided some direction, they didn't just answer my questions and go, ah, yeah, that sounds like a good plan. They're like, hey, well, why don't you try this or why don't you do X or why don't you do Y? And so that gave me action steps from that call. So that's just a small tip about what we're gonna cover on Monday. I hope to see you guys there. We're really looking forward to it. And as always, have a great rest of your Friday and tune in on Monday to talk about ways to help job seekers when you are currently not in your job search. Have a great rest of the weekend, guys.
