Hey guys, Happy Friday. Thanks for tuning in to this week's Friday video. And today you got me outside. I'm traveling this week. Still wanted to get this Friday video in as I am doing every single week this whole year. For today's Friday video, I wanted to focus on the small moments. And I just spent a week traveling for work and I got to, I got to visit a bunch, meet and network and talk to a bunch of different people and a bunch of different functions. And one thing I noticed throughout this past week and even my post yesterday is that the little things matter. The small moments, the time, even if it's five minutes, if it's three minutes, and, and here's an example for me, I was really wanting to get to know someone from a specific branch and I just hadn't ran into any individuals who I knew were doing that or had a chance to talk to them. And someone introduced themselves. They, they said their name from across the room. It was a big presentation and I was like, dang, I really have to talk to that person. Well, it never really lined up. They were always talking to someone or just in a group. And our schedules never crossed again. But I went out of my way one time just, just to shake his hand, one hand when I saw him in the, in the meeting room. And now, you know, I went back to my computer the next day and now we have a call lined up for next week just to get to know each other. So that's just an example of how the little things matter, that one handshake. Hey, my name's Dominic. I'm super interested in what you do and I, and I want to talk to you. And so that's just my tip for this week. Whether it's a thank you note, whether it's a, you know, a handshake, whether it's a gratitude note, whatever it may be.
