A short YouTube "Friday video" by Dominic Imwalle offering concise job-search/interview advice. The speaker emphasizes three main points for candidates nearing the offer stage: (1) show respect to hiring managers and interviewers (thank them, respond promptly); (2) advocate for yourself—prioritize your needs and be willing to compare offers respectfully; and (3) maximize options—pursue multiple opportunities so you can negotiate or choose thoughtfully. The clip closes with an invitation for comments and topic requests.

Hey, happy Friday. Thanks for checking this week's Friday video out, and I hope your Friday is off to a great start. Today. I wanted to talk a little bit about the interview process. As you get closer to the offer stage and as you're dealing with hiring managers and the people who interviewed you. The first thing that came to my mind, respect. Have respect as you move throughout this process. It's such a simple thing to bring to the table as a candidate, and it speaks to who you are as a person and as a professional. When you're communicating with the hiring manager, the people who interviewed you, thank you. Thank them for their time, thank them for being transparent. Just thank them in general and get back to them timely. When you have questions or you need to deliver something, have that basic aspect of respect in your job search. Number two, look out for yourself. Look out for yourself or no one else will. If you need to bounce offers off of each other, go ahead and do that. Just operate with respect and be kind. I think, you know, valuing yourself in the job search and looking out for yourself is one of those things that we tend to put to the backside and we don't really put a focus on. You need to put a focus there and really look out for yourself as you move forward. Last point and the biggest thing for me when I was job searching, get as many options as you can on the table. Have options that you can. So you get to a stage where you can negotiate one offer off of another or you can just decide and you can see what's out there for yourself and you can take time to really think about where you want to go next in your professional career. That's it for this week's Friday video. If you guys have any questions, comments, concerns, as always, leave them down below. And if you want me to cover something in next week's Friday video, please let me know. Have a great rest of your weekend, guys. Have a good Thanksgiving week coming up and happy Friday.
