Alright, welcome all of you beautiful breathing people to another guided breathwork session. In today's 3-round journey, we're gonna get high on our own supply. We're gonna be breathing deeply, changing the gases in our body, and then holding our breath for long periods of time after the exit. So we'll breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth. Full breath, as big as you can, with a relaxed exhale. Now you can go in and out of the mouth if you want to go a little deeper. The breath retentions are a bit longer than normal, but it's a space to come to, to practice. Practice getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. Relax pressing into those feelings of air hunger. There are many benefits that come with this. Find your way to a comfortable position. This could be done seated or lying down. Just arrive to your space. Take a big breath in. Hold. Let it out with a sigh. Round number 1 in 3, 2, 1. 2, 1. Deeper breaths than your normal breath, feeling the belly and up to the heart. Relax to exhale. Beautiful. Alright, 3 more big breaths. 2. Last one, fully in. Hold. And now exhale with the sigh. Holding your breath at the bottom, relaxing your face muscles, your shoulders, your entire body, just focusing on this nothingness. Beautiful work, everyone. Take a full breath in, all the way in. Hold this at the top. And now exhale with the sigh. Yes. Round number 2 in 3, 2, 1. to a journey like this is deep breathing to bring up sensations and feelings in the body. Just give yourself space to feel and to trust and enjoy each breath. 3 more big breaths. 2. Last one. Fully hold. And now exhale with the sigh. Holding your breath, relaxing, feeling the stillness. [Speaker:ERIC EHLE] All right, inhale fully in. Hold your breath at the top. Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. Squeeze your abdominals in towards your spine. Relax everything and exhale with a sigh. Beautiful. Final round at 3. 2, 1. See on this round if you could breathe even deeper. You can expand the body in a 360-degree way. Breathing in more energy. Let it go. More tension. Beautiful work, everyone. All right, last breath. Full in. Hold. We'll be here a little longer. Alright, now exhale with a sigh. Fully relax your body and just enjoy this breathless state. Beautiful work, everyone. Let's all take that inhale together, holding at the top. Bring a gentle smile to your face. Inhale through the nose, long exhale out the mouth. Inhale through the nose, feeling calm, long exhale out the mouth, feeling gratitude. Beautiful. Return your breathing to in and out of the nose, just enjoying the state of meditation. Or you can invite in elevated emotions like gratitude, joy, and feelings of abundance. Just remain in this state as long as you would like. Much love to all of you. Remember to breathe and remember to laugh. Peace.
