All right, welcome, all you beautiful breathing people to another guided breath work session. Today's journey, we're going to be breathing into three different spaces of the body. Each space has its own breath pace and its own intention. So we'll be doing three rounds, and in each round, we'll breathe through these three spaces, from the ground all the way up to the heart to the sky. So we'll begin each round with deep, slow breaths into the lowest part of your belly, in and out of the nose or the through your mouth, if you want a deeper experience. So we'll inhale, fill the belly, exhale, release in, out, in strong, full breath. And then in the middle of the round, we're going to be breathing up into our rib cage, chest and heart center. So we'll keep the breath deep and full, but allow it to move a bit faster so it's a fast, full breath into your heart center. Inhale in. Beautiful. And we'll finish each breathing round with breathing fast and shallow into the upper chest, collarbone and throat area. So it's fast and shallow. You can move your shoulders up and down, adding any movements in any of these spaces. In each space or energy center carries its own intention. So with each breath, we're not just breathing, but we're going to reprogram our nervous system and reprogram our mind with mantras and affirmations. With the help of neuroplasticity, the slow and full breathing into our lower belly is here to help us feel grounded, safe and secure. So with each breath, you can repeat any affirmation. I am grounded. I am safe. I'm supported by the earth. And then we move on to the middle space, your heart center. This is the area of connection, compassion and love for yourself, for others, for earth and for life. So as you breathe into this area again, repeat any mantra that feels right. I am open. I am love. I am connected. And then finally, the upper space. This is the higher centers. So the intention is to feel connection to source or your higher self, or to whatever higher intelligence resonates with you. So as you breathe in again, invite in some mantras like I surrender to the flow. I am guided and supported. I receive with ease and grace. And to balance out all this deep, intentional breathing. After each round, we'll hold our breath. After an exhale, exploring with the stillness and emptiness is light. Beautiful. So find your way to a comfortable position. Session can be done lying down or seated. Just make sure you're comfortable and in a safe environment. So let's get ready for round Number one of this journey. Slow and full breathing into your lower belly in 3, 2, 1.

We'll take that big beautiful breath in three, two. Last one. Hold in. All the way in. Hold a few seconds. Smile. And now let it out with the sigh. Fully relax in the space of nothingness. Sam. Two.
Last one. Fully in. As big as you can hold. Smile. Now let it out with a sigh. Fully relax into this moment, into the stillness. Letting go of any tension in your jaw, letting your belly hang loose and your shoulders fall away from your ears. Ra. Inhale fully. Hold. Present. Let it out with one last ah in. 3, 2, 1. Let it out. Beautiful. Inhale through the nose. Long exhale out the mouth. One, last inhale through the nose and a long, beautiful exhale at the mouth. Now, relax. Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm. In and out of the nose, resting. And whatever sensation, whatever feelings you're experiencing, being with everything remaining where you are for the next few minutes in this beautiful meditation. When you get out, go on. Enjoy the rest of your day. Much love to all of you. Remember to breathe and remember to laugh. Peace.
Sam.
