Breathwork for DMT Release | 15 Min Ancient Technique (Natural High)

A 15-minute guided breathwork practice using shamanic breathing and sequential muscle contractions called "DMT squeezes" to induce altered states. The technique combines open-mouth breathing with pelvic floor, abdominal, and chest engagement while gazing at the third eye, repeated over five rounds to move cerebrospinal fluid toward the pineal gland.

All right, welcome all of you beautiful breathing people to another guided breathwork session. Quick disclaimer: do not do this breathwork in water, while driving, or anywhere dangerous. Also, if you're a woman on your moon, please do not do this. If you're pregnant, if you have epilepsy or any other heart conditions. Beautiful. So for thousands of years, we've been seeking how to transcend the mind, how to experience these non-ordinary states of consciousness. And we found that the breath is the gateway into these realms. The yogis, sages, and saints have known that the medicine was already inside of us. Your brain is a sacred pharmacy, and your breath is the key that unlocks it. So today, we're not visiting the Amazon jungle, we're taking a journey within. We'll use shamanic breathing followed by DMT squeezes, acting as a physical pump to move your cerebral spinal fluid from the base of your spine directly up into your pineal gland. It's here in this space that we can explore glimpses of non-ordinary states of consciousness. A practice like this is best done seated so the fluid can move directly up and connect to our higher centers. So we'll start this journey with open-mouth shamanic breathing. Two inhales, one relaxed exhalation into the belly, to the the chest with a relaxed exhale. We'll do this for a few minutes, then we'll hold our breath after the exhale. This is going to change the chemistry of your blood, helping quiet the mind and bring you into this moment. And then we're going to move on to the DMT squeezes. So we'll continue with the shamanic breathing for 30 seconds, and then after 30 seconds of this breathing We'll take a slow inhale through the mouth like you're breathing in through a straw, starting in your lower belly, your ribs, your heart, upper chest, throat, face. Full inhale, and then we'll hold our breath. Now the key here is that when you start your inhale in the lower belly, you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, lift them up, and you hold. And then as you continue to inhale, you pull your belly in towards your spine. You hold that. And then as the breath moves up, you're just locking in your body parts until you get to the top of the breath. So you're holding, you're squeezing your pelvic floor muscles, your abdominals are pulled in, your diaphragm is tense, and you're holding. And during all the breathing and during this hold, You're looking behind your closed eyes with your gaze lifted up to the center of your forehead, and you're just staying in this space, not holding on or trying to see anything, just allowing the experience to unfold. And then after some time, we'll exhale. Stay present. Enjoy the experience. We'll go back into the shamanic breathing followed by the DMT squeeze. We'll do 5 rounds of this. And at this point, our brainwaves will have slowed down, entering deep states of meditation while we continue with our gaze on the center of our forehead, letting go of the physical body and just experiencing the light.
Beautiful.
So find your way to a comfortable position. You can sit on a pillow, have an upright spine. Bring a gentle smile to your face, smile of curiosity, beginning to feel the vibration of the shamanic drums.
We'll begin with shamanic breathing.
3, 2, 1.
Beautiful.
Just following the rhythm, shamanic breathing, watching each breath Come in.
Each breath, leave.
Full attention on the breath. Letting go of what you did before this. Coming into your practice.
Beautiful.
Halfway done with this round. Stay with the breath. How would to release any tension that we're holding on to. Stay focused and keep your gaze on the center of your forehead. Alright, slowing the breath down. Big breath. Let it out. Another big inhale to the side. One more.
Let it out.
Now full breath in, all the way in, and hold your breath at the top. Hold. Place your awareness on the center of your forehead. Exhale with a sigh. And holding your breath at the bottom, letting go of the physical, placing your awareness on the center of your forehead as you relax completely. Beautiful. Now inhale fully in. Exhale in with a sigh. Moving on to the shamanic and DMT squeezes. 3, 2, 1. Beautiful. Just 30 seconds of this breathing. Continue placing your awareness on the center of your forehead. All right, last one. Slow inhale. Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. Continue to inhale. Squeeze your abdominal muscles. Squeeze your muscles in towards your spine, holding your breath at the top, squeezing everything, placing your awareness on the center of your forehead.
Relax everything.
And exhale with a sigh.
Beautiful.
Stay present. Going back into the breathing.
In. In. Allowing the breath to transcend your mind.
Trusting the process.
More breaths.
Last one. Take a slow inhale, squeezing, lifting up your pelvic floor muscles, squeezing your abdominals in. Full inhale all the way in and hold. Continue to squeeze, continue to hold. Place your awareness on the center of your forehead. Trying to hold on to anything. Pure awareness. Relax. Now exhale with a sigh.
Yes, beautiful work everyone.
A few more rounds of this breathing. Inhale.
Inhale. Full deep breaths.
Awareness is on the center of your forehead. A few more breaths.
Last one.
Now a slow, steady inhale. Squeezing your pelvic floor muscles, squeezing your abdominals. Pulling this energy from the base of your spine up, up, up into your brain. Place your awareness on the center of your forehead. Allowing this lower energy to move up into your higher centers. All right, let go of the holds. Exhale with a sigh. Few normal breaths.
Focus in this moment.
Awareness is up. Round number 4. 3, 2, 1. Few more breaths.
Last one.
Have a slow, steady inhale. Squeezing your pelvic floor muscles, locking in the root, squeezing your abdominals.
Continue to inhale, inhale, inhale, hold.
Creating pressure, sending this lower energy up your spine into your pineal gland. Focusing your awareness on the center of your forehead. Stay present. Relax the locks. Exhale with a sigh. Present in this awareness. One more round of work before the beautiful meditation. Final round. 3, 2, 1.
Last one.
Take a slow inhale, strong powerful inhale, engaging your locks from root, belly to chest. Hold Squeeze awareness on the center of your forehead. Your physical body is light.
Continue all the Continue squeezing.
You're almost there. Alright, release the locks. Now exhale with a sigh.
Yeah.
Turn to normal nasal breathing.
Your gaze center of your forehead.
Staying in this life, this moment, letting go of the physical form, allowing the mantra or affirmation to come to you. Just allow that to resonate, guide you in this life. Continue with your gaze up.
Just feel.
Stay in this meditation these next few minutes. Much love to all of you. Remember to breathe and remember to laugh.
Peace.
