Foreign. Welcome, all of you beautiful breathing people to another guided breath work session. In today's journey, we're going to be taking 4:45 deep breaths. In through the nose or mouth and out through the mouth. Each round will be followed by breath retentions after the exhale. There's no music in this session, just nature that I recorded here in the French Pyrenees. And there will be minimal guidance in this journey. So find your way to a comfortable position. Seated or lying, bring a gentle smile to your face. Let's take that first breath fully in.
And let it out. In and out.
La. Sh. Foreign. Beautiful.
Now take a big inhale. Inhale.
Hold your breath at the top. Relax.
And now exhale with the side.
Holding your breath at the bottom. Fully relax.
Inhale.
And hold.
Exhale with the side.
Beautiful work. Stay present. Round number two. Ra.
Fully in and out. Big inhale, relaxed.
Exhale. Sh. Beautiful work. Three more breaths. Two.
Last one. Fully in. All the way in.
Hold. Stay present.
And now exhale with the side.
Fully relax for this breath retention, just yourself and nature. All right, beautiful.
Let's take a big inhale all the way in.
Hold your breath at the top.
And now exhale with a sigh.
Yeah.
All right, moving on to the final.
Round of this journey. Now, let's take that first inhale together.
Fully in. Let it out.
Inhaling, starting in the belly, and then you move it up to the chest like a wave. Staying present with each beautiful breath. La. La. All right, three more breaths.
Two. Last one. Fully in. Hold. And now exhale with the sigh.
Fully relax, holding your breath at the bottom, placing your full awareness on your body.
Inhale fully in.
Holding at the top.
Now exhale with the side.
Allowing your breathing to return to its natural rhythm in and out of the nose. Just stay in this meditative state for these next few minutes. Much love to all of you. Remember to breathe and remember to laugh. Peace.
