Alright. Welcome all of you beautiful breathing people to another guided breathwork session. In today's journey, we're going to be breathing a bit deeper and a bit slower than normal, with the intention to bring our heart, brain and nervous system into a state of coherence. And along with the breathing, we'll be inviting in elevated emotions, gratitude, appreciation and love, while focusing on our heart center. And just as the breath isn't only a physiological function, the heart isn't just a pump. It's actually the most powerful generator of electromagnetic energy in the body, producing a field that radiates several feet out in every direction. This field literally surrounds us. You just can't see it, but you can feel it. And it carries information, especially emotional information. So by combining our breath and consciously choosing to feel elevated emotions, we can change this field around us. So when you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or in a state of incoherence, that energy is radiant out into the space around you and others can feel it. The same goes for when you're calm, centered and grounded in gratitude. This field, this heart field, becomes smooth, coherent and balanced. So this is how we feel people's energies. We all know that feeling of being around someone that just gives off bad vibes. They're not a bad person, they're just not in a good state of coherence. The same goes when you're around someone that just makes you feel grounded, safe and relaxed. It's like their presence just makes you feel high. Our nervous systems are always communicating, even in silence. So imagine a world where we all took time out of our day to come into a state of coherence. And this isn't just some woo woo idea by some dude sitting on a beach with white pants. There are beautiful scientists over at Heart Math Institute that have been studying this for years. Their studies have shown that how breathing with intention can regulate your emotions, calm your mind, and even positively affect those around you. And you can do these exercises anytime you can do it before meeting up with someone, before a big event, having an important conversation, going for a drive, or just a reset throughout your day. It only takes a few minutes. And with a little practice, it gets easier to truly feel those elevated emotions. So we'll be breathing in and out of the nose for this session. Four counts in, four counts out. It comes out to about six seconds on the inhale, six seconds on the.
