Do This 15 Minute Breathwork to Release Dopamine, Oxytocin & Serotonin

Foreign. Welcome all of you beautiful breathing people to another guided breath work session. Today's journey, we're going to be getting out of the mind and into the body. So we'll be doing three rounds of conscious breathing. Go in through the nose and out through the mouth. Or if you want to go a little deeper, you can go in and out of the mouth. Starting each breath into the belly and you move it up to your heart center like a wave. In, out. Very relaxed. Exhale. Beautiful. And then each round will be followed by breath retentions after the exhale. So we're consciously activating our system, releasing the stuck energy or tension held within the body. So we'll go between the activation and the relaxation, training our nervous nervous system how to activate and also down regular. Find your way to a comfortable position. You can do this lying down or you can do this seated in a safe place. Bring a gentle smile to your face as we get ready for round number one. We'll begin with this deep conscious breathing. 3, 2, 1. Beautiful work, everyone. Just a little more of this breathing before our first breath we take. Just remember, with each breath, we invite in the power to rewire our mind, to shift our emotions and to choose how we want to feel. So invite in however you want to feel with each conscious in. Sam, three more breaths. Two. Last one. Fully in. Hold. Feel the stillness, Feel the silence. And now exhale with a star, Fully relaxing your body, allowing everything to slow down. Take an inhale through the nose. Hold this breath at the top. Relax your jaw muscles. Allow the air to flow down into your belly. Now exhale with a sigh. Yeah. Gentle smile on your phase. Continue getting out of the mind into the body, into this beautiful present moment as we consciously choose how we feel with each inhale. Round number two. Three, two, one. All right, we're halfway done with this round. Stay present. Each inhale, each exhale. Sam. All right, three more breaths. Two. Last one. All the way in. Holding your breath. Breath. Relax your jaw. Feel into the silence. Beautiful. Now exhale with the side. Holding at the bottom. Holding rel. All right. Take a big beautiful inhale all the way in. Invite in this good energy. Hold the at the top. Bring a gentle smile to your face. Stay present. And now exhale with the top. Beautiful work, my friends. There's one more round of this breath work journey. See how present we can be with each breath, setting ourselves up for a beautiful day ahead. Round number three. Three, two, one. You can breathe a little bit deeper, a little bit fuller. See, you can let go of any tens. Still holding on. Five more beautiful big breaths. Three, two. Last one. All the way in. Take another sip. Hold. Relax your jaw. Feel into the silo. Balance. Now exhale with the top, Fully letting go as you hold your breath at the bottom, taking a full awareness on this. Mom, It's full. Inhale. Hold at the top. Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles up. Your abdominal muscles in. Place your awareness on the center of your forehead. Beautiful relaxation. Relax. And now exhale with the side. Beautiful work, everyone.
