Foreign. Welcome all of you beautiful breathing people to this 10 minute morning breathwork routine. It's very simple. We'll inhale through the nose, fully in, and then we'll exhale with a nice sigh, relaxing with each exhale. So we'll do this for three rounds. In between each round, we'll hold our breath. Just follow along to the music and follow along to the rhythm of my breath. And you can do this seated or lying, just do what feels right. So we'll begin with round number 1 in 3, 2, 1. And exhale with a side. Beautiful. Fully in. Let it go. Follow the rhythm and enjoy. Feel each breath. All right, and we'll finish the round with doubles speed, Everyone. Just a few more of these breaths. Now take a big inhale all the way in and hold at the top, relaxing your body into this breath hold. Let go of any tension in your jaw and your shoulders and in your belly and just enjoy this breathless state. Sam. All right, Exhale with the side. Beautiful. Moving on to round number two in three, two, one. Sam. Three more. These big beautiful breaths. Two. Last one. Fully in. Hold your breath at the top. And now let it out with a side, Holding your breath at the bottom, relaxing completely just being present for this 1 minute 15 second breath. RET. Sa, Sam. All right, now inhale fully through the nose, as big as you can. Hold on to this energy. Hold on to this breath. Inviting in a little smile, inviting in some good energy. Now exhaling with the sigh. Yeah. Final round of this morning journey in 3, 2, 1. 1. Beautiful. And we'll finish the journey with double speed. In now and out. Yeah. Just a few more of these breaths. You can invite in smiles on the exhale if that feels right. Three more breaths. Two. Last one. All the way in. Holding your breath at the top. And now let it out with the side. Fully relax into any sympathy sensations that you're feeling, any emotions that are moving through you. Just be with everything for this 1 minute 30 second breath retention. All right, inhaling fully through the nose. Hold on to the synergy. Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. Squeeze your abdominals in towards your spine as we send this energy up our spine. Now relax all of your muscles and exhale with a sigh. Yeah. Beautiful work, everyone. Continue to stay here. Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm in and out of the nose. Let's begin to cultivate a sense of gratitude and excitement for the day ahead. So just actively bring in some feelings of gratitude. Remain in this meditation for as long as you would like. Come out Go on. Have a beautiful day. Much love to all of you. Remember to breathe and remember. Remember to laugh. Peace. It.
